Fan upon fan clicked the link to Yibo’s new upload. Some gathered for a deep and calming experience, while others came for the newly revealed dog food.
Yibo decided to start the video differently from his other asmr introductions.
For once, Yibo was not already seated and there was soft piano music playing in the background. A soft clancking was heard as whispered voices followed.
“Did I come on time?” This was a voice nobody had heard before but it was quite soft and gentle.
“Yeah, just take a seat while I set up” Everyone knew this was Yibo’s voice but they could almost hear the smile in it, as he had a slight lilt to his voice, which they cannot say they have heard often, except for the few live streams he had done where he would suddenly look turn his head towards the opposite direction. The devoted viewers now understood why their voice god would often seem distracted at times, or release soft chuckles in their ears at random moments. His wifey was there!
They found themselves squealing out of adoration and sweetness as their male god truly seemed happy and in love.
They squeaked into their palms as the camera remained lowered below Yibo’s chin as a rounded, beige sweater appeared with a slight wobble.
Yibo had finally set up his mic, music off, so everyone quickly focused in on the soft whispers heard through their ears.
“Everyone, I brought you some new content today as my baobei needed more attention. Hope there’s no inconvenience.”
Although it wasn’t a live stream, everyone quickly shouted at their screens that it wasn’t, giddy with joy as their idol was willing to share more of his life with them.
They heard the sound of Yibo’s chair rolling back slightly as his round hubby sat in his lap, milk cup in hand. The mug had a cute bunny design on it, and everyone found it quite adorable. They thought it suited him well as he took a small sip, profile revealing a beautiful man, Yibo hidden tightly behind him.
They saw Yibo’s palm reach near his desk before putting on a tiny mask, covering everything but his lips and chin.
His husband watched him quietly.
“Is it on?”
He placed his cup down on the desk. His voice came off loudly before he lowered his voice, unsurely. “Should I whisper?”
They saw Yibo smile slightly, before a short chuckle left his lips.
“Yes, baobei. It’s on, and you should whisper.” He held his baobei’s back, lightly tracing it. “I thought you watched my videos? Seeing as how you don’t know, I guess you lied to me gege.” Xiao Zhan could hear the teasing in his husband’s voice, but it still made him let out a noise of irritation.
“You know I do, you make me watch them!”
He pinched Yibo’s shoulder slightly, “Besides, it’s better to check.”
Yibo smiled before cuddling his hubby closer, “Yes, gege.”
The viewers squealed at the display of cuteness. They found it incredibly cute how Yibo teased his husband and feigned disappointment. Not to mention that he was younger than his husband! Many jiejie and gege squealed at the information, the image of being taken care of by a younger man and taking care of a younger man was absolutely adorable, and extremely desirable. They couldn't help but sigh in jealousy. Whilst younger didi and mei mei left comments asking about Yibo and his hubby’s ages.
It wasn’t until hours later that Yibo revealed that they had a six year age difference.
In the video, Yibo peaked his head around his husband’s shoulder as they opted to lay their chins on each other's shoulders. Everyone happily watched as Yibo turned his attention back to his audience, back gently stroking his gege’s back.
“Good afternoon everyone, I hope your day has been well. I’ve got my gege here to aid me today.”
Xiao Zhan waved his hand, the arm that was wrapped around Yibo’s neck making an appearance. “Our little turtle is almost due, so I have to shower my little bunny here with affection.”
Xiao Zhan gently whispered,”You better.”
Yibo laughed before continuing, “so, you can call him bunny-ge or Xiao Zhan”
“None of you can call him gege because I’m his only didi.”
It was Xiao Zhan’s turn to laugh as he felt his heart warm from Yibo’s cute display of affection. “Ne,ne. What a spoiled dongsaeng.”
At this comment, viewers quickly went into the comment section and twitter alike to ask about Yibo’s background, his language talents, as well as where he was from.
He of course, left a short tweet on twitter with the words
“Mandarin, Korean, and English”
His fans swooned at his passiveness, calling him an ice king due to his chic behavior.
Yibo rolled his chair a bit closer to the camera and patted his gege’s back gently.
“During the prenatal classes, we’ve been told that massaging is good for the baby’s mother and helps with blood circulation.” His voice was deep and soothing. Xiao Zhan slightly tilted his head, his profile showing up beautifully.
Yibo looked at him through the viewfinder and smiled as Xiao Zhan yawned lightly.
He closed his eyes happily as sounds of Yibo’s fingers patting his back filled the background.
“Gege sleeps frequently these days because of the baby. He says the baby is too heavy.” A small snort was heard through Xiao Zhan’s nose as he looked at his husband accusingly.
“You try carrying a baby for nine months then, see if you can stand up all day then.”
Xiao Zhan seemed as if he wanted to fully turn around and complain to the camera directly as he turned slightly, but Yibo kept a firm hold on his waist so that his beauty (or at the very least, what he could manage to keep hidden) hidden.
“The worst part about it is this man here can’t cook to save his life.”
Yibo gasped lightly, knuckles lightly digging into Xiao Zhan’s lower back,”Hey! I made amazing noodles.”
Xiao Zhan hummed lightly, “You add too much vinegar and noodles are all you can make.”
Yibo reached on to his desk and rubbed some essential oil into his hand, slipping his hands under Xiao Zhan’s sweater.
“Just you wait, when the baby is born, they’ll love my noodles.”
Xiao Zhan arched his back slightly before laughing in disbelief, “You should just be worried if this video will be demonetized or not.”
“How scandalous of you to feel me up on camera.”
Yibo gasped at his Zhan-ge’s naughtiness,”Don’t put that on me!”
