Komaru can't sleep. No matter what she does, she keeps waking up.
She's scared. She feels it, a deep fear that continues to shake her awake, and she doesn't know what to do. It's always the same nightmare. It never goes away.
"Syo…" Komaru speaks out, softly, trying to wake her girlfriend. She needed her. Needed Syo to tell her everything was alright. "Please, Syo…" She lightly shook the older girl, which succeeded in waking her.
"Eh? You okay, Dekomaru?"
"No, I… It's this nightmare… The same one every time... I'm completely alone, and there's no one, and…"
Syo suddenly pulls Komaru closer, holding her tightly, but not too tight, because of the state Komaru was in. Syo didn't really know what else to do. "But you're not alone! ...It's gonna be okay, Dekomaru."
Komaru snuggled into Syo more. "But I still get scared… What if I'm all alone again?"
"Nahhh, I'm always gonna be here for ya, Dekomaru."
Komaru smiled slightly, "Do you promise?"
"I promise."
