Journey Through my Dream Journal: A Collection

Summary:

I've been keeping a dream journal since 2016, and I often dream about fandom-related things. This is a collection of those fandom-related dreams, straight from the journal. Some are bizarre, some are graphic, some actually make a little sense. Be prepared for a wild ride through my brain!

Each chapter is a separate dream, with the fandoms and characters involved in the summary or notes. I tagged which fandoms and characters I dream most frequently about. Feel free to read at your own leisure (and discretion).

Notes:

TW: Physical abuse in this chapter.

This is my first time doing anything like this, so be sure to comment any advice or spelling errors you noticed, or if you're just confused. I know what I'm doing is quite a bit different than other stuff on here, so I'm sure that nothing will make sense in the slightest. Also expect very abrupt beginnings and endings, since they start and end with what I last remember. Let me know if you enjoy!

In this chapter, we take a dive into the world of Xadia, just after the events of Season 3 of The Dragon Prince, and oh boy does some drama go down...

Features the Characters Viren, Claudia, Callum, and Rayla.

Chapter 1: Claudia Has A Problem

Chapter Text

7/30/21

Viren is back and as evil as ever; so evil that he happens to blind Claudia with a spell, and then lock her in prison. (Don't ask me why or how, I don't remember.)

Claudia, realizing her mistake: that she was on the wrong side the entire time, she plots a plan to escape immediately. Using what remains of her magical items (Viren didn't search her before throwing her in), she makes a spell that breaks her manacles and busts down the prison door.

Now you're probably wondering how she's doing all this if she's blind. Well not to worry friends, she found a primal stone that's also part uh... human somehow, that is giving her the wonderful ability of using echolocation with her breath. The primal stone literally looks like a smaller version of the moon, and glows a pinkish-tan color.

So anyway, she busts out, running through the castle, casting spells here and there to escape the guards, until...

Viren. Standing in the way of her escape: the bridge. He grabs her by the arm and first slaps her across the face for disobeying him, leaving a red handprint. Already bruised and cut from the other abuse she'd been handed, she decided enough is enough. She sprays him across the face with a poisonous powder from her bag and takes off running. She gets to the edge of the wall, looking down.

"Where are you going?!" Viren shouts. "There's nowhere left to run!"

Claudia looks behind her as guards surround her, then looks to the clouds. The small moon in her hand, the primal stone, begins to glow. She looks off into the misty forest. "Into the mist!" she screams, then jumps off the building.

Closing her eyes (not that it would make a difference) she feels the clouds roll past her as she teleports through the sky, floating along the wind. The primal stone gives her a sort of vision of what's around her, basically letting her see, and in the magical forest below her she catches sight of Rayla and Callum taking a leisurely stroll through the woods. But that can't be right, because that would mean they're in Xadia- oh whatever, it's a dream.

"Callum!" Claudia calls out.

Callum pauses on his walk and looks around, trying to see where the voice came from.

The spell wearing off, Claudia tries to land herself as she begins falling, fast, to the ground. She aims towards Callum hoping he will catch her or something, which is an extremely stupid idea of hers because she gets impaled on a tree branch that was conveniently sticking right up in the air, next to Callum instead of on him.

Callum and Rayla shriek in horror, before Callum quickly runs to her aid. They help her down from the tree and find that she's still alive, miraculously, somehow. While Rayla gets to applying first aid as fast as possible, Callum observes her wounds and sees that some are clearly not from falling through the forest: a slash across her temple, a mark on her cheek from a slap, old bruises along her arms. She was clearly abused and tortured, but why? How did this happen?

He starts to voice this to Rayla, who is dressing the wound from the tree branch across her stomach, when Claudia stirs awake.

Claudia's eyes flutter open, glassed over, the color drained from them. "Callum...?" she asks, breathing, knowing that someone is very, very close to her. Rayla looks to Callum, but before anyone can answer, Claudia sits up and kisses Rayla, thinking he's Callum, before promptly passing out again.

Rayla and Callum sit in stunned shock. What just happened was wrong on so many levels. But could they blame Claudia when she was high off of blood loss and clearly blind?

"Are we just going to ignore what happened?" Rayla asks finally.

"Yep." Callum says.

"Alrighty then!" Rayla says, continuing dressing Claudia's wounds.

I don't remember what happened next, but the humans come to fight them, there's a battle, and Claudia helps a little. That's all I remember, so The End.

Chapter 2: Voltron WWII AU

Summary:

This one is an alternate universe where the Galra and Earth are having a war, except instead of all the crazy high tech, it consists of trenches and bombs and battlefields, WWII style.

Notes:

Contains the characters Keith, Krolia, the rest of the Voltron paladins, Allura, and Coran.

I also wanted to mention that if you happen to be inspired by any of these works and want to write something of your own with them, you are more than welcome to as long as you mention my username somewhere. :D

Chapter Text

4/2/21

As the sun is setting, a yellow haze covers a battle-torn field, with trenches, barricades, and other reinforcements set up on either side.

The leaders of the humans are huddled together behind a barricade, discussing their situation. They're running out of supplies, their food is running short, and the Galra are only pressing closer.

Keith, a very young boy, eavesdrops on their conversation and decides to sneak behind enemy lines and steal their food. While over there, he gets caught, by Krolia. She immediately recognizes her son, and decides to put aside her hatred for the humans just to get him back to safety. After he tells her that they've run out of food, she gives him more than enough packages of meat to last him. After he leaves she goes to her general and begs him to stop the battle, because her son is on the other side. Meanwhile Keith is doing the same thing, telling his story about how he discovered his mom is a Galra, and how she helped them by giving them food. The Galra reject Krolia, but the humans consider surrendering since they're losing the battle anyway. Krolia runs over to the humans, who are hostile at first, until she reveals herself and they welcome her.

Somehow, a portal opens up to the normal Voltron universe, and the small group of humans that remain see it as a way out. They go through with Krolia, and find themselves on the castle of lions, but a more older, retro version.

The paladins + Allura and Coran quickly put them into prison cells while the group is still unconscious, recovering from the jump. When Krolia wakes up and sees one of the paladins, Lance, she is furious and demands to know what they did to her son, Keith. She starts spitting off racist remarks, a part of her still not trusting the humans, saying this was all their fault. But Lance can’t understand her, since she's speaking Galra, and all he sees is a very angry and aggressive Galra lady.

While Lance isn’t guarding her, she escapes, rampaging around the castle looking for Keith. Meanwhile the other humans aren’t too happy about being put in prison either, but a quick conversation with Shiro ensures them that it’s just for their safety, since there is a mutual distrust between them, until they can gather more information about each other. The humans are annoyed but understanding, when Krolia comes running by like a maniac, sees little Keith in prison, breaks the cell, grabs his hand, and starts running. She gets stopped by the paladins, who are about to shoot her because they think she's kidnapping that little boy, when Shiro stops because he recognizes the young Keith. Nobody else recognizes him, not even Keith.

The little Keith comes foreword, explains his identity and that Krolia is his mom, even though she's cursing out the paladins, in English now. Keith is extremely confused, but everyone else just goes with it.

Unfortunately that is all I remember of this dream.

Chapter 3: Overloaded (MHA)

Summary:

This one I wrote an actual story for, but it might not be the best. I am a character in the My Hero Academia universe, with the quirk of reading the thoughts of people in my line of sight, that comes with a side-effect of not being aware of my surroundings while I'm reading them. Things go wrong when I stumble across an old friend...

Notes:

Contains the characters me, "Sorrel," Himiko Toga, Tomura Shigaraki, Kurogiri, the rest of the League of Villains, Eraserhead/Shota Aizawa, Deku/Izuku Midoriya, and other unnamed heroes.

*Sorrel's quirk, Overload, has the ability to both forcefully activate and enhance a person's quirk, and continue activating it until it reaches its limits.

Chapter Text

3/31/21

I walked back into the bank, after all the kids had been evacuated. Checking the area, I looked into a room and saw Overload, one of the villains, still there.

“Hands up!” I said, readying myself into a fighting position.

He threw his hands up immediately, “I surrender,” he said calmly. “I don’t want any trouble, I’m turning myself in.”

I nodded, dropping my fists. “Good.”

I walked over and began to cuff him, when I decided to read his mind, just to be sure.

I gasped and dropped the cuffs. “...Sorrel?”

He grinned. “Good to see you again, Orchid. I wish it were under better circumstances.”

Old feelings overwhelmed me. “Is this where you’ve been all this time? Fighting with villains?!”

“I did what I had to. But I’m turning myself in now, see? No more worries.”

Suddenly he grabbed me and I was swept off my feet, and he was carrying me. I blushed. I should be fighting him, I should be calling the police and other heroes outside for reinforcements. But this was Sorrel, how could I do that to him?

He began carrying me out of the room, and I questioned him as he walked.

“So is this how low you’ve stooped to now? Killing children?”

“But I didn’t kill them, you evacuated them in time. Besides, even if our plan did work, the explosion would have killed them, not me.”

“That’s— bullshit!

“Hey, you asked.”

I glanced around nervously. I figured he’d be walking us back outside, but this was going deeper into the bank.

“H-Hey,” I stammered, “I thought you were turning yourself in. The police are the other way.”

“Hm?” He walked into a conference room, and his grip tightened on me. My heart rate picked up. “Oh, I guess they are.”

I read his mind again. I saw the League of Villains in his mind, coming into this exact room through one of Kurogiri’s portals. He wanted to hurt me, wanted to torture me.

“By the way,” he thought to me, “I never said anything about leaving the League of Villains.”

I left his mind immediately, but it was too late: in the time I was vulnerable, their plan was already in action.

I woke up tied to a chair at a table, disoriented. I felt a stab in my arm, and looked over to see Toga smirking down at me, wretched breath on my face, and needle right in my vain. I watched my blood flow up into the tube, and I suddenly felt very dizzy. I jerked back, but the restraints held me in place. I cranked my neck around the room and caught a glimpse of the very portal the villains were now walking through, Shigaraki leading them.

“Good work, Overload,” he rasped, “You caught us one of the good ones.”

“All in a day’s work.”

The room spun around me. I could feel the blood draining from my body; how much was she going to take? I was growing weaker by the second.

Shigaraki grabbed my hair, pulling my head back. I could only stare lazily at him.

“She’s not dead yet?” He hissed. “I told you to bring them to me dead or unconscious!”

I gasped for breath as his grip tightened on my skull.

“Leave her alone, Shigaraki!” Toga piped up, slapping his hand away, but then grabbing my arm and digging the needle deeper, licking her lips. “They’re much better alive!”

“She’ll be unconscious soon enough.” Sorrel grabbed my jaw and turned my head towards him. “This one can’t hurt us if I overload* her quirk, the worst that could happen is she catches one of our naughty thoughts,” he looked up at Toga, who was making googly eyes at me and salivating.

“Huh- What?” she stammered.

Sorrel sighed and continued, “in-fact, I don’t think she’ll be able to distinguish between our different thoughts, especially if we try to control them.”

“Different… thoughts?” I started. “I can only read one mind at once… I’ll know every single thing about you. That’s no good, is it-”

“Do it.” Shigaraki commanded.

Sorrel gripped the side of my head, and the world was plunged into chaos. I screamed and closed my eyes, but Shigaraki slapped me and pulled my eyelids open. I could hear his thoughts too now, and Toga’s, and Simon’s. It was horror, red filled the corners of my vision as murderous, hateful things filled my mind. I saw bodies mutilated in ways I never imagined could be possible, plans and plots passing by, but nothing that I could make sense of. And screaming, constant screaming in their heads. Or was that me?

I gasped for breath, struggling to breathe as the villains moved in closer to me, closer to my line of sight and closer to my quirk. Their voices only raged louder, laughing at me now, enjoying my pain, and I saw visions in flashes of all the horrific things each one wanted to do to me. Even more villains stepped through the portal, crowding my vision even more. The visions came so fast I couldn’t even look at them before another one came.

