There I was again walking by the pier again towards the dock to soak in the moonlight my feet in the water, there he was, soaking his last sight of the beautiful city. If I had known

I turned away from him for a while and watched the moon as it glistened and glowed when someone tapped me on my shoulder. I looked over and it was him.
"You should get home now, it's pretty late" He said.
"You should to" I said, taking my feet out of the water.
"Sure" He showed a little smile.
"So what's your name mystery boy?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Shoto, Todoroki"
"Well Shoto Todoroki, I'm Y/n L/n!"
"What's your quirk" He asked, sitting down by me.
"Don't have one" i looked into my reflection watching me back.
"Oh really.." He said, trying to find what I'm looking for
"How about you"
"Half hot half cold" He simply answered.
"Fire and ice...neat" I let out a little chuckle, quickly slapping my hand over.
"What's so funny" he laughed.
"It's just, your hair represents your quirk is hilarious and a song"

"I guess so"
"I like your eyes todoroki" i said "Heterochromia"
"Thanks" He said, holding his hand up against his blue eye.
I stood up and reached my hand down for him to shake, in memory and in celebration of our new friendship, We traded phone numbers also. "Well Todoroki I'm gonna head home see you tomorrow I hope"
"Yeah, text me when you get home" He said letting go.
I walked home with my shoes in my hand my phone in the other, once I got home the first thing I did was text Todoroki through the number he gave me. He didn't respond instead just left me on read, no matter how much more I texted he didn't read furthermore; so I stopped.
The next day I When I went to school there was a wave of time, almost as if time has slowed but then sped up again. After school I went to my part time job at the library, constantly checking my phone to see if he read the messages but still nothing. "I'll just have to wait for tonight" I said trying to hype myself up.
Later on that evening I was in my closet trying to find something to wear, though I usually done have a care in the work for what I wear when I go out to the doc. Today I certainly did and I wanted to be spectacular.
After finding the right outfit I made my way down the same streets as usual. Police cars and fire trucks rushed passed. Curious as I am i run along them towards the pier, there's tons of people circling Shoto's spot where he usually stands.
"Shoto! Shoto!" I call out till someone with white hair and red strands looks at me.
"Are you Y/n" She says.
I nod and walk towards her as she reaches for a piece of paper taped to the wooden bar handle and hands it to me. As I read different times and years float into my head, and tears fill the brains of my eyes from what I've just read.

I'm so sorry, but I couldn't take it anymore.

"Do you know Shoto?" A tall man with read hair and blue eyes said staring me down.
"Vaguely"
"Do you know why my baby boy would do this" a lady with white hair said between sobs.
"No"
"Were you two friends?" Another boy with white hair said.
"No" i denied
"What the hell's wrong with you!" one of the 5 red and white headed family members said this one being red headed grabbing me by my collar shaking me around a bit. "My brothers dead and all you have to say is 'No' to every single god damn question that comes your way!"
"Touya calm down" the girl with white hair and red streaks said.
I looked him in the eyes with a dead expression as I smacked his hands away. Who is he to tell me how to feel, anyways I already know what I have to do. I thought to myself walking back down the street towards my house. I don't like doing it but who am I to do give up especially on someone like him.
truth be old i have a quirk is time manipulation and control but its not really useful nor is it something i use constantly, the school i go to is a normal school
"I'm home!" i called out, mom no where to be found; perhaps, she was stuck at work or something. i took this opportunity to turn back time on everything. and wish it and never happened in the first place. using my quirk I closed my eyes and pictured the perfect time and setting, bringing it back to a month ago.
i opened my eyes to a sunny afternoon, my father entering on the front door while the television buzzed. "Where's your mother?" he quizzed me, an angered face painted on.
"I don't know" i briefly answered, avoiding any trouble from him. "Well when she get back tell her i came by" he said, his eyes drooping low as he reeked of alcohol and sweat from the summer heat.
"Will do sir" i answered, hanging my head down low as my mom walked through the front door. "Welcome home"
"Oh finally your here" he wobbled over to her and i left to go for a walk, specifically for the pier hoping to see todoroki there. once i arrived i scanned over the area for him when i spotted him he was eating cotton candy by the faris wheel, it looked like he was getting on so i had to stop him before he got on.
"Todoroki!" I shouted, charging after him despite knowing he doesn't know me. I hugged him as tight as possible while he sat there puzzled on why this random girl is hugging him. "What is today?"
"Um..Hello and it's the 21st of August 2018" He answered, stuffing his phone back in his pocket to Look at me. "So who are you, and am I supposed to know you?"
"How do I answer that?" I mumbled as I kept looked between his pier spot and him. "I'm very very important!"
"How important on a scale of 1-10?"
"9.9"
"Okay then, have a seat" He dusted off the seat next to him on the bench. "What's your name?"
"Y/n...Y/n L/n" I said, eyes slightly watering.
"Well L/n I'm currently waiting for my friends, well actually was waiting for them but they canceled on our plans by the time I got here." He Said, Looking down.
"That seems sad, wanna do something then" I asked, placing my head on his shoulder.
He was taken by surprise by the sudden contact but laid his head on mines as well.
"Wanna ride the Fairs wheel?" I suggested.
"Yeah, I'd like that"
We both rised from the bench, towards the large and bright wheel. After the ride todoroki felt a bit dizzy and I made fun of him for it as we got cotton candy and other things before the night fell among us.

"Hey dizzy!" I called out, as he leaned on the wooden ledge.
He turned to me with this nauseous look on his face as he gripped the ledge tightly while he walked.
"Y-Yes l/n"
"Let sit by the water, just hope your not seasick" I marched over to the edge and kicked off my shoes as I dipped them in, the moonlight shinning down on me.
"L/n I am not doing so well" He said, wobbling over looking like he was about the throw up.
"You'll be fi—"
Before I could finish He threw up on the side into the water as I watched him with wide eyes.
"Todoroki-kun!" I shouted as I quickly picked my feet up out the water.
"Sorry" He bowed, feeling a bit better.
"We should get you home" I said grabbing his stuff. "Like right now"
"Please done bother yourself I can take care of myself" he said, trying to stand perfectly straight.
"Definitely not" I laughed at him as i swung his arm around my shoulders helping his walk.
"Thank you"
"Everything's is fine"
