Chapter 1: a CHILD
“What on earth is going on here”. Mura Mamrou, the president of the hero commission. A cruel woman in around her 50s and the one who is in charge of the hero Hawks. “This is ridiculous! I thought we had gotten ridden of that mistake and now we find out that it has a CHILD”
“I’m sorry mam but the child just showed up at our front door of the commission. We had to let them in or the news would have snapped it up. You know how they are getting these days” Tsuchida Takao, the president's underling and the person who has to deal with the woman. “What are we gonna do about the child mam, we cannot just chuck it back out onto the street”
“Well they already know about their relationship with Keigo somehow but we can’t have them ruining his image. Somewhat or another I want that child gone.” Mura sat there for a minute or two. She can’t just go and get the father of the child for… reasons.
“Mam, Keigo is only 20. We can’t expect him to take care of the child.”
Mura clicks her tongue in excitement. “But what if we can.” The smirk on her face was scary enough to make anyone fear her. When you see this face you know she is planning something you do not want to be apart of. “Think about it, Takao. We get Keigo to take care of the child, completely turning his world upside down. We then make him work harder than usual which will assist us anyway in making him no.1. Hence he neglects this child who thinks that life is so bad they will either beg to leave or kill themself. Either way, it’s a win-win.”
Tsuchida does not like the fact of tricking this child into a better life but does not dare to disobey his boss. He has a family after all.
“Takao, get Keigo in here NOW”

Keigo hated the hero commission, however unfortunately he owed his life to them. If it wasn't for them then he would end up homeless and god knows what so he does their bidding.
“Hawks, mam would like to see you immediately”
Keigo always felt sorry for Takao, he knew that he didn't want to be a part of this, takes one to know he guesses. He knocks. Waits three seconds. Then enters bowing. “Hello mam you wished to see me.”
“Yes Hawks there seems to have been… a blip in our system”
“I am afraid I do not quite understand what you mean by a... Blip”
“By blip, I mean that something you weren't supposed to know has just come to light and we need you to deal with it.”
“Yes, mam” Keigo's wings ruffled a bit. Why was he not told of this earlier? What was the commission keeping from him this time? He was a bit fed up with it all but decided to let them speak.
“You know how we rescued you from your house and took you in, well you were not the first. Another son was born to your parents 12 years before you and is currently 32. This child however was especially difficult. He went down some wrong paths and crossed the commission one too many times so by the age of 16 we kicked him out. Kicked him out of Japan. He moved to England and that is the last we ever saw of him. W had banned your parents from creating another kid but, look how that turned out.”
“So I have a brother?” Keigo tensed up. Surely this is something you tell someone. Oh hey just wanted to tell you that you have a villain brother who lives in England and is 12 years older. Is he even allowed to know his name? Probably not.
“Yes, you have a brother, were you even listening? Anyway, we haven't heard from him for a long time. We had obviously known what he was doing but that wasn't for us to deal with. However that mistake of a child multiplied. They won’t talk so we don't know anything at the moment but we’ll know soon. As far as we can guess he met someone and impregnated them, whether it was consensual or not we don't care. What we do care about is that there was a child created.”
A CHILD. Oh god. Keigo starts to get worried. He's gonna be related to them. Are they okay? Villain? Niece or nephew? Questions were wheezing around in Keigo's head when he was snapped out of it quickly.
“This hellspawn of a child somehow managed to find out who you are as in your name but also travel across the world to be here.”
THE CHILD IS HERE!!!!!!!! Oh god, how is Keigo supposed to talk to the child? Hey kiddo, apparently I’m your uncle. God no he cannot do that.
“Takao, get them”
“Yes mam”
Takao left the room and shortly returned with something. A child was standing behind him. Looked broken and tired. Blond roots were begging to show at the top of the head where the cheap black hair dye had obviously been. Big blue eyes full of scaredness stared up at Keigo as they took a step back. This revealed the oversized t-shirt and baggy ripped trousers which looked like something someone picked out of a nearby dumpster.
“Hawks, meet your niece, Kat”

Yep, Keigo definitely was not dreaming it. There was a literal child standing in front of him. They looked so scared and overwhelmed that he just wanted to hold them close and take care of them. But surely he cannot do that right. He can barely take care of himself let alone another human being. Right?
“Kat is the child of the mistake I was talking about earlier. They are 12 and we have a job for you.”
Job? JOB? Oh god please do not let it be anything bad to do with the child. They look so sad and lonely that they surely cannot expect them to do anything harsh, right?
“For obvious reasons, we cannot have the news of this child all around as it will bring the support for the commission down significantly, so Hawks you are now the legal guardian of this child”
THE LEGAL WHAT NOW????????? Keigo has now officially signed his life away and has a child to look after. God save him, please.
“The job is for you to look after this child and keep them away from the press. School books up until high school have been sent to your house already and will be used by Kat to self teach themselves the material. They will then go to UA high and become a pro hero. In no way shall you tell your relationship with Kat to anyone, got it?”
“Got it, mam,” Keigo says this but knows within seconds of getting home with this child he is calling Rumi and spilling the tea.
