"Mmh." Jeshua nods distractedly, head tilted as if trying to shake water from his ear.
"But you did."
"Did I?" Arms wrapped around himself, Jeshua looks up at his visitor.
"They made an entire religion of that."
"Does that irk you?"
"Not really." Lucifer fixes the shawl that has slipped from Jeshua's shoulders. "What irks me is your utter disregard for convention. Rebellion was supposed to be my part."
"Sorry." Jeshua smiles wanly.
Terrific. Meekness: Jeshua's certifiably patent way out of everything. Hades must have really got to him.
