the dewy drops slid down the window the soft patter of the rain on the roof a soft sigh next to him. Jungkook turned his head slightly looking at his son sleeping next to him his thin long eyelashes hiding cat like eyes he definitely got that from Yoongi he thought Minhyun got into his bed after the rain came down he has always been afraid of the bigger storms his little body never liking the loud splatter of the rain Yoongi always said Minhyun is most likely gonna take after himself, a omega Jungkook feels inclined to agree.
Covering up Minhyun with a blanket Jungkook slowly got up and made his way out of the bedroom the alpha always finding it hard to sleep alone when Yoongi had night shifts at the hospital the bed seemingly empty without his presence but he knew from the light casting in from the rising sun through the rain splattered windows that Yoongi should be home soon he'll always know when his omega is due to be home he doesn't think he'll ever not know where Yoongi is.
the click from the door made the alpha turn his head a shaggy blonde haired man closing the door behind him softly looking up smiling at Jungkook "hi bun" he murmurs the alphas chest rumbling in content striding across the living room to his omega enveloping him in a hug. the alpha wrapped his arms around the smaller Yoongi always fit snug underneath his chin he always admires it about the older his white porcelain skin despite being younger than Yoongi the fact that he can fit him underneath his chin protect him safely even if Yoongi protest sometimes at the display of affection especially in front of strangers but at home in front of Minhyun it was okay it was only them after all his family.
"did you have a good day at the hospital?" jungkook asked digging his chin into the smallers hair softly. "I did it was so busy I have been of my feet the whole day." the smaller grumbled tightening his hold on the younger. the alpha rumbled slightly pulling back his arms not leaving his omega looking slightly down at him. "do you wanna go get dressed and get into bed? Minhyun came and climbed into after ur started raining." the older sighed and looked longingly at the bedroom knowing his pup is still struggling even after being 4 years old. The omega nodded softly and leaned up and kissed jungkook on the lips softly. It felt like home kissing jungkook always felt like home he wouldn't know what he would have done without the alpha in his life. "go take a shower quickly baby I'll make some milk warm and take it to bed." jungkook nudged the omega towards the hallway smilingly softly as he watched the elder walk towards the bathroom his scent of peaches and oranges lingering in the air on his clothes he could finally calm down relax his omega was beside him again. hurrying to make the milk warm he poured some into a mug and put it in the microwave looking towards the bedroom making sure the noise isn't bothering the pup.
after making sure the milk is in a safe spot he got back into bed pulling Minhyun closer to him towards the middle of the bed tucking his head over their pup sometimes he can't believe he and yoongi made this little pup together the scent of peaches from Yoongi and Jungkooks own lemon scenting mingling with each other across their pup as Yoongi slowly pattered into the room looking as cute and the day jungkook first met him in college.
smiling softly at watching his two boys lay in bed yoongi slowly slid in next to his pup smiling at jungkook across Minhyun as the alpha just stared at him lovingly mouthing a 'I love you' across the silent space. he smiled softly and kissed his son on the head and turned around letting Minhyun throw his arms over his neck like he's always liked to sleep being a tiny backpack. he felt his alphas arms reach across the space and rest on his stomach. after a long day coming home to his alpha and his pup was all he needed all he ever will need.