He continued his ministrations, rubbing the oil all over Xiao Zhan’s back.
The viewers went insane! What they would give to have Yibo rub their backs...Not to mention that smooth looking expanse of skin they saw under Xiao Zhan’s sweater before Yibo possessively pulled it down.
Everyone, Omegas and alphas alike made jokes about putting a green hat on Yibo with how cute his hubby was, his bunny-ge.
Which to of course, Yibo posted a picture of Xiao Zhan cuddled up with him, face hidden in his neck, claiming: This man is mine. No one is qualified to be his gege but me//
The fangirls went crazy as they started creating fan pages and art about the two. They were simply too cute to ignore.
They loved it when Yibo showed his love for his lover as he would reply to brazen alphas or betas with “you can you up”, daring them to try and steal his Zhan-ge if they thought they could.
Of course, no one was brave enough to refute his claims, thus Yibo continued his reign as an ice king.
In the video, Xiao Zhan continued to lay his head on Yibo’s shoulder as he gently talked to their audience.
“Has anyone else experienced the feeling of carrying a baby?”
Yibo laughed at his husband as he asked,” why couldn't you just ask if anyone in the comments has children”
“Such an intellectual” He laughed as Xiao Zhan poked his rib cage.
“Hush. Yibo is always teasing me.”
He then poked Yibo’s neck, “run away while you still can, just wait for when I give birth to our child..”
Yibo let out a huff, “try it if you can.”
Viewers left tons of cute comments about their ice king, not even melting down for his hubby. Actually scratch that, he proved that he easily could later in the video.
“Anyways, as this is our first child, I’ve found that there have been many exciting and scary experiences.”
“I think there will always be this internal fear of first time parent: will I be good enough?”
Yibo hummed in agreement, “Yibo and I experienced this a lot in the beginning, still even now, but I would say it has calmed down quite a bit.”
The audience watched as Yibo smiled gently at bunny-ge, placing a gentle kiss on his exposed neck.
It was at that moment that the audience noticed the tiny mole next to Zhan-ge’s mouth. Everyone thought it added to his beauty, he simply looked ethereal, even if they could only see his profile.
Some even dared to say that they would definitely find someone with body moles as it was too cute to bear. Some even ridiculously said that they would draw on their own body moles with a marker.
They were of course kidding, but when Xiao Zhan saw the comments, he laughed his butt off. Yibo’s fans truly were a blast.
Xiao Zhan began to knead Yibo’s neck lightly, “But I think you just learn as you go.”
“Like why should we doubt our abilities when we put so much effort into making our world perfect for our little one?”
Yibo smiled, a smile that seemed so rare for the audience as they could see his teeth on full display.
“And for that, I am eternally grateful to you.”
“As you make my world complete and give me energy to get through the day…”
Xiao Zhan seemed as if he wanted to cry, but Yibo went off and said, “As amazing of a guy as I am, who ordinarily doesn't need such things.”
“But what can I say?”
“I’m Yibo, the definition of awesomeness.”
Xiao Zhan lightly tapped on Yibo’s neck, calling him an idiot, but everyone can tell that his voice sounded slightly choked up.
“I would love to get all soft and sentimental with you gege, but I don’t want you crying for others to see.”
This time, he directed his words towards the camera, “He’s too beautiful, you see?”
So much dog food! Everyone in the comments left comments about the couples adorableness and beautiful dynamics whilst other mothers spoke about how they deeply related to Xiao Zhan’s words, some even admitting to crying through his small words of comfort.
“Yibo really does have a way of spoiling the mood”
Or so Xiao Zhan said, but everyone could hear the smile in his voice.
“But love truly is an Amazing thing, and we can’t wait to meet our little bean.”
Yibo nodded along while Xiao Zhan continued, “I considered making a vlog channel centered around our baby, just to document our process, but I’m not sure if any of you would like to see that”
Everyone in the comments quickly left messages of how they’d bow down to the couple just to see their baby, or of how they would definitely watch it and hope to have a baby just as cute as theirs (even if their child wasn't born yet.)
“I could even share a couple of cooking recipes with you all”
Yibo looked at the man before looking back at the camera, “I’m sure it would include baby food too.”
“The child isn't even born yet but he has me downing much left and right” A gasp was heard as Xiao Zhan hit Yibo on the shoulder.
“It’s better to be prepared, and considering that fact that you don’t even cook, you ought to speak wisely.”
“Yes sir!”
Xiao Zhan quieted down and hummed softly, humming a quiet tune as Yibo continued to massage his back.
Yibo moves on to rub his gege’s belly, smiling gently as the baby kicks softly, causing Xiao Zhan to scold him lightly for waking his baby.
Yibo apologies quietly before quietly asking their baby to return to sleep (which of course is denied as the baby enjoys the attention of its father.)
“This has turned into more of a talk with us than an asmr video, but I would hope that the sound of us talking is just as soothing.”
Tons of people reposted and shared the video, commenting about the soothingness of the video and the warm feeling it left in their hearts from it, so they definitely loved it.
And on Xiao Zhan’s future channel, they definitely shot videos of similar format.
Soon enough, Xiao Zhan found himself dozing off to Yibo’s voice, his soft humming having replaced his own.
Thus the end of the video drew nearwith Xiao Zhan’s steady breathing being the only sound in the video, as Yibo whispered a small goodbye, lifting Xiao Zhan into his arms, walking off camera.
A few weeks later, Yibo posted a photo of a tiny hand wrapped around his own, linking the official link to Xiao Zhan’s channel.

The very first video featured a panicking Yibo, frog stickers covering their faces, as the two made their way out of their home, a very ready baby on the way.
Thus, their baobei’s first vlog was published.
