   Summary

   Hojo gets his hands on an infantryman from Nibelheim and discovers that the infantryman has a genetic anomaly tied to Nibelheim that is similar to his Prized Specimen and decides to experiment on the infantryman to see what this genetic anomaly does. After promising results with the infantryman, he decides to do the same with said Prized Specimen which has an unexpected result.
