The Chalet School film review

This started as a collaborative thread on Lime Green Musings, and the majority of posts will be there, but I’ve set this up as a back up and for those not on LGM. If I can make it so that other people can post their chapters I will, otherwise it’ll only be some of my contributions or those of anyone who is ok with me posting accross their posts.
(Film night on the Platz has the background of the film projector so technically should be part one in the series but doesn’t really need to be read to enjoy this daftness.)

Chapter Text

The idea is that the Platz has a film projector and can have films or TV programs delivered to them. We are assuming that they have access to any film up to the present day. No specific time period, but the original drabble was set in 1969 so around the end of the series and at that time seems to be the most common time period posted.

This is a thread for anyone to contribute drabbles, or comment with ideas of film suggestions, or really any things related to this idea.

So for example might be a Film Review, or perhaps Rosalie or Hilda’s notes about whether a film is suitable for the school to watch or needs to be kept for Staff Eyes Only.

It could be a story where we see how they react to a film as they watch it, as happens in the original drabble, or could be a letter where someone describes a film to another character. Basically whatever you feel.

I’m happy for anyone to use Filespace or the world created in the original Film Night at the Platz drabble as a base if it helps.
