“What…? Where…? Am I?”
Atsushi said as he slowly woke up.
He was in a room… it was dark, and slightly damp. It reeked of the faint metallic smell of blood. There was only a dim lamp that looked as if it would go out or drop at a mere breeze. There was also a small toilet that was filthy and broken. Metal iron bars were in front of the cell, and we’re the only thing that looked functional. The Iron walls of the cage were thick and strong. Iron handcuffs chained his wrists to the wall, while a spiked collar wrapped around his neck.

Freak
Scum
Children abandoned by their par-
“Oh look! You’re finally awake. I hope you like your new accommodations, Weretiger.”
Atsushi looked up at the blond man towering over him.
”Who..? Where am I?”
Atsushi questioned, shooting him a glare. The blond man looked at him in amusement, and smirked.
”Those Mafia dogs brought you here. Don’t you remember?”

“KYOUKA!! Where is she?! What did you do to her?!”
The blond man looked confused for a moment, then a realisation hit him.
”That little girl wearing a red kimono? She left with the Port Mafia.”
“And besides, you should worry more about yourself, than the Port Mafia’s lackeys.”
“Answer my questions truthfully, and I’ll let you go.”
”What do you want?”
Atsushi glared accusing at him.
” Where. Is. The. Book?”
”What book?”
Atsushi looked confused. What book? There are so many books in the world.
“Don’t play dumb with me Weretiger! The book that will lead me to the promised land!”
Fitzgerald (blond guy) yelled at him. Slamming his fist against the bars of the cage threatening.
” I said, I don’t know!! And even if I did, I wouldn’t tell you!! It probably shouldn’t be in the hands of someone like you!”
Atsushi spat back at him. Fitzgerald looked angry for a moment, then smirked.
” Well then, I hope after a few “punishments” you will become.. much more cooperative.”
Loud, shrill screams echoed through the corridor.
Meanwhile, back at the Agency
”Hey Kunikida~ missed me?”
Dazai drawled as he threw open the door dramatically.
” Shut up Dazai. Did you really have to come back so soon?”
Kunikida glare shot daggers at Dazai as he continued typing furiously on his computer. Dazai’s eyes darted to the empty space beside his desk.
” Where’s Atsushi~? I wanted him to help me with my report~”
Dazai pouted as he leaned further back into his chair.
”He got taken by the Port Mafia. Tanizaki is out looking for him.”
Kunikida replied as he continued typing, not even sparing a glance towards Dazai. Dazai straightened up as he looked at Kunikida.
“Why only Tanazaki?”
“The rest of us are busy with the escort mission. We don’t have time to save him, we’ll do it later.”
Kunikida replied, as Dazai shot him a look.
” And besides, he was kidnaped because of the bounty on him as a Weretiger. Sounds like a personal matter to me.”
Ranpo drawled as he started munching on his chips.
