PRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRT
The sound of party blowers bounced through the room, and in that very same room were 10 girl's celebrating the special birthday of their close friend, Gawr Gura.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY GURAAAAA" They all exclaimed in unison. Kiara jumping with Ina who was forced to participate with Kiara in doing so, Calli and J-chad standing side by side, a huge grin plastered onto both their faces. Enma and Jenma Having their arms in the air with Enma looking a bit annoyed and yet she couldn't help but smile at how ridiculous this was. Both Amelia, Uto and Gura's mom attended, Nacho, Uto, and Nabi waving their hands in the air as well just like the latter. And then there was the blonde detective, or should we say.. Sharkie's girlfriend?
Gura couldn't keep her eyes off the girl, she wasn't doing anything special, she was just.. in Gura's words, "SmilingbrighterthanthesunlikeohmygodIcanstareatthatsunforevershe'ssobeautiulbeingthereohmygodamIstillalivepleaseIloveherIloveAmeIloveameliawatsonpleasemarrymeam-" okay okay okay calm down jesus f wording christ

Amelia was just there, smiling the biggest sweetest smile she could muster, holding herself back from jumping towards the birthday girl. She stared deeply into Gura's eyes who did the same in return. But then Gura's eyes went down toward Amelia's lips, the detective noticed and smugly smiles, she mouths "Come here if you want them". Gura's eyes turned red for a split second but disappeared after blinking, instead of her eyes being red, her face turned red.
Gura sighs but walks towards the detective. She could hear her heart beat, even in the noisy lively room they were in, but only two steps away Uto approached the shark.
"Gura-chan! Hello! Nice to meet you" Her Japanese accent was there and she sounded cute, it made Gura subconsciously smile and also made Amelia get a bit jealous.
"Uto-chan! Konnichiwa" Gura gave her signature grin and Uto squealed in delight.
"You so very very cute Gura-chan!" Gura's tail wagged happily.
"Thank you" Gura blushed and smiled.
Amelia walked towards the two and went behind Gura to capture the shark from behind. "Sis, what's up?" Amelia's tone was dangerously sweet, Uto noticed, Gura was too distracted feeling the soft pillows behind her head.
"Ame-chan, are you okay?"
"I'm very much feeling amazing" She hugged Gura closer "Thank you for asking"
Uto finally realized what was happening and hit her palm with her fist. "oh!" She exclaimed
"I have to go see mama Nabi, goodbye Gura-chan" Uto waved at Gura and began walking towards not Nabi, interesting.
"Watson you good?" Gura asked, leaning her head closer while tilting it upwards to look up at Amelia's face.
"Yeah.. sorry lost myself there" Gura smiles and kisses Amelia's chin
"It's cute don't worry about it" It was Amelia's turn to smile, she cuddled closer the shark girl who melted in her arms. They completely forgot about their surroundings, but that was until Kiara mentioned both their names to win a hug from Calli.
"GUH! SHUT UP KUSOTORI"
"Calliiiiii just this one time pleasee???"
"We're around our friends! Have some decency, it's Gura's birthday right now" Calli blushed, massaging her temples. "oh my satan.." she mutters.
Everyone around them bursted in laughter, but AmeSame looked at each other, smiled, and cuddled even more.
A familiar tune played in the speaker
"Oh my God, is this?"
"Its lucky!" Gura finishes Amelia's sentence. She took Amelia's arms off of her and turned around, putting her hand out towards the blonde.
"Won't you sing and dance with me Miss?"
Amelia smiles and takes Gura's hand in her's "It'd be an honor my knight"
"Do you hear me? I'm talking to you!" Gura twirled Amelia around, "Across the water~ Across the deep a blueee" she booped Amelia's nose with her nose "Ocean~! Under the open sky"
"Oh my" Amelia sang
"hey! Baby I'm trying" Gura winked before giggling
"Sharkie, I hear you in my dreams~" Amelia let herself loose with Gura. "I feel your whisper~ Across the seaaaa" Amelia hugged Gura close "I keep you with me.. In my heart" She let go slightly, staring into Gura's darker blue eyes "You make it easier.. when life get's hard" Gura smirks, and twirls Amelia catching her off Guard.
"Lucky I'm in love with my best friend" They sang in unison, "Lucky to have been where I have been" Gura sang, "Lucky to be coming home again"
The two stared at each other, before bursting into a fit of laughs and giggles. The song continued in the background
Ooohh ooooh oooh oooh ooh ooh ooh ooh
"We're suchh dorks"
"Two cute dork's in love"
"Exactly"
"Come on it's starting again"
"Calm down Gura!" Amelia squeaked.
"They don't know how long it takes" Gura lifts Amelia off the ground and twirls around
"Waiting for a love like this"
Amelia smiles softly
"Every time we say goodbye" Amelia continues
"I wish we had one more kiss" They sang again in unison
"I'll wait for you" Gura sang. They stopped twirling and stared in each other's eyes once more
"I promise you" Amelia smiles
"I willllllll~!"
"And IIiiiIIi~!" Gura continued, earning a kiss on the cheek from Amelia
"Lucky I'm in love with my best friend" they interlocked their hands together.
"Lucky to have been where I have been" Gura squeezed Amelia's hand
"Lucky to be coming home again" Amelia squeezed her hand in return
"Lucky we're in love in every way"
"Lucky to have stayed where we have stayed"
"Lucky to be coming home someday"
And then they kissed
It was soft, their family around them cheered, Kiara squealing in delight, Ina is nodding approving of the ship, Calli and J-chad are taking a swig in celebratory manner and the others being themselves.
"Look's like we showed off too much" Amelia giggles, pulling away for oxygen.
"It's alright, they'll at least know which couple is the best and the superior" Gura chuckles.
"I guess I won't mind that then"
"Good, cause we're doing this more often"
"You sing too much"
"Not that you're complaining"
"I love it too"
The two shared a laugh
"Come on, I bought you your pizza, we should eat soon"
"Alright, you better feed me though~"
"aha, you better do that to me too when it's m birthday:"
"Yeah yeah yeah, tell me about that when it's your actual birthday ya bozo"
"yada yada yada come on" Gura put the detective down gently but held her hand.
"Alright let's go"