I was choking now, and tears streamed down my face as a full panic attack set in, as is what happened when I overused my quirk. But this, this was nothing like I’d ever experienced. I didn’t even have time to think about if I was going to die, because my death was already being displayed in front of me. My heart felt like it was going to beat out of my throat, and the faster my blood moved the more blood drained from me, I saw that in the red haze of Toga’s mind. For a second I could feel my veins pulsing under her touch, as if I was her, and the taste of my own blood in my mouth was almost sweet

My vision darkened around the edges, growing blurry even through the screaming thoughts, and my ears began to ring. I was totally unaware of my surroundings, the vulnerability that came with my quirk, but I was sure I was close to dying if even their thoughts were growing distant.

But then new thoughts were coming through: I saw a bright light, and felt concern, and heartache. The wilder thoughts cleared away, and one faded thought still managed to come through:

“Can’t I sleep in just one day without things going wrong?”

And suddenly my awareness was snapped back into focus. I was laying on concrete, with Eraserhead staring over me, eyes wide-open and bloodshot.

In my head I was relieved, but my body was still shaking, convulsing even. I felt someone grab my hand, and looked over to see Deku there, eyes wet with tears.

“Hey, she’s coming to, guys!”

Then my teammates swarmed over me, but the residual claustrophobia took over.

“Stand back!” Eraserhead commanded, and the class made a wide berth for me.

“Can’t… breathe…” I stuttered.

“Hey, we need some paramedics over here! She looks like she’s lost a lot of blood,” someone shouted.

Then the world grew hazy and dark, and the ringing in my ears grew louder, until there was finally silence.

Chapter 4: Attack on President Part 1: Coffee

Summary:

I... don't even know how to explain this one, but I also wrote a story for it because it was hilarious. Basically, all the characters of Attack on Titan come to modern day Earth, and they only have one Mission: assassinate the president of the United States. In this chapter, Eren discovers the wonders of coffee.

Notes:

As you may have noticed, this will have two parts. There is more to the dream, but I only wrote the story for about half of it. I hope it's as entertaining reading it as it was dreaming it.

Contains the characters Floch, Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Levi, and Taylor Swift.

Chapter Text

2/10/2021

The scouts were lined up at the park, overlooking the lake. The park was closed that day all due to their plan, and they were free to do as they please. For now, they were using the space to distribute rations before The Plan.

Eren walked over to a popular table that was very long and filled with ugly brown drinks. He came up by Floch who was just taking a sip.

“Phlegm!” Floch spit out the drink. “What is this stuff?! It’s hot, and tastes disgusting!” He stuck out his tongue.

Armin fought a grin at his disgust and replied, “I believe it’s called coffee. It’s an energy drink, and they’re making all the scouts have at least one cup.”

“Coffee, eh?” Eren mumbled, grabbing a cup and sniffing it.

“They’re making us drink it?!” Floch exclaimed. “No thank you. I won’t be doing it!”

“It can’t be that bad,” Eren said as he lifted the cup to his lips. As soon as he gulped down a sip, he froze and his eyes grew wide.

“Ha! See? It’s gross-”

Eren then chugged the entire cup, slamming it down and then snatching the one Floch had right out of his hand, and chugging that one too. “By the walls, this is the best thing I’ve ever had!” He said before grabbing yet another from the table.

“Um, Eren…” Armin chuckled nervously. “They’re rationing it only two per person…”

But Eren was already on his fourth cup by the time Armin had finished his words.

“I don’t think that’s such a great idea…”

Again, Armin was ignored.

“Well… you go enjoy that.” Floch said, watching with disgust. “I have, uh… training to do.” He said, walking off.

Armin watched him walk off and find Mikasa, secretly exchanging a few words with her while glancing over Eren’s direction, who had found the source of the brew and was guzzling the pot down his throat.

Armin sighed as Mikasa came over, enraged.

“Eren. What are you doing.”

Eren paused his drinking, looking over at Mikasa. He carefully set the pot down, hands shaking. “M-Mikasa, t-try this!”

“I already had a cup. It’s not the best. Why are you drinking so much? It’s not healthy for you.”

“WHAT?! No, anything that gives you THIS much energy just has to be healthy!” Eren shouted, going for another cup.

Mikasa grabbed his arm. “Eren, stop. You’re shaking.”

Eren took a deep breath, aware of Mikasa’s power. “Okay… okay, fine!” He pulled his arm away. “It’s just I’m so… excited! For this mission, yeah! We’re gonna kill all the Titans!”

“What? Eren, the only Titan in the mission will be you.”

“Titans! Titans! T-Titans!” Eren began chanting. “K-KILL THEM ALL!”

“Eren. Eren, calm down.” Mikasa grabbed his shoulders and began to shake him. “Eren!”

The commotion drew Levi over. “What’s the problem?”

“T-Titans…. K-Kill them…” Eren continued to mumble.

“Eren drank too much coffee and now he seems to be having a… reaction.” Mikasa stepped away from the crazed Eren.

“Eren. Calm down.” Levi commanded.

“Titans… Titans…” Eren continued, having full-body convulsions.

Levi sighed, before swinging his fist back and punching Eren square in the face, knocking him back onto the ground, knocked out.

……

Flung into a concussion-induced sleep, Eren dreamed he was at the concert of someone named Taylor Swift, who looked a little like Historia but sassier and older. Actually, she didn’t look like Historia at all. She was singing something about boys who dumped her in a high-pitched, whiny voice, and Eren couldn’t help but relate, thinking of all the lovers he could’ve had if only he wasn’t able to turn into a monstrous Titan. He was also confused by the sheer amount of teenage girls around him too, squealing in decibels he didn’t even know the human voice could reach. He found himself drawn to this character of Taylor Swift. He wanted to get closer.

He brought his hand to where the key around his neck usually was, but instead he pulled out a VIP pass from under his shirt. Confused, he read it in more detail. The pass included a poster signing of Taylor Swift herself. Eren smiled to himself, in that creepy titan way, and clenched his fists. This was perfect.

The concert ended, and Eren found himself led backstage into a long, long line of people. These people had to be eliminated.

“Excuse me!”

Eren shoved past the line of people, ignoring their protests, and found his way to the table of Taylor Swift herself.

“Um, you’ll have to wait your turn.” She said, noticing him and trading looks with the security guards across the room.

“Yeah, I’m aware.” Eren rested his elbow on the edge of the table and slicked his hair back— unsuccessfully, because he had no gel of which to slick it back with, and his hair hung limp in front of his face. “I just wanted to ask… are you into tall guys?”

She looked him up and down before shouting, “Security!”

“Because I can get really tall,” Eren hurried, “I can get huge- hey!” He exclaimed as he was dragged away by security and into the alleyway.

The security guard was Levi. Somehow Levi was twice his size and super buff. “ Don’t give away our plan!” He scolded, before punching him in the face.

………

Eren woke up in a sweat, being shaken.

“Eren. Eren, wake up.” Mikasa was shouting into his ear. “It’s time.”

“Geez, don’t get so close!” Eren pushed Mikasa away, groaning. He felt like he had a hangover, his head pounding. He didn’t think that little brown drink could give people hangovers, yet here he was.

Mikasa began briefing him as he got out of the cot he was in and began getting ready.

“Everything else is all set, we’re just waiting on you. We’ll get on the maglev that Hange hijacked; it goes over the whole city including over the hotel where the president is staying-”

“Yeah, I know, Mikasa. Then I jump out of the train-”

“Maglev.”

“Maglev, whatever, and then down into the big lake thing and turn into a Titan.”

“Yes, but Eren-”

What?” Eren snapped, whipping around to face her.

“...be careful.”

“Careful is my middle name,” Eren grinned.

“No it’s not.”

His smile fell. “You know what I mean.” Finally he put on the last of his uniform. “Let’s go.”

Chapter 5: Attack on President Part 2: Sasha’s Mistake

Summary:

Sasha accidentally causes 9/11.

Notes:

Contains the characters Sasha, Kenny, Levi, and Eren.

Chapter Text

Sasha zipped around New York City in her ODM gear, planting spy cameras, microphones, and other equipment needed for The Plan. She didn’t know why she was chosen to do this job, because all she could smell was the scent of fast-food wafting up to her nostrils. Her mouth watered as she sat on top of a building, eying a McDonald’s across the street. She checked her watch: 10 minutes until The Plan would be initiated. Looking in her bag, she saw that only one more piece of equipment needed to be planted: a bomb. That was only one more thing to do, she could afford a quick stop for a burger, right?

And remember: this is the most important part of The Plan. The distraction bomb will clear the area of civilians and start an evacuation, so Eren can do what he needs. It needs to be set exactly on time.

Sasha ignored the words of captain Levi floating around in the back of her mind and hopped down to the street, strolling into the McDonald’s. The line wasn’t too long, this was perfect! She walked right up to the line with a skip in her boots, looking over the menu. Entranced by her options of different meats, she didn’t notice Kenny walk in: the FBI agent and bounty hunter.

“Hey, hey, hey, what have we here?” Kenny strolled up to Sasha, grabbing her shoulder.

Sasha froze, slowly looking up at him. She gulped, but not in fear. Saliva was building up in her mouth.

Kenny leaned in and whispered in her ear, “If you come with me right now, with no trouble, I might not have to hurt you.”

“C-Can I get a burger first?”

“What?” Kenny was taken aback, and Sasha used that split second of confusion to grab a salt shaker from the table and pour it into his eyes before taking off, stealing a packet of ketchup as she went through the emergency exit.

“ARGH! Get back here!”

But Sasha was already on the roof, taking to the skies with her ODM gear. She pulled out her iPhone as she was zipping through the streets, calling Levi through speed-dial. “Captain! Captain, I’ve been discovered! He’s chasing me!”

A muffled reply came through the phone.

Sasha put the phone to her ear, struggling to hear over the rush of wind. “ WHAT?!”

“I said get-” WHOOSH “high-” WHOOOOOOSHHHH

“Get high?!” Sasha glanced back, seeing Kenny in the reflection of a building window, and she shrieked. “How high?!” She screamed into the phone, going faster.

“What? Let me finish! I said-” WHHOOOOOOOOOOSSSSHHH “-up-”

“Up?!”

Just then a puffing sound came from her gas tank, and she started to lose stability. “Captain I-” She started, but her phone had died. “AAGGHHH!” She shouted, throwing it back in Kenny’s general direction. She managed to stop on the roof of a building, looking around frantically. “High… up…”

It was then her eyes landed on the Twin Towers, just newly built since its destruction in 2001. “Get to the highest place! Of course, it makes sense! Then Kenny can’t outrun me!” She thought out loud, taking to the air again and heading for the nearest tower, jumping from roof to roof.

“What the hell are you doing?!” Kenny shouted, struggling to follow her strange and erratic movements.

“AAAHHHHH!” Sasha shouted back, adrenaline rushing through her.

The last of her gas ran out just as she planted herself on the side of the tower. She looked below her and saw Kenny on a building far below her, looking up and glaring at her. He gave her the middle finger before turning tail in the opposite direction. Sasha gave a whoop of victory.

Then she looked up at the daunting distance she had until making it to the roof, and then down at the even more daunting distance below her. The only way was up. She’d have to make the climb without gas, using just her own strength and the grappling hooks. Groaning, she began the climb.

Eventually, she got to the top, rolling over the edge, panting. At last, she was safe.

Then an alarm on her watch went off. “Huh?!” Sasha looked down at her watch: her ten minutes were up. And she still had a bomb to place. “AAAGGHHH!” She screamed in frustration. She heaved herself up when she immediately went back down as a huge lightning strike went off, followed by a roar.

“Eren?!” She looked over the side of the roof, and sure enough, his Titan was there in the streets.

“NO!!”

……………

Eren looked around at the civilians around him, screaming and running away. He was confused; shouldn’t they have been cleared out by now? Whatever. Levi said ten minutes ago that everything was still going according to plan, so that must mean that he should go ahead with things. Roaring, he smashed through the streets, heading towards the hotel that the President was staying in. Just then his phone started ringing in his front pocket. He growled, disconnecting from his titan and hanging out the nape to answer it. It was Levi.

