Obi-Wan was not looking forward to the upcoming council meeting he and his master had. They were due to make their report from the most recent mission they had taken, and Qui-Gon was undoubtedly going to make Obi-Wan hastily explain his most recent exploits when the only reasoning he expresses was it being “the will of the Force”.
Obi-Wan sighed. He really should have gotten used to this by now, seeing as he did this after virtually every mission and excursion. Maybe he should just make a list of generic responses he could use and let the council figure the rest out. Or just leave Qui-Gon to explain himself.
At this point he was pretty much ready to do anything. Maybe he should explain himself just enough so that he didn’t get censured and let Qui-Gon do whatever the kark he wanted to.
Yes, that was what Obi-Wan would do.
