Now don’t get Izuku wrong. He never expected the search for Kurogiri to be easy. Searching for any entity that doesn’t entirely exist, as most people do, would be. But this was just bullshit. He even tried asking the dumbass ruler of The Void. Did they help any? No. They just shrugged and went back to whatever the fuck they were doing previously.
And then he remembered something. No, nothing about where Kurogiri could possibly be. But instead the League of Villains. Well more like The-League-of-Traumatized-Teens-and-Young-Adults-Who-Were-Wronged-By-Too-Many-People, but that’s too long of a name so if anyone has better suggestions, then he’s all ears. Either way, he should be able to get a rough guess of where Kurogiri might be from them. And the other missing Nomus too, because Izuku looked into it and nobody deserves what those creatures went through to become like that. Kurogiri was just one of the lucky ones he supposes.
He’s going off track though.

Yes. Yes he is, because he was talking about The-League-of-Traumatized-Teens-and-Young-Adults-Who-Were-Wronged-By-Too-Many-People (fuck that is a mouthful) and then went back to Kurogiri and the Nomus.

He knows that. Truly he does, but right now he’s trying to focus on the whatever The-League-of-You-Want-to-Fucking-Call-Them. So yes, he is going off track. Now shut up so he can finish whatever the fuck he was trying to do earlier.