“What?!” He shouted. “I’m in the middle of The Plan!”

“That’s the problem: Sasha failed the first part of The Plan. We need to pull back. I was going to get to you sooner, but my Wi-Fi was bad.”

Eren groaned. “Is Sasha okay?”

“I’m not sure. She said she was discovered, so I told her to get to a high place and wait for us to pick her up. Then her phone went dead on me. Can you see her anywhere?”

Eren scanned the tops of the buildings, looking for a Sasha on top of them. It was hard to focus with all the people running around and screaming.

“No, I don’t. Wait-” Eren caught sight of the twin towers, and squinted. He thought he saw someone waving at the top. “Oh my god.”

“What? What is it?!”

“She’s on top of the freakin’ twin towers!”

“The what.

“I’m going to get her.”

“Wait no-” Levi started.

But it was too late. Eren hung up and went back inside his Titan, this time heading for the Twin Towers. He took off with haste, not minding the cars, streetlights, and people being crushed beneath his feet. It felt like legos under his feet, but Eren had stepped on many legos in his time of being alive, and so he could ignore the pain.

At last the tower was in front of him. It seemed sturdy enough. He gripped the sides of it, the stone crumbling under his fingers, and he began to climb. He shoved his feet through the windows, using them as footholds, and later as grips to bring himself up. The closer he got, he could see that it was definitely Sasha at the top of it, and he thought he could hear her as she got closer. He shoved his feet through the windows, using them as footholds, and later as grips to bring himself up.

“EREN! What are you DOING ?!” Sasha shrieked.

Eren grunted in reply. He was close to the top now.

But then he heard something. A cracking in the tower. Then he saw the crack itself, spreading rapidly across the entire wall. He climbed faster, swooping up Sasha in his palm and holding her close. Then with one hand, he gripped the side of the tower, and slid down it, leaving a wake of destruction as he went down. Sasha screamed in panic. The windows shattered, glass digging into his hands, and the frame of the building began coming apart. He was nearly to the bottom when the huge cracking sounds above him became alarming, and he lept off the building, creating a crater in the street as he landed. He opened his palm to check if Sasha was okay. She was curled up in the fetal position, sobbing, before she looked up and screamed louder, pointing above him.

“EREN, WATCH OUT!”

Eren followed her gaze, squinting at the dust and sunlight. But then he saw it: the building was slowly tipping. His eyes grew wide and he took off in a random direction, holding Sasha in both his hands now, before he had to duck down and brace for an impact of the building.

Thankfully it fell in the opposite direction that he was running in, right into the other tower, and only the debris of the fall affected him. Rubble collapsed on his back, and at first he was worried that some of it might land on his nape. But then his ego told him that he would be fine, because the things in this world were no match for him, and he stopped worrying.

Eventually the debris cleared, and he lifted his legs out of the mess. Then he felt a pinch in his neck, and a pull in his hair in the front. Then he saw Levi in front of him, hanging from his forehead.

You…” He said through grit teeth. “You are in so… much… TROUBLE!"

Chapter 6: Dark Side (The Flash)

Summary:

An evil scientist separates Barry's soul into his "good" side and "evil" side. Barry's evil soul wreaks havoc on the city, and it's all the heroes can do to put his soul back together and save the world... except it's a dream and makes less sense than that.

Notes:

Contains the CW Flash, myself (as different characters), and some other random heroes not in the DC universe. Supergirl is mentioned a few times.

Chapter Text

9/22/20

An evil scientist captured Barry along with a bunch of other superheroes. The other heroes were being kept in a cryogenic sleep for experiments, but Barry in particular was being experimented on for his soul, because it contained special abilities. The evil scientist ended up unleashing an evil Flash into the world, that started an apocalypse. People were running around, buildings were exploding, cars running into each other, children screaming, it was total chaos. Some of the other heroes including Supergirl were trying to handle it, rescuing people from cars and buildings and directing people to safety, while the other heroes tried to find Flash and "calm him down" because they didn’t know it was an evil part of his soul that they were dealing with.

The reason Flash was so powerful was because it was a part of his soul, so he could move through buildings without phasing through, and he was extremely fast, way more than usual. It was almost teleporting. He also had a purple glow about him because again, he was basically a ghost.

So in this dream I was a civilian, and thankfully this dream decided to give me endless stamina instead of slowing me down and killing me. So I was just trying to follow the crowd and get away from whatever was causing this, because I didn’t know it was the Flash. But somehow I found my way into a huge bank that was totally undamaged but also totally empty, which was really eerie. There were these big open spaces and huge staircases, the building had dark blue themes but not really any furniture at all. Then I started hearing voices, and I didn't know where they were coming from or what they were saying, but it was making me feel more afraid. I think it was telling me to "go back" and things like that.

I get to the entrance of this tunnel, and there’s a staircase on the side, when I see Evil Flash, except he's not totally focused on me. He starts to zoom around, so fast I can’t see him, cutting through the walls in a purple streak. I tried to go one way but he zoomed in front of me, I tried to go another way but he was there too. I started running up the staircase, where I see another guy in a white lab coat unlocking a door and running in. I manage to catch the door right before it closes and go in, running for my life. It turns out, this man is the aforementioned evil scientist, and I just walked right into his lab.

But then I’m kind of forgotten about (dream plot holes, am I right?) as I switch perspectives to the evil scientist. I think I’m wounded or something, but I start to release all the experiments I have. The room is a lot smaller than the other rooms, it starts with a corridor that’s lined with huge cryo-chambers that weird creatures and aliens are in. But in some of them are superheroes, and I start to randomly release some heroes. I also remember very clearly what the console for the cryogenic chambers looked like, they were oval-ish with a circle on one end and a circle on the other end, one opened the chamber and the other closed it.

Some cryo-pods don’t open up right away; this green liquid goop has to be drained out first, and then the heroes themselves have to wake up and regain their balance until they go after me. I get to the end of the corridor, and the room opens up into Barry's Room. Barry is in a HUGE chamber, nothing like the other ones, with a whole bunch of robotic appendages on the end of it doing who knows what. I’m not planning to release him.

Suddenly I feel the cold end of a barrel against my head, and someone grabs my shoulder and neck, immobilizing me. It’s one of the heroes, a female. But it’s one my brain made up, not part of the DC universe. She’s still in her super-suit, but she’s wet and pale and shaky from the chamber, her long brown hair clinging around her broad shoulders.

"Release him, or I'm gonna blast your head in," she says.

I laugh, but at this point other heroes are waking up and wandering into the room too, some in better shape than others.

"You can’t kill me! You see, the chamber consoles are DNA encoded. Only I can access them!"

The hero holding me angers and she tightens her finger around the trigger, but then I say, "If you kill me, Barry will stay in that chamber forever. You will never be able to get him out, only watch his corpse rot!"

Then out of rage, she shoots me.

The dream takes on a third person perspective. One of the heroes, a younger one in a yellow-themed suit, gasps and screams. "You killed him!! Why did you do that?!"

"He was lying," the hero says, putting down the gun.

Suddenly Barry's chamber starts to move, and everyone jumps back. The appendages move around and the chamber glows, the liquid starts to drain, and it opens. Unlike the other heroes who took some time waking up, Barry immediately gasps and coughs, stumbling out of the side of it. When he sees the scientist he's filled with a rage, grabbing him and bashing his head into the wall, until everyone scrambles to tell him that he's already dead.

It turns out that the evil scientist was suicidal, and when things started going wrong, he decided to just free the heroes and have them take care of evil Barry. But when he died, the DNA lock on the chamber was released, and so it opens Barry's chamber. Then with Barry awake and his soul no longer tethered to the machine, evil ghost Barry is destroyed as well.

In a time skip, the heroes are brought to the hospital. Because it’s so full from the destroyed city, they're placed on cots in the hallway. Some of the heroes are fine, but others have lasting psychological damage from the cryogenic chambers. One girl gets seizures and has delirious fits for a while.

It cuts to Barry, sitting in a wheelchair with a blanket over him, sipping some tea. He's watching the news recap what happened in the city with the other heroes. He's watching someone cover a story about how Supergirl "saved two families at the same time!" and how Supergirl basically saved the whole city on her own. Barry smiles, because he's proud of Supergirl.

Chapter 7: Hades Drives a Golf Cart

Summary:

Another absolutely wild one. Hang on to your seatbelts! The underworld has been taken over by a mysterious character, and the only viable option for escape is on a golf cart.

Notes:

Contains the characters Nico di Angelo, Hades, Myself, "Morticai," and Persephone and Jupiter are mentioned, all from Percy Jackson.

Chapter Text

5/4/20

It starts when Jupiter throws a party for all the gods in the underworld. It is not the most popular, but many minor gods, nymphs, and even some monsters show up. But it's crashed by a mysterious character named Morticai with long black hair and sporting a black trench coat, who brings a small army of monsters with him.

He gathers everyone in one room, forcing them to "get down," and places some of his monster guards there. I sneak into a different room when the monsters aren’t watching, and there's a tablet on the floor, on Face Time. Hades and Persephone were on the other side of the Face Time call, but it looked like Persephone had been captured and Hades had been shot.

Nico joined me and for some reason, acting more like Percy than Nico as he said out loud: "OH MY GODS IS THAT HADES?!"

I said: "Shut up!! The monsters will hear us!!" Then I felt someone tap my shoulder and I spun around to see Hades, wearing a rubber monster mask to blend in with the guards.

I realize, "Oh, the Face Time is an illusion!"

Hades put his finger to his lips. Nico looks to Hades, then to the tablet, then back at Hades and says: "OOHHHHHH IT WAS ALL A TRICK SO YOU COULD SNEAK INTO THE-" before I usher him to "SHUT UP."

The monsters were alerted at this point, and Hades grabs my hand and rushes me into another room.

Morticai sees us and sends his monsters and some hellhounds to chase after us. Hades takes me through another door, and at this point I’m now in Nico's perspective.

The door he takes me through goes into an outside area that looks like the back of a Walmart, where these big semi trucks are parked. It's also winter and snowing, the ground icy and slippery.

We start to get into one of the trucks, but then both realize: "wait, neither of us know how to drive."

Hades spots a golf cart of all things and says "Hey, I can drive that."

So we get in the golf cart and zoom off, with basically Morticai's entire army on our tail. They almost catch us, but the dream switches to a mall.

We run through the mall and doing parkour over the shelves and carts and such. We're doing a good job escaping the monsters, until we get outside and we end up at a park, with a big grass field and a small lake nearby; the sun is shining brightly down on everything. The hellhounds and monsters are cornering us, but I look to the lake and realize I can shadow travel if I can find a shady place in it.

Speaking my thoughts again, I say "The only dark place is the lake!"

So I grab Hades and I rush over to the lake, climbing over the fence that keeps people out. As I’m diving into the water I feel a monster grab my ankle, but then manage to wiggle out of it and into the water, shadow traveling away.

Then I woke up.

Chapter 8: The Ultimate Apocalypse

Summary:

When the angels from Supernatural team up with the Galra from Voltron, it takes the multiverse's greatest heroes to stop them... and they still fail.

Notes:

Imagine shoving as many fandoms as possible into a fanfiction... that is this dream. It's a bit blockier and wordier than the other ones.

Contains the fandoms Supernatural, Voltron: Legendary Defenders, Doctor Who, Marvel's Avengers, and some DC heroes as well.

Chapter Text

1/6/19

The angels from supernatural teamed up with the Galra from Voltron, and they were taking over planets and earth was next.

To fight back, Sam and Dean from supernatural teamed up with the ninth, tenth, and eleventh doctors (from Doctor who) with their companions, team Voltron, a few of the avengers including Falcon and Nick Fury from S.H.I.E.L.D, as well as Hawkgirl, Superman, and Batman from DC to try to figure out how to save the universe. It was hard to tell exactly who was there because there were so many people and aliens. The reason we could all come together was because the Galra and the Angels were so powerful they totally messed up time and space, messing up the multiverse too, so all these people were from different universes. There was also a mutant shark person with multiple personalities and telepathy. At one point someone got him mad and he grew fins from his arms and all the personalities attacked him at once through telepathy, but then the person apologized and he let him go.

