Karasuno was walking to coach Ukai's store together when Nishinoya and Hinata ran off to some other place, and the team had to find them before someone else could.
{Earlier that afternoon}
"There has been another murder in the Miyagi Prefecture to follow up the Missing person alert for Aoi Mattsuda Who, was said went missing the night before last. So keep an eye out for anyone in this description. Was played on the radio in the gym at the end of evening practice was everyone was getting changed in the locker room Daichi said "once we go Home after we leave Coach Ukai's store make sure that you buddy up with someone that lives near you so we will be safe as you go home" everyone seemed to have a buddy Tsukishima and Yamaguchi, Nishinoya and Kageyama, Tanaka and Sugawara, and Asahi and Daichi. but Hinata was the only person without a buddy. And Hinata looks like a small child which is very bad since he lives off in the mountains a perfect person of human trafficking or kidnapping and so Hinata would most likely have to stay at a friends house and he did have one or two friends outside of the club but no close friends so Tanaka said that he could stay at his house and Daichi said "Ok now that that's settled Hinata call your mom and tell her that you have to stay over at your friend's house" Hinata agreed and Called his mother "Hey mom I won't be able to come home tonight" "Why?" his mother asked "No one lives near us and I would be at risk of getting kidnapped" Hinata said trying to get his mother to understand "Ok.. but where will you be staying?" His mother asked in a caring tone "oh my friends' house is nearby so I would be going to his!" he said I'm a happy tone "Ok Shoyou but be safe and pick up Natsu bring her to your friends’ house" "I will mom" “‘ Ok see you tomorrow”
{A few hours }
They are back at Ukai’s Store when Nishinoya And Hinata runoff into the dark of the night “Hey! Get back here you two!” Ukai says in an angry tone “...” no response “hey...you guys ok?” Kinnoshita says worried “oh...my god…” “OH MY GOD!” they run back to the group with tears in their eyes and fear on their faces “What, WHAT HAPPENED,” Sugawara says with worry in his voice “T-there w-was b-b-blood,” Hinata said looking terrified W-What?!” Yamaguchi says terrified “J-just CALL THE POLICE,” Nishinoya said “right on it,” Daichi said looking the calmest but panicked the most in his head. “Alright EVERYONE CALM DOWN,” Ukai said yelling at everyone while Daichi was on the phone with a Miyagi police “Now tell me what happened,” Ukai said very worriedly “...” they stayed silent looking like their life flashed before their eyes “Alright the police are on their way here. They will get here in 10 minutes, everyone stay here with the coach and I’ll wave down the police” Daichi said walking away “B-But shouldn’t you go with someone the killer only targets people by themselves and they already killed someone tonight” Hinata said finally speaking up after what seemed to be a lifetime for him, everyone looked at him and he was silently sobbing while Narita and Kinnoshita tried to calm him down and get him to speak. Everyone looked surprised “What do you mean they already killed someone?!” Kageyama finally speaks up “ D-Did you see a dead body,” Yamaguchi said right after Kageyama, everyone’s eyes stared holes into Nishinoya and Hinata “F**k this I’m out of here!” Tsukishima said it took a minute to comprehend what they all said then the police arrived as Tsukishima was about to leave.
The police show up with an ambulance “We got a call for a potential Murder. Where are the witnesses?” the Policeman looked up from the vehicle to see a group of people surrounding what looked to be two young children “step away from the children people” Policeman two says while getting out of the vehicle and walking towards Asahi “Why are you here with minors?, do you work at the store?” The questions just kept coming at him then he finally spoke out “I-I”m I high school student, I’m 18, these are my teammates, no I do not work here, and those “children” are both in high school as well one 17 and the other 16”. His teammates were stunned by the way he was speaking to an authority figure since he is always so nervous around them “Ok anyway where are the witnesses?” the policeman said with sternness in their voice. Hinata and Nishinoya just stood and watched as the policeman questioned their friends then “Myself and my friend here are the witnesses” Hinata said softly but just loud enough for the policemen to hear, “where is the “lots of blood” we were sent here for?” the policeman asked and then Hinata and Nishinoya took the policemen and paramedics to the scene of the crime and there she saw Aoi Mattsuda almost stabbed to the point where she was unrecognizable. The paramedics ran to her to check her vitals “...She’s dead” one of the paramedics says as the other gets a body bag from the ambulance and the police took them in for questioning of what happened.
****In The Questioning Room****
“Did you know the deceased?” An interagater asked “Yes she was in my class but i had spoken to her very little” Hinata responded “Ok…” The interagater said “How long have you know the deceased?” He had questioned “I have known Aoi since the teacher put us together for an assignment two months ago. And can you please call Aoi by her name it makes me uncomfortable that she is dead and calling her “The deceased” isn't making this whole situation any better” “I am sorry sir but i can not i did not know her so i would not be able to call her by her name
