Chapter Text
The morning that Vladimir became insane with his work was like any other. His loving girlfriend Anastasia(Slavic pronunciation) woke up at 7 am with an empty bed as usual. Her boyfriend always left before she did and she would be more surprised if she woke up and he was still there. Something felt off though... Anastasia always had this weird sense when something was off for today. Her boyfriend always nudged her that he should study her and she might be breaking known rules of human psychology and all. She always laughed it off and said no. She was nothing special and she didn't want to be convinced otherwise, Vladimir being a crazy popular scientist was more than enough for her.
Elegantly with a bit of a dance, she jumped down a very long staircase in her house to go do her usual morning things. She brushed her long brunette hair and put it up in a high ponytail and smiled into the mirror looking deep into her blue eyes. Vladimir once told her after they started dating, that the first time he saw her eyes he knew immediately that he will never forget them and will never love anyone as much as he loves her.
Anastasia continued cooking the breakfast with all those thoughts about Vladimir and his work rushing through her mind... It was awfully quiet today nonetheless. She was getting more and more suspicious of what is going on today. Until she went into her partner's office downstairs with all his crazy experiments. She saw something that made her drop the plate with food down and freeze in fear...