We were all talking in the TARDIS at first, but sometimes it switched to this other spaceship that could have been the SHIELD base. The plan was to attack the Galra mother ship all at once with Voltron, the TARDIS, and other ships we had, then to free the other two planets in our universe that the Galra had under their control with the same tactic.

We wormholed to the first Galra mothership and started attacking according to the plan with Allura shouting orders at the other ships so we attacked with coordination. But because of the combined force of the angels and Galra, we barely left a dent, and then the angels started shooting fireballs at us. We decided to keep going with the plan and wormholed to the first planet, but it had these huge metal rings around it that was used as defense. We tried to do the same thing again but failed, so then we wormholed to the next planet and when it was exactly like the other planet, and they started shooting back before we could even fire, we decided to give up and send everyone home to be with their family before Earth got taken over.

The next thing I remember is that we're back on earth, but Falcon felt weird, so we went to SHEILD and got him checked out. We found a bunch of weird stuff on him hiding beneath his skin, like feather extensions and actual wings. As it turns out he was actually a half-breed alien, but never knew.

All of a sudden his mother showed up (who was a full alien who had wings and all the stuff that was hidden on him) and demanded that he go back to their planet, but then he started growing feathers, and he went crazy, running away.

I should probably explain what I was, because I was a race similar to him but I didn’t have full wings on my back, just feathers on my arms going down the sides of my torso, so I could only glide. I went after him and I was flying through the city, trying to catch him and calm him down. Right when I caught him, we got to talk for like five seconds before fireballs from the angels started raining down on Earth, so we went back home to help our families. Apparently earth was expecting this attack and everyone was put in bomb shelter-like places, awaiting doomsday.

For the rest of the dream I was at my old house trying to quickly help my family stock up the shelter with food so we could survive the apocalypse, but that's not important.

Chapter 9: Chiron is Weird

Summary:

A very strange, very brief conversation with the centaur Chiron from Percy Jackson.

Chapter Text

2/12/17

It's Christmas time, and I'm waiting in a line for something, standing in the fluffy snow. It's late at night; the stars are shining in the sky, and the area I'm in is like a small village, with warm-colored lights decorating the town.

Chiron walks over to me out of the blue and starts talking with me about Christmas lights. He goes on and on about them; the color, the brightness, his favorite decorations. It's pretty boring, and I zone out of the conversation.

Then he points at the house that I happened to be staring blankly at, and I notice the silhouette of a man through the window. Chiron points at the man and says: "The man who lives in that house is adopted."

I stare at him, weirded out and not knowing how to respond.

He continues: "Today is his birthday."

Finally, all I can say is, "oooookaaaaaay...."

Chapter 10: Lucifer Sets My House On Fire

Notes:

The title says it all. This one mainly surrounds me and my family, but Lucifer from Supernatural and Joyce Beyers from Stranger Things make an appearance, so I decided to share it with you all.

Chapter Text

2/12/17

Lucifer was in my house, standing proudly at the top of the stairs, and he was threatening to set my house on fire. Going through with his threat, he ran all the way downstairs to the basement. I think I tried to warn my parents about the incident as I ran after him, but they didn’t react much.

I got to the bottom steps of the basement, the door was open, and I saw Lucifer throw a torch down at the carpet, before disappearing. I ran back upstairs, because of the fire, and the whole time I'm thinking: “Not my computer! I have so many games saved on it!”

I tried to tell my parents that the basement was on fire, but like in most of my dreams, they wouldn't listen. Their first thought was to save all of our stuff, which I’m pretty sure is what you’re NOT supposed to do in a fire. I was screaming at them, "LEAVE IT! THE HOUSE IS BURNING!" I checked the basement, and the fire was spreading rapidly. I was starting to see the carpet smoke, and my shoe that was in the living room upstairs was on fire, so I put it out with a glass of water.

Then I tried to call 911,  but I couldn't remember the number and kept typing 991, or 119. I finally got the right number, and nobody answered, so I thought screw 911, I'm getting out of here!

Meanwhile, my parents were very slowly getting their luggage down the stairs from their bedroom, and I exclaimed, FINALLY!! But then they went to the kitchen and started packing up food. So I left them and tried to get my shoes on, which were on fire again, so I put them out again with a glass of water. I got my shoes on, and was at the door trying to convince them, one last time to leave. Then Joyce Byers (from stranger things) randomly appeared in my living room, reclining on a couch and sipping a cup of tea while everything around her was burning; it was exactly like that meme with the dog, “this is fine.”

That's all I remember of that dream.

Chapter 11: A Lot Happens to Finn

Summary:

Yeah I don't even know how to explain this one, really.

Notes:

I am Finn from Adventure Time, and Jake (also from Adventure Time) is mentioned at the beginning. Also features the character Hades, but from Once Upon a Time, NOT Percy Jackson. Takes place in the world of Once Upon A Time... I think...?

Chapter Text

11/12/16

I was Finn from adventure time, and I was trying to protect this town from a thug. The town, which we (being me and Jake) randomly appeared in from a portal, happened to be the town Snow White lived in (in her fairytale world) from Once Upon A Time.

I grabbed my golden sword and took a swing at the thug, but he hacked my sword in half, because his sword was made of acid. I continued to fight, backing up towards Jake, who tossed me a magic violin he found. I played it, and the magic was enough to push the thug back.

Then the Queen of the town came with her knights/ personal guard, and one of them finished him off. The queen kind of looked like a mix between the Snow Queen from Once Upon a Time and the White Witch from Narnia. To repay me for my kindness, she asked me to go with her somewhere, so I did, leaving Jake behind (but that didn't seem to bother him).

She took me to this shady looking room with two bathtubs in it. She asked me to get in, but I refused. So she used some kind of mind-control magic on me and forced me to get in. The bathtubs were bubbling as if they were at boiling temperature, but they were only slightly warm. After a little while of soaking in one tub, she told me to get in the other. It was at this point I realized that she was trying to clone me for some reason.

Once I was in the other tub, it opened up and I was flushed into the river of forgotten souls (or the Styx in mythology, also the one from Once Upon a Time.) So I was taken straight to the heart of the underworld (which I will call Hades HQ).

The sounds of the other souls echoed around me saying things like “You will never escape!”, and it was pretty creepy, so of course I wanted to escape. I was swirling around and around Hades HQ, because the river acted like a moat around what was Hades’ central chamber. I caught sight of a pool ladder going into the Styx for some reason, so my second time around, I grabbed on and hoisted myself out.

Hades was right in front of me, his back facing me, so I took my chance and tackled him. It suddenly turned into a mission, like I was a superhero, and other people appeared around me, fighting various minions. Everyone apparently thought I was dead and was a ghost. Apparently Hades had an ID chip, and that’s what the mission was for, so I strangled him and pulled his ID chip out of his skin, which was surprisingly easy.

On the other side of the Styx was the ocean, so I ran to these boats, what everyone else was heading towards. By the time I got there they had already started leaving on their canoes and kayaks, so I swam out to them, and as much as I like swimming, there were sharks in the water, so I boarded the nearest Kayak and we paddled on home... Except the ocean was in a giant room, and someone had opened the door to that room, causing the water to spill out and pulling everyone in. I only assume that that room was our home...

Chapter 12: Sherlock's Doppelgänger

Notes:

Features Nico from Percy Jackson and Sherlock Holmes from the BBC TV show.

Chapter Text

I dreamed I was Nico’s daughter, and I was teleported to a desert with Nico and Sherlock. It was night and we could see lights in the distance, so we headed there. The dream skipped to when we got there, and it was an old western ghost town, literally. People were walking through things, including us, and couldn’t see us. They all looked pale and old. There was ONE person who could see us, and we went up to him and asked where we were. He said to go to Sherlock's house, and pointed to the only modern house in the whole town, which was a good walk away.

But how could it be Sherlock's? Sherlock was right here, and that wasn’t his house…

We went over to the place. It was painted all white, with a modern design, and there was a big window above the door where I saw a silhouette of the "other" Sherlock looking down at us. Our Sherlock was pissed that another version of him existed. We knocked on the door, and before the other Sherlock answered it I woke up.

Chapter 13: Demon Blood (Spn)

Notes:

TW for gore and illness.

Features me, and the characters Sam and Dean from Supernatural.

Chapter Text

8/1/18

I don’t remember a lot from this, but me and Sam from supernatural lived in a trailer together. We got a video message from Dean on our tv, as if it was a face time. He was carrying a dying woman and about to take her to our trailer, and he was telling us to prepare things to keep her alive when she gets here.

I also remember accidentally drinking demon blood or something of the like, but it was different. Sam was there trying to keep me human by gathering really weird stuff around the trailer and trying to make a potion with it. I was coughing up blood, burning up and feeling like I was going to explode. I think my teeth were falling out as well (a common occurrence in dreams, at least mine). My vision started getting blurry, then I blacked out and woke up.

Chapter 14: Percy and the Witch's House

Notes:

Features the characters Percy Jackson and Annabeth Chase.

Chapter Text

7/29/19

I am Percy Jackson, and I’m sent on a quest to this ghost/necromancer/witch's house, but it’s a magical haunted house that the sorceress/necromancer/witch lady controlled. She captures me, and a long hall opens up that goes on for infinity. Then a voice appears from nowhere, and it’s the witch lady saying something like "if you want to escape this house, run down that hall with your eyes closed and don’t stop." Then I hear the roar of some kind of monster behind me, and I start running for my life. Through a dark hall. With my eyes closed. I trip and fall in true Percy fashion, and the monster lands on me, about to tear into me.

The dream skips. I’m wandering through the street like a drunk man, exhausted from running and lethargic. I stumble into a bar, and Annabeth is there as if she was waiting for me.

She says, "Percy! We were looking everywhere for you, where did you go?!"

"I don’t want to talk about it," I mumble as I’m leaning against the bar.

Since Percy is never like that, Annabeth sits me down at a table and proceeds to "test" me (to see if I'm really Percy) by showing me a bunch of pictures of their family (since they were older, married and had settled down together in this dream), and asking me to recall what was happening in the picture at the time.

I have two more pictures left to go through when I set my head down on the table and say "I don’t wanna do this, I’m too tired."

Annabeth says, "come on Percy, you're almost done."

And then I woke up.

Chapter 15: Lucas the Reluctant Villain (Wereworld)

Summary:

If you've ever read the Wereworld series by Curtis Jobling, I basically dreamed that I was reading an alternate version of the books in which Lucas is a reluctant villain, and grew up with Drew in the palace when they were very young.

Notes:

(See the end of the chapter for notes.)

Chapter Text

4/18/21

I was reading a book series I’ve been into called Wereworld, except there were detailed pictures drawn in it, in a cartoon-like style, and with some major plot differences. It turns out that one of the main antagonists, Prince Lucas, son of King Leopold, was actually being manipulated by his father to do all the evil things he was doing (In the real book that’s not the case, he’s a jerk).

The thing I remember most is a picture underneath a large paragraph of text; Lucas was embracing his half-brother Drew (the main protagonist) with tears streaming down his face and begging for forgiveness from him. The paragraph was all a speech from Lucas, explaining everything that was really going on, what his father was doing, and that he wanted to join forces with Drew.

I remember feeling very emotional reading it, and that the writing was very very good, but for the life of me I can’t remember the words that were actually being said. Underneath that picture was a panel of more pictures, showing little things from each of their childhoods, revealing that at one point they lived together as brothers (also very untrue from what actually happened in the books), such as a mirror in the hallway they both shared to get ready for the day, among other little items. Damn I wish I remembered more, but that's it.

