"OKKKK CUTTT!!" Haechan was yelling as soon as the practice was over.
The rest of member laid in cold floor so did Haechan. Haechan felt drained more than usual. Maybe he can blame americano he bought before he came for practice.
As soon as he closed his eyes, his little started take over him
'No! Not now! Do not burden the hyungs' he mumbled and close his eyes more tightly, tried hard to focus being big. Mark suddenly approached him and sat next to him,
"Hei, are you okay?" Mark was asking while giving him little pat on his head. Mark made it worse then in split of second Haechan slipped
"H-hiks" small sobs can be heard. Mark was surprised and looked into Haechan.
"Daddy... Hiks. Daddyyyy" his sobs was louder and Haechan already sprawled onto him.
"Sssh... shhh.. it's okay. Daddy's here. What's happened, hm?" Mark lift Haechan and rest him up on his lap
"Hurt. Hyuckie felt hurt everywhere. Daddy please make it go away!" Haechan nuzzled his face into Mark's crooked neck
"Shooo shoo go away. Dont come near hyuckie!! Shooo shooo. Hyuckie is a good boy" Mark tried to calm Haechan down while the other members looked at them full of concern.
Yes. All of them already knew about their issue and they supported them fully, especially Johnny and Taeyong who always babied Haechan whenever he went to his headspace.
"Better? or do you want your paci?" Mark asked and still carresed him yet he got lil no from Haechan
"Okaaay. How about we go home then Daddy will run bath for you with a lot of bubble and duckie?" offered Mark for nth time. Haechan looked into Mark with sparkle eyes.
"Mmhhh. Hyuckie want" Haechan stopped crying and started to smile with the offers. Sounds good, he thought. He can play with bubbles and duckies. He was giggling happily just by imagining it.
"Soooo, let's gooo!!!" Mark piggyback Haechan and they decided to go to their dorm because it's already getting late.
Glad that their short journey to their dorm went smoothly. Haechan seems well behaved, merely because he was already tired and drained. As soon as they arrived at dorm, Mark put him to his bed and told Johnny to watched him while he run the bath for Haechan
"Wait here. Be a good boy with Johnny hyung, okay?" Haechan who already dozen off, tried so hard to nodded as a yes sign for Mark.
Mark went to bathroom and prepared the bath bomb, lukewarm water also the duckies which always Haechan played with. After he finished his work, he scooped and carry him to bath tube.
Haechan felt the warm wrap around his body. He felt more comfy and calm. Mark started wash him up while he played with bubbles and duckie.
"Daddy!! Look! Cute duckie swims through the bubble" Haechan smile genuinely, just by looking at the him righy now, Mark felt relieved, knowing his baby felt happy
Haechan sat in the bathtub for long until his fingers turn wrinkly so Mark helped him climb out and dry himself, then he was soon dressed in his brown bear patterned pajamas.
"Daddy... Sleep with hyuckie please?" Haechan held Mark's hand and pulling with his pleading eyes Mark can never say no to.
"This is the last okay? Big boy doesnt sleep with his daddy anymore" He sighed then Haechan scooted over and gave his daddy spaces.
Mark pulled Haechan into his embraces while Haechan buried his face onto him. Mark gave a kiss on top of his head and started hum some song slowly as a lullaby
"Daddy" Haechan called quietly
"Yes hyuckie?" Mark answered with eyes closed, he also felt damn tired today.
"Hyuckie is sowwy" Haechan tighten his embraced
"Sorry for what?" Mark loosen up their embraced and made their eyes met. Mark can saw Haechan's teary eyes.
"I should've protected Haechanie. H- he was hurting"
"Why did Haechanie feels hurt?"
"Hyuckie doesnt knowww. Hyuckie's sure because Haechanie often cries alone then having hard time to sleep daddyyyy" Haechan sniffled and tried to look away.
No wonder Mark often saw Haechan was being off lately, like we can saw his tired eyes and face today. He was more calm or more like silent. Sometimes he was being grumpy and mumbled to himself. At first, he thought that his boyfriend just felt tired as usual due to their rapid practices and schedulea but might be there's something else that he didn't know.
"No, no. Dont be sorry. You've done nothing wrong. Daddy would try to talk to Haechanie, okay?" Mark soothed him and quickly reassured him that all the reason Haechan being off are not his fault or whatsoever. Mark made sure he would asked and approached his boyfriend tomorrow. Also he promised to himself would be more attentive to him. He was feeling guilty right now for not noticing it before.
"Pwoomise?"
"Sure. Daddy's promise. Now sleep my baby sunshine" Mark rubbed the tip of his nose on Haechan's also peppers kisses all over his face
"Mmmhh good night daddy, Hyuckie wuuf yuu" Haechan giggled and snuggled his face onto Mark's chest, hearing his steady heartbeat made Haechan calm
"Love you too sweetheart"
