Guileless: innocent and without deception
CC-2224, also known as Marshall Commander Cody of the 7th Sky Corps, was a disaster.
He had been slowly coming to terms with General Kenobi’s—no, Obi-Wan’s, his general had told Cody to call him Obi-Wan—death when Rex had commed him.
Apparently, the whole thing had been a set up and Obi-Wan had faked his death and was still alive.
Sith hells. His general was alive.
Cody staggered, backing up against a wall and sinking to the ground.
“Codes?” He heard Rex call. He’d forgotten his vod’ika was still on the call.
He sighed. “I’m fine, Rex. Just… having some realizations that I didn’t previously have.”
Rex stared at him. “I… you good?”
“Yep. Continue, please.”
“What were we even talking about?”
“No idea.”