Notes:

This was such an interesting concept to me, of Drew and Lucas actually being happy brothers together, that me and a friend (Itsrainingdragons) started writing a fanfiction about it. We want Trent to join the brothers later, making a happy brother trio. If we ever get anywhere with it we’ll probably put it up on here, with the title something to do with brothers, if you’re one of the two other people on this site that’s into Wereworld (Hi guys, I can't remember your usernames, but hi 👋🏻).

Chapter 16: Poseidon's War

Summary:

Poseidon and Zeus wage war on each other over who would have complete control over the world.

Notes:

Features the characters Percy Jackson and Ouranos. Zeus, Poseidon, Nico, Sam Winchester, Dean Winchester, and Mary Winchester are mentioned.

Chapter Text

8/1/18

Zeus and Poseidon were at war with each other over who would have complete control over the world. I was Percy, and of course I took Poseidon's side, along with Will Solace, Nico, most of the seven, some random gods, and most of camp half-blood. Poseidon's base was a massive ship floating on an aquarium the size of an entire neighborhood that connected the ocean to Poseidon's palace. It was almost like a harbor. Most of the dream took place there.

I (Percy Jackson) was almost like a communicator for the gods. I talked to Gaea but she hardly cared about the war at all, probably still recovering from the third Titan war. She also didn’t look like how the books describe her, she looked more like Mother Nature.

Next I tried to talk to Ouranos, and in his domain reality was twisted, the scenery kept changing. I had to go through a number of trials to even talk to him. In one of the trials, there was a really huge school that I had to escape from. In the second one, I was teleported into a game. I could tell it was a game because the graphics were really bad, it was all solid colors and blockiness. In that one I had to save the town before it got destroyed somehow, but I didn’t know what was going to destroy it, so I had to talk to a bunch of NPCs to find out. In the last one, time was really messed up; everything took place in one big house which kept changing. In the house were souls who would die, but haven’t died yet. The souls I remember were Sam, Dean, and their mom, Mary. I think I had to choose one of them to die.

After all that, I finally got to talk to Oranous about the huge war going on. He was like, "I don’t really care about the war, but here’s my phone number if you really need me." And he teleported me back to Poseidon's base.

(I just remembered searching for different artifacts/talisman things and Oranous gave me one of them which was a necklace.) But when I got back to Poseidon’s base a huge storm was happening, probably sent by Zeus.

Under the water at the bottom of the aquarium was a shrine-like thing where the talismans were being kept. As I rushed to dive into the water, a goddess grabbed my arm and said, “wait! You’ll drown!” And I gave her the biggest “are you fucking serious” look and said, “I'm Poseidon’s son.” And she said “oh…” and let me go. I rolled my eyes as I dived into the water.

Once I swam all the way to the bottom and placed the talisman at the shrine I checked my phone and texted Poseidon to tell him.

I texted Oranous asking if he was actually on Poseidon's side and he said, simply, “yep.” Apparently there were two Oranouses, like they were twins or something, because I texted, “which Oranous am I talking to?” I also briefly remember a contact labeled, “The Game,” whatever that was.

I went back on the ship, and I can't remember much after that. I can't remember if what happened next was a separate dream or a continuation, but there was a part of an ocean that had been completely emptied out and had litter lined up in rows across it all. I was supposed to find a special shell through everything, but the ground was just rock.

Chapter 17: When Bakugo Joins the League

Notes:

Features the characters Deku/ Izuku Midoriya, Bakugo Katsuki, Eri, Mr. Compress, Ochacho Uraraka, All Might, and other heroes and villains.

Chapter Text

1/9/2021

This is an AU that takes a turn in the plot. The change is that Bakugo, when he gets kidnapped by the league of villains, actually joins them, because of some torture and brainwashing. He thinks that he can kill All Might and become the number one hero. This all takes place just after season 4, after Endeavor has become the number one hero, so it doesn’t make much sense. I think in this, Endeavor might have been Bakugo’s dad, and he was being pressured to be the best. Either way, this plot difference causes Bakugo and Deku’s personalities to switch in some aspects. Also, just for reference, I see this dream through the perspective of the characters, but for the sake of story-telling, I tried to make it third person. Also, Deku, Midoriya, and Izuku are the same person, just different names.

The dream actually starts out with class 1A taking a sort of field trip to a regular school to teach the kids about what it means to be a hero. Deku takes Eri with him because he wants her to get a taste of what "normal" school is like, because she is still just a kid.

But of course, the League of Villains, being all evil, is planning an attack on the school to take out class 1 A. But they have a trick up their sleeve: Bakugo.

The perspective switches, and I’m Bakugo, and the league is telling me what their plan is and where I should go. The class is gathering in a garden or courtyard of some sort, and the villains are taking position behind these pillars in the hall, waiting for the class to walk down it. Eventually, getting off the bus, they start heading down the hall, with Deku leading, Eri in tow, and the teachers staying back in the courtyard instead to talk about something while the class is still unloading from the bus.

Suddenly Deku freezes, noticing something off, and that’s when the villains spring to action, ambushing them. Bakugo steps out first, running straight past Deku and all the students, and shouting "I'm sorry!" as he does. He runs straight towards All Might, who's with Aizawa in the garden of the courtyard, in front of a small but deep decorative pond. Bakugo jumps high in the air, while the teachers are still surprised, and his first lights up with flames. As he comes down, right above All Might, he plans to incinerate him. As he’s doing this, he’s thinking about how this action will hurt his father’s reputation, with people already thinking he’s violent and grumpy. But then... there's a change of his heart, and he’s overwhelmed with guilt. He purposely misses, landing in the water

Meanwhile I'm now in Deku's perspective, and as the villains attack, my first instinct is to grab Eri and run . Oh also, Deku got an upgrade, which is mechanical wings to give him a boost and steady him when he's in the air, because he tends to be in the air a lot, and these wings will help ease his falling. (Or that’s my logical explanation, I’m sure my brain was just like "we need to fly and we need to do it now") But his wings were made only for him, and carrying Eri around adds weight that makes it harder to fly. He's looking for a place to set Eri down where she will be safe while he goes to fight, but he can’t seem to find a place to settle. He's running around, jumping in the air, until he climbs up a wall and gets to the roof of the school. He thinks he’s safe, and he’s about to set Eri down, when a villain in a red mask sees him and freezes. Noticing Deku, he says warily, "Hey... who's that you're holding? Is she... important to you?" And at this, Deku goes right into fight or flight, and leaps up to a higher part of the roof, but sees yet another villain up there: the magician who kidnapped Bakugo (Mr. Compress I just remembered his name). Deku decides that there is no place where Eri will be safe, getting paranoid at this point, and decides to fight with Eri cradled right in his arm. With this, he runs faster, jumping off the roof, and joining his friends fighting the villains in the courtyard.

The dream changes, and I suppose they fought off the villains easily and decided to continue the field trip, because now everyone is gathered in the gymnasium inside the school, with everyone sitting on risers. Class 1 A on one side of the gym, and the rest of the school on the other. The event is about to start, when the league appears in the risers opposite of class 1 A. They order everyone to stay put, as one steps forward to the center: the magician. Deku pulls Eri close to him, but when he does, she disappears, and reappears as the magician drops one of his orbs on the floor. The Eri that Deku was holding was an illusion the whole time. Eri screams as the villain grabs her, shouting "Deku! Deku!!" Deku steps forward immediately, but then All Might pulls him back, warning him not to make any rash decisions. Deku shouts and fights against All Might, acting out of control. But he stops after the league announces that they have planted bombs in the gymnasium, and that they will not hesitate to set them off if class 1 A does not comply with them.

For some reason, all the kids scatter, with their teachers and class 1 A trying to get them evacuated as quickly as possible so they can fight the league, with Deku ordering people where to go. The villains, surprisingly, just sit there, until the last of the kids have just barely gotten out the door.

Deku then discovers that one of the bombs is hidden in the plush rabbit that Eri has been carrying around with her, and they carefully take it from her as fighting breaks out. Deku goes insane, punching anyone that even gets near Eri, until all of a sudden, for no reason, the villains disappear. Deku grabs Eri and starts running outside, because everyone assumes that the bombs will go off. Deku rushes out first with Eri in his arms, leaving the rest of UA behind.

I switch to Ururaka's perspective, who quickly tries to run after Deku, with the rest of the class behind us, trying to evacuate and run for their lives. But Deku is just way too fast, using his quirk to push him along, and Uruaka can barely keep up, having to float herself. Outside, they discover that it's now night, and that an awful storm has come above the school. Lightning is striking almost right next to them, extremely loud and deafening. Wind is pushing them around, and it’s so dark that they can barely see in front of them. But Deku is still running, slipping around in mud, but running, pumped with adrenaline and paranoia. Ururaka is shouting for him to stop as they reach the parking lot, the rest of the class behind her and shouting similar things, shocked that Deku would leave his class behind.

In the parking lot, parents are coming to pick up their kids, as well as police and ambulances. In the midst of running after Deku, Ururaka catches a glimpse of Bakugo being forcefully shoved into an ambulance, with many wounds, yelling and fighting the doctors. Ururaka, blinded by her love, ignores it and follows after Deku. She follows him until he reaches his mom's car, jumping in before she even realizes, setting Eri in a seat and buckling her up. I (Ururaka) happen to jump in with them. He demands that his mom start driving away as fast as possible, despite her protests that they're safe now and that Midoriya should really get in an ambulance instead to go to the hospital. He refuses, and eventually his mom is forced to drive off on their own.

After they start driving, Deku relaxes immediately, the fear and adrenaline finally wearing off. But with that comes intense pain, because his wounds are actually quite severe. It starts out as winces, then groans, then yelps, until Deku is screaming in pain in the back seat, sobbing. His mom manages to stop an ambulance on the way to the hospital, and they get him there shortly.

There is a time skip of a few weeks, and everyone is back at UA safely, including Bakugo, who did not receive any punishment, because it was assumed he was being forced against his will. But Bakugo has been acting extremely strange, being much nicer than usual, almost soft, especially towards Deku. It’s not like him at all. Kirishima even tries to see if he can get his old anger back, picking on him a little. But when Bakugo just takes it, he gets desperate to have his old friend back, and goes as far as punching him. But again, Bakugo just takes it.

Meanwhile Midoriya has been acting on edge more than usual, to the point where he's getting cranky and snapping at people. He's got some serious anxiety and paranoia issues now, and as a result he has turned hostile and angry towards everyone.

In his paranoia, Midoriya starts to worry about Bakugo, especially since he was with the villains. One night he goes to his dorm room to check on him, and finds that the door is locked. His distrust turns to concern, as he knocks on the door and hears no reply, except for the sound of some furniture shuffling around. He breaks the door open, and finds Bakugo standing on a chair, holding a noose, just about to put it around his neck. They both freeze and stare at each other. Bakugo glares at him and quickly puts the noose over his neck, but Deku kicks into gear and uses his quirk to grab Bakugo just as he kicks the chair, and helps him down. Bakugo gets furious at him, and runs out the door and down the hall.

That’s where the dream ends.

Chapter 18: Another Voltron AU

Notes:

This one could possibly be a continuation of the other Voltron AU, I have no idea.

Features the characters Lance, Smart Lance, Keith, Galra Keith, and Shiro.

Chapter Text

5/20/21

Two Voltron universes have collided: the normal one went into one where they're being trained for war. In this one Keith can turn into a Galra form almost like a Werewolf, and Lance isn’t as talkative and flirty and is more nerdy like pidge, and has glasses like her too. I will call the AU Keith “Galra Keith” and the AU Lance “Smart Lance.” The normal Lance and Keith get teleported here, but because they're different enough they try to fit in, and only the other Keith and Lance notice that they're from a different universe.

I remember a scene where they’ve been lined up and the General is giving them a lecture, and normal Keith and Lance are next to each other. Keith starts whispering to him, complaining about how much he hates smart Lance, and Lance complains about how much he hates Galra Keith.

They say in sync, "I hate him!" And then stare at each other and chuckle, because it reminds them of when their relationship first started out and they were both in denial.

Keith says, "I love you." And Lance is about to steal a kiss when the General comes over.

