"Y/N, are you listening?" Five snapped suddenly making you jump and smile sheepishly. You had gotten distracted by his voice as he explained some complex math equation you had no chance in hell understanding.
"Would you be mad at me if I said no?" You asked quietly and he rolled his eyes, shoving his hands in his pockets before leaning on the wall just gazing at you. "I'm sorry, your voice is so relaxing..." You admitted, your face heating up a little.
"That's not something anyone has said to me before." He furrowed his eyebrows at your comment and turned his attention to the large window showing the courtyard outside. "I mostly get told I'm a know it all or annoying." He laughed humorlessly.
"Oh-" You blinked at his change in demeanor and frowned a little. Maybe you upset him or made him uncomfortable? "I'm sorry...I didn't make you uncomfortable, did I?" You asked quietly.
"What? No." Five shook his head, a tight smile on his lips as he turned his attention back towards you. "It was nice to hear, honestly." He inhaled deeply then exhaled before sitting beside you on the bed you had perched yourself upon.
"Well, you have a nice voice, Five. And I could listen to you talk for hours even if I don't understand a damn thing coming from your mouth." You softly set your hand over his and were surprised when he didn't jerk his hand away from you. Five didn't usually let people touch him, but for you alone he made the exception.
