Chapter Text
The dorm room still had purple smoke and glitter around the scene, on the very few beds in the room, six ladies in Tudor-era clothing but didn't look really Tudor-like were lying fainted. In the middle of the room, 3 girls, all-around 18, are trying to clean up what they just did. Who knew that you not only could do whatever the hell they just did but could do it in the middle of a messy college dorm room. The three girls looked at each other.
The first one to talk was the brains of the trio, Xiomara, “Do you guys know what just happened because I fucking don't.”
The second to talk was the beauty of the trio, Abigail, “Xio, I don't know… Do you?”
The third and last girl was the brawn of the trio, Zeke, “If anyone does, it should be Xio or you, Abi. I don't have any fucking clue.”
Xiomara spoke up again, “Well, let's review. We saw a thing called “Revive people with this one trick!” and we, well me and Abi, thought you got tricked Ze, and we went along with it, your “iron fists” are not something we want hitting us-”
That's when Zeke interrupted, “I didn’t get tricked, and I’m not that strong!”
“You said,” Abigail interrupted, “And I quote, “This has to work!”, and also you broke a guy's nose for catcalling me two weeks ago.”
“Not just any dude’s,” Xiomara stated, matter of factly, “Our music teacher. You broke our music teacher’s nose.”
“Just continue the damn story, Xio,” Commanded Zeke, getting fed up with being called out like this.
“Okay, salty,” Xiomara states, then continuing her ramble, “So we made as much space as possible, and then, I don’t know why we even thought this was a good idea, drew a pentagram in glitter. We put the candles and pieces of paper, and then Abi put a cd in the middle and it just exploded into a pile of glitter and smoke, luckily we triggered no fire alarms, but then those people,” Xio would gesture to the beds, “showed up in our beds.”
“Abi what cd did you place?” Zeke asked, scared.
“I uhh… forgot, one sec,” Abi dug her hand into the pile of glitter that was once the pentagram, and pulled out a cd, dusting it off revealed exactly what was going on, kind of.
The cd was of the songs in Six the Musical. It was just the cast recording but turns out that could revive people with the ritual.
“Six,” Abi sighed, “So I’m pretty sure these are Henry the Eighths ex-wives.”
“That explains the clothing,” Xio said, looking at the girls, “But, erm, are how they look without the clothing a thing from the musical or-”
“Yes, the diversity comes from the musical, they would’ve been all white if we used a history textbook, I think,” interrupted Abi.
Xio calmly explains, “Right, and we would’ve brought back their, excuse the language, asshole of an ex.”
“Well, maybe you with your expertise on this should explain Abi,” Mocked Zeke, Abi sighed and walked over to the first one.
“Catilina de Aragon,” Abi pointed at the first one, then looked at the other in the bed, it was hers, but not right now, “Anna von Cleves. They’re in Divorced, Beheaded, Died or Survived order,” She walks to the second bed, gesturing to the first girl, “Anne Boleyn,” then goes to the second in that bed that was Xio’s, “Kathrine Howard” She then walks over to the third bed, that was Zekes, pointing at the first girl, “Jane Seymour,” and then to the sixth and final queen they summoned, “and Cathrine Parr.”
Zeke jokingly says, “Tell me how you remem-”
“Please, Ze, do not ask her that,” Xio interrupts, “She’ll sing the whole floor awake.”
“I’m not that bad!” Abi says, thinking it was an insult to her talent.
“You’re not bad,” Xio comments, “Just loud. Very very very loud.”
All that can come out of Abi’s mouth is, “Oh.”
Zeke says, with more common sense than she usually has, “we should go to bed. We’ll most likely have to educate someone on the modern world… six times.”
“Where?” The others ask as Zeke looks around, seeing the glitter disappearing. Zeke grabs a few blankets and makes a small fort in the small living room area. Zeze crawled in first, making sure it was comfy. The second to crawl in was Abigail, who made sure that no candles were on, even though they were put out by the glitter, she wanted to make sure. The last one to crawl in was Xiomara, who took off her glasses and put them on the table before entering. The three cuddled together as one by one, they dozed off.
Until Abigail woke up again 15 minutes later. “Guys?” she said, trying to wriggle her way out the pile. She knew that what happened was most likely real, the other two woke up with the wriggling.
“Yeah?” Responded Zeke, who was confused, why would Abigail wake up?
Xio added, ”Are you worried that we won't have enough room for the Queens?”
“Yeah,” Abigail said, crawling out of the fort, seeing the queens still there.
“You know my mom is paying for a flat nearby, right? I just chose dorms because I wanted to get out of that damn flat,” Zeke comments.
Abi adds, “Wouldn’t she be in it?”
Zeke, goes over to the bed with the two who were divorced, “She’s at her summer home, so no.”
“We should bring them over, when would she be back from her summer home?” Xio asked, walking over to the two who were beheaded.
“Erm, May. She hates the cold,” Zeke replies.
Abi walks over to the last bed, with the one who died and the one who survived, “Then, let's go!”
The others nod, and cue the several attempts of moving the queens off the beds, out of the dormitory, into the cars, and to the flat!