"Would you like to share with the group, lovebirds?"

They look around and see that everyone is staring at them.

Keith grits his teeth, blushing. "No sir."

"That’s what I thought."

The next thing I remember is they're racing in a field, training or something. The General yells at the people in the back who are straggling, which happens to be me, Basil, my friend’s OC with wings. Yes, Basil is here. Why? He was put here as a punishment for his crimes, of course. He is here. But for some reason Basil doesn’t know how to fly very well, maybe his wings don’t work or something. But Basil sees the open field and the blue sky and he thinks, maybe this is it. Maybe I can fly, and get out of here! He's been folding his wings in this whole time, keeping them secret. But now he sprints, passing Keith who's also struggling, and opens his wings, and takes to the air. He flaps his wings and goes up, higher and higher and higher, flying away from the camp. But then... he stumbles. Somethings wrong, and his wings aren’t working anymore. He begins falling, spinning, towards the ground, flailing around. The last thing he hears before splatting on the side of the road in a heap is, "Don't worry, he won’t get far. Oh look, he’s falling now."

Basil wakes up to the sound of police sirens. Someone saw him lying on the side of the road and called the police. Dizzy, he lifts his head, seeing a female cop get out of the car. She asks if he’s okay.

He tries to make up a dumb excuse, saying "Oh, don't worry about me! I was only pretending to be dead!"

The cop lady narrows her eyes. The General from the camp comes running over, trying to explain the situation, but then she says, "This man is the most wanted criminal in the whole world! He should be locked up tight, not in some boot camp! How did he even get off with such a light punishment?!"

And the General, seemingly unaware of this, is shocked.

Basil starts to sprint away into a restaurant nearby, but the lady gets out a shotgun and follows him in. Unfortunately there is a field trip going on, and a bunch of teenagers are there. Everyone thinks the lady is a bad guy and Basil only reinforces that fact. She ends up doing absolutely anything to get to Basil, and he even ends up saving a girl from the mad woman in the process and taking her with him. But of course, the cop perceives this as taking a hostage. Basil is about to reach the back exit, where all the other people are running out, when the cop grabs his shirt from the back. He lets the girl go, telling her to run, as the cop drags him down.

The dream skips. Meanwhile, the Keiths and Lances also escaped, but they weren’t getting along as well. They found the blue lion, but it’s not working, and they're frantically trying to fix it again before the General finds them. The Lances are hunched over a panel in the hall, arguing over what goes where.

"This is MY lion," Lance says, "I know where things go!"

Smart Lance replies, "Yeah you bonded with it, but you don’t know a THING about technology! Let me do this."

Not too far away Keith and Galra Keith are also arguing, but I can’t remember what about, probably who is edgiest. They're wandering around when they see some kind of healing pod, and accidentally start it up. A green light turns on, and at first they see nothing inside, but then more green particles appear and someone starts to form... the panel finally opens, and Shiro gasps, eyes flinging open.

"Shiro?!" They both say in sync.

Shiro, disoriented, stumbles out, and Galra Keith supports him. "Where... where is it?" He says, staring to look around.

"Where's what?" The Keiths say.

Shiro wanders past the Lances, who are now getting along much better. Smart Lance learned that Lance isn’t as dumb as he seems and Lance learned that Smart Lance has charisma too, he just values intelligence more. They get it working right when Shiro walks past, and they jump in the air with excitement and high-five, but then turn around and see Shiro too.

"Where is it?!" Shiro says again, running to the cockpit.

"Where is what ?" Both the Keiths and Lances say.

Shiro starts messing around with the controls of the blue lion, when suddenly everything lights up, and the blue lion roars. A roar answers it, and Shiro looks out into the distance. "The black lion!"

The black lion smashes right through the hull of the blue lion. Right through. Its head roars again, sticking through the wall. Everyone is horrified, but Shiro is giddy, climbing into its mouth. "Come on in!" He says.

And that’s the last thing I remember.

Chapter 19: Shiro is Suicidal and Keith is in a Coma

Notes:

Features the characters Keith, Lance, Shiro, Allura, and the other paladins.

Chapter Text

6/4/21

Shiro was kidnapped by the Galra, but he escaped and managed to explode the ship he was in, thinking it would kill him too, but the blast threw him out of the ship and onto the planet that they were parked on.

The planet was the most colorful, fluffy and friendly planet that a suicidal person could ever land on. The grass was teal colored and some giant fuzzy purple bees but with longer legs were flying around in a group. Shiro saw them coming towards him, and they were going to help him since he had been injured in the explosion, but then he saw a cliff and jumped off it. The friendly bees came and saved him though, lifting him back up. Shiro was very annoyed.

Meanwhile at the castle of lions, Keith is in a coma. The group is arguing with Lance about pulling the plug.

"Lance, it's been three months..." Allura says. "He's not going to wake up."

Lance, a fist on the healing pod Keith is laying in, says "But he WILL wake up. He HAS to..." Then he starts talking to Keith. "Come on, Keith... please..." but nothing happens.

More arguing ensues, and finally, in a fit of rage, Lance says, "Fine! But let me do it." And he rips out the life support. He collapses in a chair, the cord still in his hand, breathless. Everyone is silent in shock.

Suddenly Keith's eyes fling open and he gasps. Lance jumps up and pounds on the wall nearby. "SEE?! I TOLD YOU! I TOLD YOU!"

Allura quickly opens the pod, and no sooner than she does Lance crawls on top of Keith and kisses him.

Chapter 20: Slaves Excavate Voltron

Notes:

Features Agent Coulson from Marvel.

Chapter Text

12/8/18

So the dream started out with me and a few other people being slaves to these people looking for the pieces to voltron. It was like in Tomb Raider, where the pieces to voltron were scattered all across the island, and we were excavating it. Unlike the show, the different lions were hidden all across this jungle-like island, versus scattered across the universe, and the lions were buried in the ground like ancient artifacts that us slaves, who were also forced to be engineers, had to fix and bring back. The lions also didn’t have a mind of their own. Also, there was also a sixth part to it, a torso, or chest area, that we had just found and were trying to fix. The thing is, the lions were already in their voltron form, and us engineers had to put the pieces (like the legs, arms, and such) together. As we were working on restoring the torso, over the course of the days, people would shout at us, "We found the leg!" Or things like that. Eventually, we had all the pieces assembled, but my memory gets foggy around this part. Either we tried to escape using voltron, were sent off by the people who enslaved us, or we were training. But I remember a giant mothership of some sort in the sky, it was a huge sphere that shot lasers everywhere. But then the next thing I remember is we're with Agent Colson from Agents of Sheild and he was trying to train us on how to use Voltron, in the ocean.

Chapter 21: I Get Tortured as Both Sam and Dean (Spn)

Summary:

A nightmare where my perspective switches between Sam and Dean Winchester from Supernatural as they are being tortured in a basement.

Notes:

HUGE TW: Torture and faked suicide.

Features Sam and Dean Winchester from Supernatural, also some ghost girl named Helen.

Chapter Text

11/23/18

In this dream, I was Sam Winchester for the first part of it. Me and Dean Winchester had been kidnapped by these people who wanted to hurt us, but for what reason I don’t know.

A small wooden staircase led into the basement, and there was a hatch that led to the main floor. The basement was very dark except for a small window up high on the right end. It was long and narrow, with a large width and the wall opposite the staircase was not very far.

We sat on a worn out dark green couch, in front of an old flat screen TV. A yellow light also came from the staircase that led to the main floor. On the right side of the basement is where we were most of the time, and the left end of the basement was very dark and cluttered with various junk and old furniture. For a weird reason, they left the hatch open, and so when we searched around, Dean found a gun, and so he went up to fight with them a lot, but eventually would come back down, bloodied and defeated. I think the only thing keeping us from escaping was our fear. After Dean did this twice, we sat down and tried to come up with a plan. Apparently in our past we had accidentally killed a young girl named Helen who liked us, and so Dean told me to try to summon her and said "say, 'this is it...' and act like you’re going to kill yourself" or something along the lines of that, but I didn’t hear him the first time and so he quickly repeated it again and ran upstairs again to go fight and distract them again while I did this. There was a mirror nearby, and so I looked into that and with a quiet voice started saying what Dean told me to say, and I picked up a shard of glass from the mirror and immediately Helen appeared. At first the ground shook a little and I could only see her outline, but then she materialized, a floating pale version of herself. She looked starved, all skin and bones. She looked more like an alien. I breathlessly whispered, "Helen..." and I think she asked what we needed, but I can’t remember. I do remember telling her, with a shaky, scared voice, "there are people up there who are going to kill us, if you can get rid of their guns, anything, please..." or something like that. She nodded and disappeared, but then the bad guys kicked Dean back down the steps, with his hands bound behind his back. He was very bloody and they had his gun.

I think somewhere in here the vision switched so I was Dean, and I was sitting on the right side of the couch with Sam next to me, he was tied up. The three bad guys, one woman, two men, came down the steps with torture devices. One of them wore blades that looked like Wolverine's claws, but wider and shorter. Another was carrying some colored pencils, which at first didn’t seem like much, but when there’s a person that wants to kill you with them they can suddenly become very threatening. The other guy had a needle and a knife. The woman with the blades inched towards me and tried to cut on my arm but I flinched and moved back, trying to push her away. In response to that, she gave me something of a warning and sharpened the blades, the person with the pencils sharpened them too. That's what happened if I struggled. It was interesting, because I had the pain tolerance of Dean Winchester. They started cutting on me normally with knives, the woman with her blades, and at first I freaked out and started screaming but then I forced my screams back and realized that it only really felt like a pressure to the skin, even when the one on my lower leg hit the bone, I could hear the crunch and sawing of it and felt the blood oozing out, that’s when it started to hurt more.

The dream skips a little ways, and the person with the needle is now digging it into my ankle, and holy hell did that hurt. The woman with the blades is now doing something with my hand, I think she has a drill or something going through my hand, and the guy with the pencils is now stabbing my right hand through with the pencils. Blood is pooling around me and soaking me, and by this point I’m screaming extremely loud and I think I can hear Sam screaming too. In the dream I could feel everything, and that was an experience. Soon they took their drills and weapons away and I sat there breathing fast and holding my arms in the position they were in before, because it hurt too much to move. For a second the dream went in third person, and Sammy had his jaw dropped in surprise and sadness at what they did to me.

I woke up, breathing fast and my heart racing. But instead of thinking "that was scary," I thought, "woah that was cool!"

Chapter 22: Tokoyami is an Alien

Summary:

I dreamed that Tokoyami got a backstory and a character arch in a single episode. He is actually an alien that was born on an asteroid-planet in outer space.

Notes:

Contains the characters Fumikage Tokoyami, the hero Kunami Woods, and original characters. Takes place entirely in the My Hero Academia universe.

Chapter Text

10/11/21

Tokoyami starts taking an internship with a rather shady and lesser-known hero who turns out to be secretly a villain. His quirk greatly enhances other quirks, and he trains up Tokoyami to the point that dark shadow, much like green lantern's power, can shapeshift into anything desired. He becomes wildly powerful, forming tanks and armies out of dark shadow. He becomes so incredibly powerful and terrifying that the hero agency ends up giving him his hero license early for fear that he would go off the rails otherwise.

I remember a scene where there's a villain on the roof with some kind of water quirk, and he begins flooding the town. Dark shadow then envelops Tokoyami, growing taller than the building itself and towering over the villain. Some heroes in the distance see the monster and start talking, "What the hell is that?! A villain?!" And start running, until the other one stops them and says, "no, look! That's Tokoyami, he's that young hero everyone's been talking about. See the villain on the roof there?" And they watch in horror and amazement as the monstrous shadow engulfs the villain completely, crushing him, and then releasing him and dropping his mutilated body to the ground before returning to normal size.

Eventually he starts to catch on that the hero he's working with isn't actually a hero, but at this point dark shadow has become so powerful that it's started influencing his personality, and when he finds out that he is indeed a villain, he doesn't care. He continues to work with him, but with an extra layer of caution.

