My journey started on July 15th 21XX, my 4th birthday. So please join me while we travel through the past and live through my journey to become the number one hero.
I woke up to a warm feeling blossoming though my chest, and I remember what day it is. I rushed down the stares to talk to mom and dad. When I got there dad picked me up and said," Happy Birthday Izuku."
" Thank you daddy, I'm so excited any day now I'll be getting my quirk. I wonder is it yours or moms, maybe a combination of the two or is it entirely different maybe a fire-" Izuku stopped suddenly. Fire. The word makes me feel warm and safe.
" are you okay there buddy? You stopped so suddenly I thought something was wrong." Hisashi asks with a hint of concern
"No, I'm okay its just when I said fire it made me feel warm and safe." Izuku said. He looks confused and as he is about to speak I motion for him to look at my hand.
"Izuku you got your QUIRK, I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU, we have to tell your mother bef-" Hisashi gets cut off by me screaming and tearing off my shirt." Izuku, buddy whats wrong?"
"MY BACK IT BURNS." Izuku all but screamed. Hisashi looked like he was going to take me to the hospital but all of a sudden he has a look of shock on his face." what's wrong?" Izuku said, now that the pain is over he can think clearly. Hisashi pulls out his phone and takes a picture of my back. He shows it to me.
"This just showed up on your back." Hisashi said with calm he didn't feel.
"I guess we know what my quirk is." Izuku said while chuckling weakly
"What do you mean?" Hisashi asks confused.
"That tattoo, or should I say mark is a depiction of a phoenix. And most likely the strongest fire user in existence. Not to mention They have complete control over time, and life and death. They are the strongest creatures in existence, not even dragons can match there strength and control." Izuku said while getting up to get something to drink.
"So what your saying is your overpowered as hell." Hisashi says looking on with awe
"No, I'm not. I'll be slightly overpowered eventually but nowhere near as strong as an actual phoenix. I can explain some of the abilities I already figured out." Izuku said while chuckling at his dads antics.
"Please do. It will be better if your mother and I know most of your abilities so we can help you cultivate them." Hisashi says excitedly
"Alright, so the first ability is pyrokinesis. I can control any and all flames including those of other quirks. Next I can control the temperature of said flames. I can make them go from feeling like a warm hug, to the hottest flames in existence." Izuku says while writing it down in his notebook.
"So your telling me that you can control any and all types of flames, as well as being able to use blue flames the hottest fire-" Hisashi started but Izuku cut him off
"Sorry, you misunderstood. I can use blue flames but those are not the hottest flames in existence. That title belongs to violet flames. Blue flames have a temperature of 2,500-3,000 degrees Celsius. While violet flames can reach up to 71,000 degrees Fahrenheit or 39,000 degrees Celsius." Izuku said like everyone should know this.
"How do you know all of this? cause it seems like your quirk also enhanced your intelligence." Hisashi said while confused.
"That's because it did, and it also allows me to know anything and everything about flames or heat." Izuku said looking like a child in a candy store.
"So what other abilities do you have?" Hisashi said looking amused at his sons antics
"I have a base level enhancement that enhances all the traits I use in a fight. It's 10x more than normal. I can further boost it to 250x but my body needs to be trained to handle that, and I can enhance my it more but again needs to be trained for that. I can shapeshift into a half phoenix form or the full version but the full version is locked for now. I can manipulate light to make myself invisible or temporarily blind people, and make constructs out of them. And I can also teleport. I can also manipulate the sound of my footsteps and wing beats to be completely silent. I can also manipulate shadows and use them to make constructs. As well as heal them with my tears. " Izuku says exidedly while writing in his notebook
"Izuku, I thought you said you were only going to be slightly op." Hisashi says in excitement and exasperation
"Okay I may have lied." Izuku says with false shame
Hisashi was going to say something when Inko walked through the door. "Guys I'm home." Inko says tiredly while walking to the kitchen. Only to stop short seeing her sons ripped shirt. She started to panic when Izuku called from the kitchen.
"We're in the kitchen mom. We were talking about my quirk." Izuku says to his mom, excited about telling her about his quirk.
"Okay honey I'll be there in a second to talk about your quir--- OH MY BABY GOT HIS QUIRK MAMA'S SO PROUD!!" While enveloping Izuku in a bone crushing hug. Izuku Tried to push her away ,but it didn't work.
"Mom-- can't-- breathe-" Izuku says while struggling to breathe
"Sorry sorry, I just got really excited. Can you tell me anything about it?" Inko says while starting dinner, Izuku's favorite Katsudon.
"Dad can explain since he laughed at me for struggling to breathe." Izuku said in mock annoyance. Hisashi chuckled but explained what Izuku told him with stars in his eyes. Inko was shocked to say the least. Who knew their son's quirk would be so strong. He could easily be the number one hero in the future.
"Izuku why is your full phoenix form locked?" Inko asked confused.
"It has a special activation requirement. I am not entirely sure what the activation requirement is but i do have a guess." Izuku took a deep breath and continued before they could question it." My guess is with me being a phoenix, its probably my death." Izuku says while looking at his hands.
"What do you mean your death Izuku?" Hisashi asked. His tone laced with concern. Izuku stayed silent gathering his thoughts while they waited patiently.
"Let me give you a little description of a phoenix first before I answer that." They nodded for him to start." Phoenixes are shown as the gods of life and death, of birth and rebirth, and of light and darkness. They are hunters but they can also be healers. Phoenixes are immortal and timeless, they can die but will be reborn in a matter of minutes. So do you understand or do I have to explain it?" Izuku asks tiredly as he waited for their answer.
"No, we understand why you would think that, but we would rather you not die because it might not be true." Hisashi said while Inko nodded
"I understand id rather not find out if I can cheat death." Izuku said with a yawn. He really wanted to just eat dinner and go to sleep. Inko and Hisashi chuckled at his words.
"I'm gonna make dinner and we can celebrate tomorrow with the Bakugous." Inko said
"Okay mom. Oh! You guys will probably have to change my diet." Izuku said while looking at his parents. His parents looked confused until understanding dawned on them.
"Right, your a bird of prey now so you might have to eat more meat." Hisashi said. Izuku nodded." We'll go to the doctors to make sure but how are you gonna train with your enhanced strength?" Hisashi asked Izuku
"Mom, can you go get your laptop?" Izuku said. She nodded and went to go get it. When she got back she handed it to Izuku. "Great thanks." Izuku proceeded to scout the internet for Nedzu's Email. He eventually found it and started typing a email.
Dear Principal Nedzu,
Hello, my name is Midoriya Izuku and I'm 4 years old. I want to request your help to train my quirk. I need help training it because I can't exactly train the flame part in my home. If you could also help me with martial arts training because my quirk gives me a 10x enhancement boost to my strength, speed, senses, and all the other things I'd use in a fight. I can further increase it to 250x higher but I need to train my body first, But with my strength enhancement it will be hard to find something to actually train my body with. This is why I'm requesting your help on the matter, so if you can help that would be greatly appreciated.