“Fine, fine.”
So anyways, Izuku walked through the police station doors and made his way to Tsukauchi’s personal office. No one questioned him due to how many times he’s been here, so it was quite a peaceful trip. And a short trip, but Izuku didn’t mind.
Opening the door to the detective’s office Izuku smiled at the done-with-life look the man gave him.
“Yo wassup Tsuki dude.”
“What do you want Izuku?”
“I just wanna talk with The League. Not of Villains, I’m just too lazy to say what we’re calling them, so the ‘The League’ it is for now.” Izuku shrugged.
“What are we calling them? And who’s ‘we’?” Tsukauchi asked almost hesitantly.
“Well we’re calling them The-League-of-Traumatized-Teens-and-Young-Adults-Who-Were-Wronged-By-Too-Many-People, but it’s too long of a name so I’m waiting for feedback from them.” Izuku pointed to an empty corner of the room. “If you have a suggestion, I’d be happy to hear it, but for now we’ll just wait and get on with the chapter.”
“Chapter?”
“What about a chapter?” Izuku tilted his head.
“You just mentioned getting on with ‘the chapter’.”
“I think you must be hearing things. Are you ok Tsuki? Are you sick?” Now Izuku knows gaslighting is wrong, but sometimes (like right now) it’s necessary. And just all around entertaining.
“No, you said something about a chapter. I know you did.” Tsukauchi tried.
“Maybe we should take you to get your ears checked. I didn’t say anything about a chapter.”
“But-”
“Į̴̝̽͛ ̶̢̀d̷̢̙́̓i̶̱̒͝d̸͜͝n̶̫̮̖̅͆'̶͚̩͛̅͠ț̷͚̓́͝.” Izuku tilted his head. “Anyways, where’s The League?”
“Down the hall to the left. They’re still unresponsive.” Tsukauchi said, pointing a finger in the direction he gave Izuku.
“Oh I didn’t expect anything less.” Izuku said, making his way towards The League.
Kurogiri wasn’t sure what to do. His whole reason for being was to protect Young Tomura and follow Master’s orders. But now Young Tomura is not Young Tomura anymore, and Master is dead. Now he’s here sitting in an empty warehouse with the extra, incomplete Nomu. He doesn’t know what his purpose is anymore.
“It’s to be yourself. Not Kurogiri. Not a Nomu. But who you were before all this.” Kurogiri looked around for the voice that seemed to be speaking to him.
“Who was I before this?” He asked, when he couldn’t find the voice.
“All in due time dear O̷̤̺̜͉̒͆̊b̵͈͕̺̳̌̊o̸͕͚͙̐r̸̺͎͐ǫ̷̣̞̖͝ ̴̢̤͈̮̋̈́Š̸̲̹̎ḩ̸͕̊̇̊ǐ̷̙̙̖͕ṙ̸̤a̵̯̱͂̋͗̋k̴̹̣̚͝u̸͎͎͝͝m̵̹̣̿ͅọ̶̼̏̅͌͝” The voice said. Kurogiri couldn’t make out the last words. They were warped and staticy and if he tried, his head began to ache.
“All in due time.” He whispered to himself.
~~~~~~
3 months later his “due time” arrived. In the form of a green haired child and multiple other teenagers, but it arrived.
“Welcome to your ‘due time’ Kurogiri!” The green haired teenager exclaimed. “Sky Daddy has come to return you!”
The other teenagers struggled to hold back laughs. Some failed and some succeeded.
“Return me?” Kurogiri asked, opting to ignore the 'Sky Daddy'.
“To who you once were!” The green haired teenager said, smiling sweetly. “And to save all the rest of these poor creatures.”
Kurogiri stood there, not knowing what to do as the teenagers surrounded him chanting in Latin. Some teenagers went to the tubes that contained the unfinished or failed Nomus and started drawing strange symbols on the glass, then stood in front of the tubes and started chanting in Latin. Their chants were different. Kurogiri doesn’t know how he knows this, he just does.
“S̵͓̯͂k̷̬̭̔ÿ̸̝̪́̓ ̴͈̲̍̃D̷̝͌͝ă̷͇d̵͖̿̂̓d̶̢͐̉̎y̶͕̌̓!̴͙̲̈́̄͑ ̶͈͛͒̕S̴̞̩̓̉k̵̗͓̼̽y̴̡̗͉̒͠ ̴̝̖́̎D̵̰̗̣̈́a̷̮̙̾̊̕d̵͚͓͓̈̕͠d̸̢̩̤̑̈y̵̜̔!̶̞̞̽ ̴̳̮̿͂Ṣ̵̕͠k̵̼̎ý̸̗̣̺͑ ̵͈̂D̶̦̆a̵̠͐͠d̷͙̩͛̓d̴̪͕̏̕͠ͅŷ̶̻̘̻̾̉!̴̫͍͋̚ ̷̙̰̰̽͒S̶̭̻̔̏̆k̶͇̪͗y̶̞̲̫̏́ ̴͍̭̀̌̽͜Ḏ̷̾̀a̶̟̣̞̅̕d̸̹̘̤̃d̵̰̿͝ỹ̵̠̙!̷̘͌ ̴͔̞̈́͊̍S̶̺̚͝ͅk̷̨̦͚̇͗y̷̫̍ ̶͇͔͎̌͠Ḍ̷̙̤̑̕ā̵͇̮̓͒d̴͔͊̈ḋ̴͓̭͜ỳ̶̜͚̮!̶͔̻͊” The green haired child chanted.
This strange chanting lasted for what felt like hours (10 minutes) before Kurogiri passed out. The last thing he heard whispered in his ear was a name that sounded familiar yet strange before the black at the edges of his vision consumed him.
“Oboro Shirakumo.”
“What did you do?” Tsukauchi asked, pinching the bridge of his nose.
“Brought back my family’s supposedly dead friend.” Izuku said, swinging his legs back and forth.
“And what happened to the Nomus and Kurogiri?” Tsukauchi asked, groaning into his hands. They had gotten a report about a warehouse in one of the less hero populated districts emanating a sort of white light and chanting. When they had arrived at the scene, multiple students from UA, most in the hero course, were standing in a perfect line and there were empty glass tubes, drained of some kind of liquid. The teenagers were standing behind Izuku as said teen had another teen’s head resting in his lap.
“They have been saved and he has been returned.” Izuku said, his eyes looking all around the room before landing on Tsukauchi.
“Right. You’re free to go I guess. Not like I can do anything about it anyway.” Tsukauchi mumbled the last part, not really thinking Izuku would be unable to hear.
“Of course you can’t!” Izuku said cheerily before standing up and skipping his way out the station.
Tsukauchi really doesn’t understand Izuku, and he never will.
Back at UA 3 friends lay eyes on their light blue haired friend for the first time in 14 years. The two more emotional friends cried while the raven haired friend just looked on in shock and, what Izuku would describe as, relief. Izuku was glad he was able to return his dad’s friend to him. Oboro looked exactly like he did when the friends had last seen him alive. Izuku was happy for his family.