One day he comes to Tokoyami with a proposal: he found a way to use his quirk, combined with a support device, to permanently enhance quirks, and he wants to use it on Tokoyami. He talks to him just after he gets done fighting a group of villains, easily winning by turning dark shadow into a spaceship filled with an army. The army is loading back into the spaceship when the villain approaches Tokoyami with the offer. He refuses, saying dark shadow has become powerful enough, and is becoming too much to control. He mentions that dark shadow has been splitting and turning different colors; a lighter purple shadow and a yellow-green shadow, that are both more transparent than before, and he gestures to the two separate armies around him. He says that dark shadow has begun developing its own separate personalities every time it shapeshifts, and mentions that he hears these different thoughts, and that the green shadow and the purple shadow, quote, "are thinking of having a child to become stronger." It becomes clear that Tokoyami's shadows have gotten so violently out of control that they're driving him insane, but he's in so deep that he doesn't even realize it. It doesn't seem that bad to him, as he explains this casually to the villain, and says something like, "any more of this and I think they'll get out of control" because he doesn't realize that they weren't already.

The villain explains that the green shadow is his own quirk, that has been working inside Tokoyami for so long that it's become a separate entity inside Dark Shadow that is now out of his control. He reveals that Tokoyami actually hasn't been getting stronger through training, but through repeated exposure to his quirk, so much that Tokoyami now doesn't need his quirk to achieve the level of power he's reached. He explains it was really an experiment the whole time, and proposes one more experiment: to fully combine the two shadows, fusing them into one, cohesive, incredibly powerful being. Tokoyami is horrified and refuses, now becoming disgusted with himself and what his quirk had become. How could he have allowed this to go on for so long?! But the villain smiles, and gets out a strange looking device that resembles a cannon, and before Tokoyami can even run away, he shoots him with a huge blast of energy. Tomoyami and his shadows writhe in agony, screaming with intense pain as the two shadows fuse together, returning to the original black shape of Dark Shadow, but with a clearly sinister look. The shadow calms down, but Tokoyami does not, still screaming in agony. The shadow looks down at him, at his tearful, terrified face, and consumes him. It muffles his screams, forming a cloud around him, a similar tactic he used on the other villains he fought, until Tokoyami stops screaming. The shadow dissipates, seeming to be absorbed into Tokoyami, and when he opens his eyes, they glow purple.

The shadow took over Tokoyami's body. He is no longer in control.

The first thing Tokoyami- Dark Shadow does, is kill the villain in front of him, to his horror, consuming him in darkness. Then he grows to an insane height, becoming a terrifying monster of darkness and consuming and killing everything around it. Heroes quickly get called in, and attempt to calm Tokoyami down, but to no avail. Two heroes: one that looks like a mummy with a quirk that can wrap and restrain things with the wraps, much like aizawa's scarf, and Kamui Woods, the tree branch hero dude. The mummy dude attempts to restrain the shadow with his wraps, telling Tokoyami that he doesn't want to hurt him. It shifts to Tokoyami's perspective for a second, as he moves in close to the hero with shadows surrounding him, and he sees that there are tears in the hero's eyes. The hero really doesn't want to hurt the poor boy. But he's not a boy anymore, he's dark shadow, and when it looks like the wraps are succeeding in restraining him, they then get consumed. The shadow sucks the hero in and devours him, crushing his body until it is unrecognizable. Woods watches in horror, and says something like, "What are you?! You're not Tokoyami anymore. So what are you, Dark Shadow?" Dark Shadow looks down at Woods and walks onto the roof of the building as he transforms back to normal size. He looks Woods over, then stares up at the sky and points. "There," Dark Shadow says with a deep, demonic voice. Woods follows his gaze to the night sky. "What do you mean...?"

"Where I come from," Dark Shadow says, "I remembered." He looks back at Woods. "Come. I will show you." Then he grabs Woods with shadowy tendrils and shoots off into the sky, going higher, and higher, and higher, lightning fast, until... they land.

The asteroid is filled with geometrical shapes, with dark purple metallic structures everywhere. It is extremely dark, and quiet, as quiet as the vacuum of space. The only light is from the stars.

Tokoyami takes him to one of said structures and sets Woods down. Then he walks to the edge of it and sits down, hugging his knees.

"Where are we? What did you do?" Woods asks, face looking down. "I can't see."

"No," Tokoyami says, "You're doing it wrong. Lift your head up and look across the planet." Then he does this and screeches, and the sound creates visible wavelengths that move across the entire structure of the asteroid, outlining everything. In other words, that planet is designed to make echolocation extremely easy, and any sound creates these reverberations, which in turn create light. Woods looks up in awe at everything and shouts, watching as the waves move across the entire planet. Then he comes over to sit next to Tokoyami, and they begin to talk.

I don’t remember what happened exactly, but it turns out that Tokoyami was born on this asteroid, and that his entire species died somehow. Tokoyami was originally born with dark shadow inside him, and the ability to control the shadows, as every person living on the asteroid did. It was how they constructed the buildings there. But somehow, that part of Tokoyami's soul was torn from him, along with whatever terrible thing caused everyone to die, as he ran away to Earth. When he landed on Earth, he woke up with no memories of himself, and a shadow friend that he could control. The whole time, the shadow, what was mistaken as his quirk, was just a physical manifestation of his memories and the grief of losing his entire race. It was just his own powers separating these memories from his body as a defense mechanism, and as he grew up on Earth he developed new memories separate from the power. But he always had his power. The manipulation of the villain he was working with somehow triggered the shadow to move back inside him eventually, and when Tokoyami remembered who he was and what had happened, he couldn't contain his rage and grief. Everything seemed so loud and bright and confusing, compared to his old asteroid planet where the ground itself was so incredibly sensitive to sound and light. He was overwhelmed and afraid, and everything seemed like a threat, a big bright loud threat, the same kind of thing that destroyed his people. When he saw the tears on the hero's face and couldn't control the rage that killed him, he stopped. Then he saw Woods, and how scared he looked, and realized what he was doing. Woods was the only hero that asked who he was, of all the others that tried to stop him. All the other heroes said things like "I know you, you don’t want to do this" or said "you know me, you wouldn't want to hurt me, right?" Like they knew what was going on, like they knew how he felt. But Woods asked him who he was. And so he decided to show him.

That’s all I can really remember, but I like to believe that Tokoyami decided to leave Earth and explore the universe with his power, to try to save other planets from the same fate as his own, and he returns Woods to Earth, and Woods explains this to everyone.

Chapter 23: Mr. Incredible

Summary:

This is probably the shortest dream ever but I wanted to write it down somewhere.

Notes:

(See the end of the chapter for notes.)

Chapter Text

11/4/21

I remember almost nothing from the dream last night, except for the fact that Izuku Midoriya from My Hero Academia was ranting to Mr. Incredible from The Incredibles about All Might. I don't remember exactly what was being discussed, but it was very one-sided and Midoriya was extremely passionate, screaming at the top of his lungs, about how much he loved All Might and how cool he was.

I also remember tidbits of scenes where Mr. Incredible was struggling with money, and so made a sketchy deal to help a scientist with his experiments in exchange for a hefty raise. It was a job he had been working for a while, and the scientist had been pressuring him into it for a long time, until one day he finally agreed. It was some kind of re-vitalization machine, that would heal you instantly from all injuries. The problem the scientist was trying to solve with it was that it came at the cost of extreme nutritional deficiency and fatigue, and Mr. Incredible was becoming very thin and gaunt from the experiments.

Notes:

I told ItsRainingDragons about the first part of this dream, and we immediately started brainstorming a My Hero Academia/ The Incredibles crossover where Midoriya comes to America to visit his father, but then gets carried away into the hero work there, ends up meeting Mr. Incredible, and gets adopted into the Incredibles family. The whole time his father and all of UA think he's gone missing and track him down only with news headlines, such as "Young Japanese vigilante was last seen surfing on a vehicle going 70 mph on the highway." Aizawa is furious that someone else would dare adopt his already adopted children, and Bakugo along with some other students go after him, only for Midoriya to insist that he wants to stay in America. Anyway, new fic coming soon from one of us... eventually.

Chapter 24: Shigaraki Likes His Legos

Summary:

Why is my brain like this.

Chapter Text

12/21/2021

Tomura Shigaraki from My Hero Academia found a Lego man of himself by a river of lava inside a cave (now that I think of it, he was probably inside a volcano but we're not going to think too hard about anything). Overjoyed, he decided it needed to be touched up a little, so he made some paint out of the cooled, black lava that was still liquid for some reason, and carefully painted his mini fig. Then he did a little happy dance and went back to the League of Villain's base, which was my house, and showed it to Dabi. Dabi grabbed it and broke it, then threw its tiny arms on the floor. Shigaraki shrieked in despair and dived after the pieces, before cradling his broken Lego figure in his hand and sobbing.

That's it. That's all I remember.

Chapter 25: Denki's Brainwashing Quirk

Summary:

This one got dark fast. Villain Denki anyone?

Notes:

Includes Denki Kaminari, Shinso Hitoshi, and others from My Hero Academia. Also for some reason the brainwashing quirk doesn't require the victim to respond for it to work.

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

I was Kaminari, except I also had a brainwashing quirk just like Shinso.

Me and Shinso were walking into class when I said, “Do you think I can brainwash you to brainwash somebody else?”

Shinso was about to say something sarcastic like “No, it doesn’t work like that-“ when we walked past Bakugo and I said, “brainwash Bakugo to do a stupid dance!"

Shinso did immediately, commanding him with my words exactly. As Bakugo danced he laughed and said something like, "What the heck? Denki, did you brainwash him? Because I didn't."

My eyes widened as I realized that he had no recollection of actually brainwashing Bakugo. I said, "You... You realize that you brainwashed him, right?"

Shinso gave me a confused look and brushed it off, as class was starting.

I kept messing around with this concept. I had unlocked an uncanny, nearly villainous idea from this power high: I could use Shinso as my puppet for entertainment, and completely get away with it.

So next I tried something a little different, and I told Shinso to “Make Iida absolutely HATE Deku.”

Shinso turned to Iida and said, “you absolutely HATE Deku," before casually returning to his work.

Iida slowly looked up from his desk and looked over at Deku with an expression that I could only describe as pure, unbridled rage.

Shinso, now out of the brainwashing stupor and unaware of what he had just done, asked, “Iida, what’s wrong? You got this scary look on your face…”

Iida nearly broke down into tears from anger, saying “I don’t know why, I just… I hate Deku. I want him to die, I hate him! But that’s not right, he… he didn’t do anything wrong, did he?”

And I watched all of this happen from the sidelines, eyes wide in awe at my new power. I could take over the world with this quirk, and use Shinso as my scapegoat, my slave; all while not lifting a finger.

Chapter 26: WTF Is Going On

Summary:

My Hero Academia...? Featuring Deku and the Not League Of Villains. Shinso, Aizawa, and All-Might mentioned. Also, I did not edit this one, so it probably doesn't make a lot of sense.

Notes:

Hey guys! Just wanted to let you know that I've been really busy lately because I am finishing up my first year in university, and my mental health hasn't been the best. But I'm still alive, and I still have SO many stories on the backburner. With summer approaching, I hope to get to them soon!

Chapter Text

4/26/22

It started off actually serious, your usual MHA stuff, some kids from class A are starting to go missing, so of course Deku takes it upon himself to investigate and brings a classmate along, I can’t remember which one though. They figure out that most of the disappearances happened in a part of town called “District A” so Deku takes a friend and investigates.

Because it’s a dream and I have an omniscient POV, I know that Shinsou and Fatgum ended up being some of the people kidnapped, and it’s actually a quirk black market where they sell people as slaves for their quirk. Shinsou is a hefty price.

Deku and his friend go to investigate into this alleyway that I, in my all-knowing dream state, know that it is a very very bad idea, because the villains are hidden all over.

