Verr Goldet sigh of distress and told Aether and Paimon,"you should really bring Xiao to watch the lanterns or he might miss the lantern rite this year again..you can check the upstairs if Xiao is there if not he might be slaughtering demons or somewhere I don't know."Paimon answered with a smile as Aether nodded with a smile,"Don't worry boss we will find Xiao."After talking to Verr Goldet Aether and Paimon went up the stairs to find Xiao,but he was nowhere to be found.Paimon sighs,"His usually here,where is he maybe his at Liyue Harbour."As Aether and Paimon stepped into Liyue Harbour,they saw some familar people at the Wangsheng Funeral.Paimon smile happily and said,"Looked over there Zhongli,Hu Tao,Xinqiu and Chongyun are overthere let's ask them if they had seen Xiao passing by earlier."As they started walking towards the Funeral Parlor they looked at Chongyun and noticed how flustered he was in one corner.Traveler and Paimon were in confusion while Hu Tao and Xingqiu kept telling him some unholy .Traveler and Paimon decided to go towards them and ask Zhongli,"Hey Zhongli,what's happening over there and have you seen Xiao."Zhongli smiling replied,"Hello there Traveler,nice to see you again.I assume that you have something to ask me ? Oh Xiao ? As I remember clearly I think his with Ganyu,but i'm not sure why and about these 3 Hu tao and Xinqiu are just tease flirting with Chongyun that's all you don't have to worry traveler I got this under control."
Traveler thus went to other places with Paimon to find Xiao and Ganyu,he was afraid that Xiao might be harsh with Ganyu and he prefer not to show human intereaction with anyone.But traveler was determined that Xiao wouldn't hurt Ganyu.As he search river,land and mountains he finally found them,they were sleeping peacefully at a tree at Nantianmen.And was also shocked as this was a really rare opportunity to see them together.Paimon happily said,"Hey Traveler,looks like they are here let's have a closer look hehe."As they were going nearer to watch the two adeptus sleeping,Paimon screamed,"YIKES A DENDRO SLIME."Xiao was interupted by the noise as he slowly wake up.Paimon slowly answered,"Oopsies Paimon woke them up let's hide uhh.. behind that bush yea bush."Paimon and Aether quickly sneakily ran to the closest bush they see and hid behind there.When Xiao fully woken up he answered,"state your prescense mortals."as he steadily gripped his weapon preparing to attack while ganyu being tired and confused.Xiao sigh,"Traveler and Paimon I know your behind the bush come out now tch.. ."Xiao asked,"Why were you spying on us,hmpf whatever just don't tell anyone about this... ." "l-let me just wake Ganyu up first.. ."Paimon curiously asked,"Wake Ganyu up huh ? Hey Xiao how come you started caring so much for Ganyu and why were you sleeping with Ganyu do you two have some sort of secret relationship your hiding from us? When Xiao was asked that he tried keeping quiet.Paimon asked,"Xiao.. are you hiding something it's alright if you don't want to tell us we promise we won't tell anyone."Xiao quietly replied,"y-yes I'm hiding something...Let me just tell you this,its a contract..We will be going off now."Paimon quicly asked Xiao about the lantern rite,"Xiao will you be interested to come to the lantern rite."Xiao replied,"Like I said I don't wish to have any human intereactions... ."Paimon beg Xiao and said,"come on it will be fun."As xiao walks away silently..,he said,"ugh..fine.but you better keep your mouth shut and pretend to not remember this."
