Chapter Text

"YUUKI!" Yuuji screamed, panic seizing up his throat, in the back of his mind Sukuna was laughing.

Yuuji was still a kid, only a year older than his future daughter and he didn't have much of a parental instincts. He always liked kids because he was still one so he loved playing with them. But the panic he felt for this stranger, for his supposed daughter from the future was inexplicable, yanking at his insides roughly, slicing a them.

She was only a speck of white hair in the distance, holding a force twenty times bigger than her, its hideous tendrils and black smoke licking all around her.

Yuuji ran and ran but it felt like she was only getting further.

Gojo-sensei?! Where are you?!

He looked around in despair, willing his sensei to teleport to their daughter and protect her.

She wasn't weak but he felt scared anyway.

As he got nearer, she turned to face him. She smiled at him, pain licking the edges of it.

"YUUKI!" He shouted, voice going hoarse.

"I'll be fine." She grinned then collapsed her block to pick up the civilian girl away from the chaos, as soon as she turned her back, the curse spat a venom and it covered the entirety of her right arm.

Yuuji felt faint.

Where's sensei?

His heart felt like it dropped to his feet, soul flying out of his body.

But then, before she could get rescued, before Yuuji can get there and blast that damn curse to oblivion and back she teleported. Teleported

She could teleport? Then why she didn't do it earlier?

Ah, it was the civilian girl. Yuuji cursed himself for not getting there faster before his daughter can put herself between the curse and the civilian.

She may be from the future and Yuuji was still a kid, but she's his daughter.

Yuuji made quick work of the curse in a speed of light so he could check on her faster.

"Are you okay?!" He was sweating and Oh, Sensei is here. Everything's gonna be okay now.

Sensei's eyes landed on him, looking up from behind his glasses, crouching besides the unconscious civilian girl.

Yuuji never looked up at his sensei's eyes up close like this, not when his blue eyes were hard and humorless. Jaded crystals glinting under the sky.

"I'm okay." His daughter said, wincing and smiling. Arm covered in sickly green slime of the curse, she batted it away to reveal curse maggots latching on the holes of her arm.

Yuuji bile rose in his throat.

"Oh my god, FUCKING EW!" She shouted, flailing her arm. "Dad, blast the whole arm away!" She turned her eyes sharply to sensei, demanding.

Yuuji thought Gojo-sensei's eyes were scary in their seriousness, but his daughter's— The determination and strength of her gaze was almost inhuman.

Gojo-sensei laughed, "She looked just like you Yuuji every time you're about to swallow a finger."

Ha? She looked like him in her determination?

She got them from me?

Yuuji marveled, seeing her in a completely different light. He thought she got all her best qualities from Gojo-Sensei but she got some from him too, he wanted to smile.

She broke the moment in 0,01 seconds later.

"Guys! Come on! What are you doing talking about my looks when your daughter here is crawling with demon maggots over here! Come on, get it together!" She shouted angrily.

Yuuji laughed sharply as his sensei stood up and frowned at her. "The reverse curse technique couldn't regenerate a whole arm." He countered, tone flat, he crossed his arm in disapproval.

Yuuki rolled her eyes so hard Yuuji was surprised her eyes didn't come off. "D. A. D." She said slowly. "I'm forty percent curse, I can regenerate my whole body if I want to."

Sukuna popped out, "WHAT!" He screamed in jealousy.

Yuuji slapped his cheek in reflex, muffling the annoying King of Curses.

Yuuki sighed, "So undignified uncle Suku." She said, arm crawling with maggots as far away as her body allowed since it was still attached.

And yet she still go out of her way to insult the King of Curses.

"MmFh— You— FaRe— FhaLL— phi... INPHIDEd—" Sukuna muffled screams answered back.

"Yes, yes, I dare to call you undignified because from my future you're my proud, badass, dignified, coolest uncle Sukuna." She answered back.

Yuuji felt like it was more than empty praise words she threw out, this kid had a plan.

What plan involves the King of Curses?

Sukuna fell silent suddenly, muffled screams cut off.

Yuuji reached out in curiosity, only to find Sukuna preening in his domain like a creep.

"Oh? Heh, heh." He was snickering on his throne, puffing up like a peacock.

Yuuji felt so creep out. He regretted going there in the first place. Ugh, why did he anyway.

Curiosity killed the tiger. He didn't want to see the King of Curses with that happy smug expression EVER.

Yuuji glanced at his daughter and she was smiling sweetly. Gojo-sensei was shaking in laughter beside him.

What's so funny? It's just hella creepy. Yuuji thought, baffled at this father and son duo.

"Now, please! Can! You! Just blast my. Whole. Arm?!" She glanced at said arm and her face scrunched up in disgust.

BLAST!

Yuuki blinked at the empty socket of her shoulder and stared at Gojo-sensei flatly as if saying, 'Really?'

"Touchè." She sighed as her arm grew back in a split second. Bones regrowing then muscles knitting together, skin and then her arm was good as new.

"You keep screaming, my ears hurt." Gojo-sensei said.

"I am so telling dad on you when I go back."

Yuuji frowned, "Which dad?"

She snorted, "Of course tiger dad. Not big shit dad." She stuck out a tongue at Gojo-sensei and he stuck out his tongue in back.

"Bleh!" He taunted.

"So what? I'm not scared, I'm the strongest." Gojo-Sensei said petulantly.

Yuuji looked between them, he was still a kid himself but right now he wanted to pat his future self in the back for apparently raising two toddlers.

"Hah!" Yuuki smirked, crossing her arms. "That's what you say until Dad made you sleep on the couch. See who's the strongest then. I'm on my way taking that title away from you anyway, wait till I'm seventeen, you'll see." She stuck out her tongue again and flipped her hair, turning and walking away from them.

Yuuji felt his face boil at the implications of what she was saying.

So... In the future they slept in the same bed? Haha. Of course! I mean we're a couple in the future!

Wow. That's something.

Yuuji felt giddy. And scared. Scared to hope for that blissful future. Scared that he wouldn't get it now that he knew what he could be missing.

Yuuji glanced at his sensei only to meet his teacher's eyes awkwardly, they both turned away. Gojo-Sensei cleared his throat.

"Let's clean up, Yuuji-kun!"