Deku’s friend immediately gets grabbed by the legs and dragged under a building, silently disappearing while Deku’s back is turned. He turns around and panics because his friend suddenly disappeared, and instantly villains surround him.

One of these villains looks kind of like Monoma and also has his same copy quirk except it’s artificial.

He charges up and zaps a bolt of extremely potent lightning at Midoriya, who doges it and then notices a device on his wrist that must be containing the quirk. He uses one of his wind blasts to disable it, and at the villain’s surprise he says, “you really think I wouldn’t figure it out? That blast was WAY too powerful for you to not be strained.”

They keep fighting but things go wrong when Midoriya starts using his quirk to throw punches, because then the villain realizes just how valuable this kid’s quirk is, and as soon as Deku throws another punch he grabs his hand and uses Shigaraki’s decay quirk that he had been storing up, and disintegrates Deku’s whole arm, and when he still tried to run he trips him and grabs his legs, disintegrating those too.

Deku lies on the ground and screams in pain, and the villain pulls out yet another quirk that involves trapping people into playing cards if they touch the victim a certain way. Even while incapacitated Deku still tries to fight, but inevitably ends up kidnapped in the card.

Now things quickly spin into nonsense. I legitimately don’t know what the heck was going on.

Deku wakes up in the league of villains hideout, with all his limbs intact because of something involving the playing card quirk, and because of the same quirk he pops out of the card with absolutely no restraints, so he takes off running down this house thing. He runs into this lady’s office that looks surprisingly cleaner than the rest of the base, and a woman turns around from working at her desk and says, “ah, a new child.”

For some reason Deku immediately decides that he is going to be a villain as he realizes that this organization isn’t really the league of villains but a different one that wants to wholesomely kidnap kids and brainwash them into thinking they’re good guys before training their quirk and then selling them.

She gives Deku a tour of the place and tells the villains to stop hurting Deku.

She takes him around back where they have a chicken coop, except some of the chickens are baby raptors and others look like bunny-chicken hybrids. This is important for later.

After a while of living with these guys, Deku is given a task to investigate how one of their “chicken” coops was opened in the middle of the night causing all the “chickens” to escape and disappear. This is a problem because these are not chickens but baby raptors and if they get out into the public then their secret base is doomed to be discovered. Deku discovers that there was definitely some tampering involved with the chicken coop, and it was an outside party that did it.

Meanwhile Shinso and Deku’s friend from earlier are trying to escape, but Deku’s friend falls into an icy lake while fighting a villain, and no matter how much Shinsou tries to save him it doesn’t stop him and the villain from drowning and sinking slowly to the murky depths of the lake. Fatgum was already sold at this point. But this plot point is never returned to.

At one point the boss lady asks Deku if he wants to run outside, as he looks into a huge backyard area covered in snow, and he says yes before partially turning into a wolf and then a bear and then a penguin while having fun outside.

Eventually Deku discovers that the heroes have tracked Deku down and discovered where the hideout is, which is off by the shores of a lake in Minnesota, hence the snow.

The heroes surround them on the lake early in the morning and All-Might tells them with a megaphone to give themselves over. For some reason Deku is the only person who hears this and begins knocking on everyone’s bedroom door to wake them up before taking them outside to face the heroes.

For some reason my parents are in the crowd of heroes but they do not have powers, they’re just there.

The heroes, including Aizawa, drop a giant plank across the entire river and they March across, Deku going into battle with his villain friends, before convincing all of them to stop fighting and listen to what the villains have to say.

Turns out this villain group was banded together based on a legend from medieval times about a woman named Marah who was betrayed and thrown into the exact icy lake that Deku’s friend was thrown into, and as she sank to the bottom she cried out for help in her mind and wondered why no one wanted to save her, essentially feeling abandoned, and this villain group is a cult that has developed over the years to ensure that no other person is abandoned by heroes.

This makes no sense because the villains kidnap people and also kill heroes, but like whatever.

The heroes and villains end up reconciling and the villains hold a huge party at their house to celebrate.

Deku tries to avoid his parents which are actually my parents at the party because they were invited and he is embarrassed.

That’s it, that's the end.

Chapter 27: Attack on Titan Zombie AU

Summary:

(MINOR SEASON 4 SPOILERS AT THE BEGINING)
The scouts get teleported to a modern world in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. Features characters Hange, Levi, Erwin, Connie, Sasha, Jean, Eren, and Mikasa. The usual main characters.

Notes:

Again this is not edited, but hope you enjoy regardless!

Chapter Text

4/28/22

After Eren initiates the rumbling, something goes very wrong and everyone gets teleported to the modern world, where they wake up in an abandoned mental hospital.

Somehow Hange’s hair is even more messy than it already is and the sudden change makes her think she’s finally lost it and is going crazy. Also her glasses are broken and she’s wearing a modern whie lab coat.

Erwin is wearing a white undershirt with camouflage military pants and his hair isn’t combed back as it usually is but is messy in a care-free way.

Levi is sporting a half-shaved emo hairstyle that he actually pulls off really well, and overall is dressed punk with ripped jeans and a leather jacket.

Everyone else is just wearing regular modern clothes but since Levi and Erwin were like the main characters, that was the only notable clothing changes that I remember

Hange is freaking out and everyone else is super confused as to what just happened, especially Connie because, “is everyone else seeing this???”

Erwin takes charge and tells everyone that yes, everyone is experiencing the same thing, while Levi tries to calm down Hange (but at this point she has embraced her insanity and is just rolling with it).

Erwin decides that they should explore the area together and lay out their surroundings, survey corps style.

They head outside into the city, into an alleyway with some dumpsters. Sasha gets hungry and starts dumpster-diving for food, and Connie joins in. But when they open the lid there’s corpses inside, and they start crawling out.

Everyone freaks out yet again, but Erwin grabs a lead pipe nearby and starts bashing them as if they were a small titan, aiming for the nape, and sure enough the zombies have the same weakness as the titans do.

Everyone else grabs makeshift weapons and starts using them to cut the zombies down.

More zombies appear however, and Hange ends up finding a car somewhere and uses it to bash the zombies in. There was a zombie in the car she was trying to hijack though, so she knocks on the window and calmly asks if she can borrow the zombie’s car, before going batshit crazy and bashing the window in.

That’s all the notable things I remember.

Chapter 28: The Rumbling, but with time travel

Summary:

Featuring the fandoms Loki (the TV series) and Attack on Titan. Main characters include me, Season 4 Eren, season 1 and 2 Eren, and alternate universe Eren.

Notes:

Another unedited one, straight from the journal. I write these right away when I wake up, so most of the grammar isn't great. I'll probably edit these one day.

Chapter Text

5/12/22

I was with the dude that works with Loki in the series as well as another TVA agent, we were sent to help the scouts (Mikasa, Armin, Annie, the gang) to stop Eren from the rumbling. I don’t know how it happened but somehow time and space got severely messed up and Mobius died (as he does), I got separated from my other superior and had no idea where he was, but I was left with a bunch of time technology so I decided to use it because why not. After Mikasa and Armin tried to convince him to stop the rumbling to no avail, I figured “Well, maybe he will listen to himself!” So I grabbed a younger Eren from the past as well as two other alternate universe younger Eren’s who really looked like Izuku Midoriya for some reason, and as soon as they saw all the destruction they were like “F**k we need to fix this”

Keep in mind our mission is to stop the rumbling at any cost. I took that a little too literally because the cost was the absolute unraveling of time and space.

The Yaegerists are with Eren going into Marley, and they’re kidnapping and torturing anyone who tries to resist them, trying to turn it into an empire where Eren rules over everything instead of Eren just destroying everything, but they’re destroying it anyway.

So I take the three other Erens and through weaving through the collapsing buildings and yaegerists and general chaos we finally find Eren, whose Titan is more like the regular Titan than the founding one, and we use ODM gear to grab on to his legs, and try to get his attention. He instinctively tries to shake us off until the regular younger Eren screams his name, and he finally looks down and sees three different versions of himself clinging to him, so he gets out of his Titan and lands on a platform and we talk to him.

At first he accuses us of doing some sort of trick, but we finally convince him that yes, these actually are different versions of himself. I explain the collapse in time me space and as he looks around he finally noticed that it’s not just the yaegerists and titans causing chaos, but there are also aliens, other TVA agents, and generally people from across all different universes

He realizes “oh shit we actually do need to stop this because something is seriously wrong here”

So I task the other Erens with trying to keep the variants under control, as I grab Eren’s hand and drag him around, trying to find my TVA superiors

Luckily we find a lesser TVA agent chilling on a bench trying to record the chaos that’s happening

So I run over to her and say “We need to get back to HQ NOW.” And she looks up at us and says “that guy doesn’t have a watch” (we have watches that teleports us around and has other utilities) so I say “yeah it’s okay, he’ll just grab on to me and I’ll get him there” and she says “no, I mean he’s not authorized to leave this reality.” Eren looks at me, and I look back at her and say, “this is a variant, I need to get him contained.” She looks at Eren, and his very clearly uncuffed hands except for my tight grip around his wrist, and she narrows her eyes at me. Technically Eren himself isn’t a variant, he’s supposed to be here, but the deviation in the events is what the “variant” is, but I decide to go with it anyway

But it’s too late because I get a message from the other Eren’s that they found something.

I teleport us back to the Erens, who are in an attic of some sort, and they point to a computer screen which is showing a portal to the early 2000s of our regular reality. Since this reality is actually collapsing at this point from the chaos, all we can do at this point is abandon it. I want to save my Erens (all four of them) obviously, so I let season 4 Eren climb through the portal, followed by the second Eren, followed by me, and that’s where the dream ends.

Chapter 29: Hero Shigaraki?

Summary:

MHA fandom. Featuring the characters All for One, me as Shigaraki, Deku, Aizawa, Todoroki, and the rest of class 1A are mentioned.

Notes:

Unedited.

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

10/26/22

So basically I was Shigaraki and it was all MHA except it was like fantasy or something, and I was living alone with All for One (AFO) in a mansion. He’s manipulating me (as he does in canon) except I’m secretly not really buying into it. I do, however, think that AFO is my biological father and that he is the only person who loves me. I was not the canon age, I was like a teenager so about Deku’s age.

For some reason my quirk suddenly comes in at this age, when I go to pick up an object and it disintegrates in my hand. For some reason I know what’s happening, and so I hide it from AFO. Then at a family dinner (which is just me and him), I finally rebel and attack him, but he stops me and his regenerative powers make my quirk virtually useless.

Then at some point Class 1-A and all its main characters + Aizawa bust in with the attempt to capture AFO. I don’t remember the fight, but they succeed. They’re about to fight me next when I plead innocent and explain my case. They decide to leave me, but with never having gone into the outside world, it’s not a good idea. I then say, “Wait, I can help you!” Deku narrows his eyes at me and says, “Okay, what’s your quirk?” I say “Well… when I touch things they just kinda…” I make a hand gesture to imitate dust flying up in the air, “…poof.” Deku goes, “Hm. So if you touch this building you could take it down in one go?” I say, “well, sort of. Yes. It would take a while… I mean, for it to decay.” Aizawa and Deku agree to take me in.

We bring AFO to a prison, but it’s clear his manipulation still left a mark on me. At night I go visit, and for some reason there’s no guards around, so I take the key and open the door to his cell (which is actually a regular room for some reason). AFO immediately drags me in, and I immediately regret everything. I demand answers about who I am and my past yada yada, and he obliges, but twists the truth a little. He reveals that apparently Endeavor is my actual biological father (Todoroki and Dabi’s abusive dad). I’m in shock, but he takes the opportunity to break out and quietly escape. I stumble out of the cell in a vain attempt to stop him, but instead am met with Aizawa and some of Class 1-A who were called via the alarm. Aizawa shouts, “what did you do?!” In a daze, I walk over to Todoroki and lay a hand on his shoulder (pinky up of course), and say, “Todoroki… I’m your brother.”

And that’s the last clear thing that I remember.

Notes:

Damn, who else is related to the Todorokis at this point?
