Asahi quickly grabbed his bag and headed out of his house. He is spending the day in yume’s house with her other friends, as they all planned to watch a new tv movie thats airing today.
He couldn't help but worry a bit, though. He and yume has just started dating recently and they decided not to tell their parents yet, they got some ice cream earlier that day after school, he wondered whether yume told her parents about that, maybe if she did, they didn't take it so seriously?
He then realized he has been standing outside his house for like, five minutes now! With that realization, he sprinted over to yume’s house, now he's going to be late!
“Sorry i'm late!” asahi said out loud as he ran into the house “i was really busy with stuff today and i lost track of time!” he quickly made up an excuse.
He was greeted to the sight of yume, her parents, and her friends just staring at him in confusion.
“What do you mean asahi, we were in the ice cream parlor together like an hour ago!” yume then said, causing asahi freeze in horror.
“Y-yume.” he stuttered out, his eyes now wide and his cheeks red.
It seems yume’s dad made the connection quite quickly, standing there the whole time, he then said the following thing with a smile, a thing that for some reason, has struck fear into asahi’s heart as he registered the following words:
“Haha asahi you are dating my daughter”
