Chapter Text
......'ow. My stomach still hurts' as you think this you are emotionlessly waking up in bed. 'What day is it again? Oh right, Tuesday. Another day another burden' You yawn and slowly get out of bed, your feet touching the cold bitterness of the hard wood floors. You flinch a little from the sudden tempurture change, but get yourself together. Your head becomes a bit dizzy and you feel lightheaded. The usual. Dragging yourself across your room and into your personal bathroom you observe yourself in the mirror. Same as before. Same dyed lavender diamonds in your hair and the same eyes. The same body. The same ears. The same nose. The same EVERYTHING. And yet for some reason, deep inside you, you wished at least SOMETHING had changed.'Where is my contacts?' you wear contacts daily to hide the true color of your eyes. We wouldn't want anyone seeing the ugly swirls in them. Once you cautiously apply the contacts into your eyes, you undress and observe your still healing wound in the mirror. It's still the bright red and purple stitched stupid wound. Although that's not the part you hate the most about it. It always has been and still is the shape of an uneven heart. It hates you as much as you hate it. Instead of dwelling on it you decide to go ahead and completely change your clothes. You are a loose purple jacket, a T-shirt that says "It's My Mental Breakdown And I Choose The Music" lavender pants, a lilac flower in your hair, and black combat boots along with a black belt chain. 'Damn I look stunning' for the first time in a while you smile a bit, then go back to looking like you pulled 5 all-nighters in a row. "In honor of how stunning' I look we shall go to a cafe" That was a lie. You were going anyway. You need coffee.(If you don't like coffee just pretend it's tea or another drink :]) Walking down your stairs, into the living room, taking two lefts down a hallway, one right, and going straight leads you to your garage door. Walking through that door you go towards your car and start it up. The relaxation of the motion of the car moving as you drive and the music in the background make you feel a bit less numb. As you park into the parking lot you realize that there are a lot less cars than usual. ' That's strange, could've sworn there is usually a lot more cars here. Huh. Oh well. Less people less problems as they say." You park your car and take out your keys. As you walk out you feel a gentle breeze as the sun's hot rays hit your skin 'nice day out too. Huh' the cafe in question is called "Ally Cats" and is one of the best cafes in town in your opinion. As you walk in you feel the cool air hit you like a truck and feel strong shiver down your spine. Finally waking up properly you go completely silent. 'Oh' looking around you finally acknowledging everything. There are groups of creatures scattered all around the place. Heck, There's a living SKELETON here. Not to mention the interior looks completely different. And you don't remember any of the workers here working at your favorite cat cafe. And the worst thing of all ... "There's no cats ..." The expression on your face is a resemblance of that of a kicked puppy. For the first emotion you've felt in a while it just had to be sadness. Because you have felt so numb for so long the sudden emotion startles you and you feel tears running down your face. "Ain't that a cat-astrophe?" You chuckle a bit and turn around to see the skeleton that you could've sworn was in front of you. You blink twice. Lives and teleports. That's perfectly normal in every way possible. "Tibia honest, the silent treatment is kinda hurtful" he says this with a playful smirk on his face " A living, talking, and teleporting skeleton, how humerus" you state this emotionlessly. " Wow kiddo, way to tickle my funny-bone" you give a small grin and say " And he can joke, what a bone-head"
"Not my fault I like skulling around kid" with a bit of a a bigger grin you say " I give up. Guess I'll just have to fibula out a new plan." "Yup. Nothing can get under my skin." Your face goes completely emotionless. " What's the name of this cafe" questioningly he answers "muffets?" "Ah. Well I'm a dumb ass" he snorted and laughed a bit while you watched him with what could only be described as emotionless."why do ya say that kiddo?" "I don't even know this cafe, or what I assume is a cafe, who the hell knows how far I drove from my destination.""welp. We might not have cats, but we have spiders." He states this as he walks ahead sitting At the bar on a stool. You contemplate sitting next to him or not.
