Chat Noirs heart sank as realisation fell over him, his M’lady is in love with someone else. Someone who will never be him.
It might be time to move on. Chat noir feels a wet droplet falling down his face. He was crying. Thinking about how Ladybug gushed and blushed about her mysterious crush, she turns to Chat noir and smiles continuing to talk about her crush chat noir found his heart dropped because he wanted ladybug to talk about him like that, he wanted to be the reason she smiled. Crying and wet from the rain chat noir didn’t want to return home to eat dinner alone and try to get at least a minute of his Fathers time, He smelt the best smell ever macaroons, the smell was so comforting and warm he couldn’t resist following it. It lead to the Boulangerie Patisserie, which he knew was his good friend Marinette’s house (A/N this triggered me 🥲😭). He jumped on the balcony and knocked on the door hoping she would answer. Marinette who was designing a dress to kill her boredom, wondering who could climb up to her balcony... She opened the door to see a dripping cat. It was Chat Noir...
“Chat noir?!? Are you okay, come in you might catch a cold!” Marinette ushered him inside, Chat noir was thinking about how pretty, soft and warm Mari looked but his thoughts were interrupted by Marinettes sweet voice
“Are you crying...” she trails off wiping his tears and getting him a blanket. Marinette Bring freshly made macaroons and asked Chat noir if he wanted some
“Yes please” Chat noir hated how weak and shaken his voice sounded
“How do you know where I live, and why are you here” Marinette asked in a soft voice
“I know where you live because we fought Evillustrator together, I came because I smelt macaroons and I could resist the beautiful smell of them” He said while eating a Macaroon, Marinette looked outside
“I don’t think it would be wise or safe to go outside right now” Chat Noir couldn’t think straight Marinette looked so warm and he was so cold he got up and pulled Marinette into a hug
“Chat... Noir?” Marinette says he could tell she was embarrassed but he was right she was ridiculously warm he could almost fall asleep..
