I pressed her against the door. Gently; so that it wouldn’t hit it’s frame and create a loud wooden sound. I ran my hand up her stomach to her collarbone like fire trailing up a tree and leaned into her. I curled my other hand around both her wrists high above her head and her hips steamrolled into mine as a sharp gasp fell from her lips.
“I hope,” I whispered, breathless from my thumping heart. “I hope this’ll cross your mind every now and then.”
My lips attacked her neck and I sucked on her hot skin. She struggled with her hands and hooked her leg around me, trying to fight the flaming hold I had on her. I dragged my nails down her thigh and she let out a desperate, muffled groan. A spark of satisfaction rushed from where her calf made contact with my backside up to the crown of my head.
“You don’t just cross my mind,” she breathed into my ear. “You live in it.”
I smiled against her throbbing pulse-point, inhaling the intoxicating scent of her sweet skin. I brought my gaze back to hers and dropped her hands. Immediately, she ravaged my upper body; my waist all the way to my neck, where she looped them ‘round, and she kissed me.
Every kiss I’d shared with anyone in the past was nothing compared to this. The heat, yet the tenderness and the passion, yet the slowness. I knew in that moment, I’d reached a point of no return. Nothing would ever affect me like this did.
My steel grip on her thigh made my fingers ache and I frowned from the effort of pinning her to the door, but I burned through it. An involuntary mumble of complaint left my lips and it was enough to make Charlize freeze and reassess her position. She removed her mouth from mine, and I searched for it again, my fingertips acting as my eyes.
“No,” she mumbled, attempting to disentangle herself from me. “Let’s move. I want you to be comfortable.”
I sighed as she led me towards her bed. As she spun me around and pushed me onto the bed, my eyes roamed her lightly-clothed body. Her white lace lingerie felt painstakingly special because I knew she’d bought it for my eyes only. I couldn’t help the smile that spread across my face as she clambered onto my lap, straddling it. The soft silk of her skimpy robe hung over her shoulders perfectly. I was reveling in the mere image of her. She halted her movements with a tilt of her head and a grin.
“What?”
I shook my head, hooking my arms around her waist and blinking softly. She rocked her hips against me, sending a flame up my spine and straightening it. I drew her lips to mine and kissed her fleetingly before letting go and tracing her mouth with my finger. She glanced up at me through her eyelashes, rousing the beast in my chest to claw at her impossibly delectable back.
“I’m so crazy in love with you,” I growled through gritted teeth, tugging her robe from her body.
She giggled, pressing her nose to mine and shifting her hips closer. She bruised my lips with hers and I caught her tongue in my mouth. She tousled her hand in my hair, kissing me over and over and over again like clockwork. Every touch of her lips destroyed a piece of my sanity until all that was left in my mind was the sound of her kisses. Her kisses of fire.
