"Hello! Welcome to All for One, where a new Quirk is just a handshake away! What brings you in to our company today? Sightseeing? Asking for a friend? Want your Quirk in the Registry?"
"Uh, hello. You're... All for One?"
"Yes, indeed I am! I know it's a bit odd for the head of a company to be the receptionist, but I like to have the personal touch with all our guests!"
"I guess I'll just say it... I hate my quirk."
"Ahhh, I've heard that many times. It's hard to admit, isn't it?"
"Yes, sir, it is."
"Would you like a replacement quirk, or will you be donating it today?"
"Uhh... I..."
"Unsure? That's alright! Take your time. You can browse through the Registry over there, and if nothing catches your eye right now, you can always come back later. You can even get your old quirk back if you decide so."
"Uh, thank you, sir. I guess I'll go look through it..."
The tired looking young boy went to the computer bank on the far wall, and began scrolling through pages of Quirk lists. He shook his head after a while, and went to the insanely large ledger next to it, and looked through that instead. After a while, he came back to the huge desk in the center of the sunlit lobby.
"I see you prefer our analog Registry. Come to a decision, young man?"
"Uh, yes, sir. I didn't see anything that sounded right. So... Can I just ask you to take my quirk, please?"
"Of course, young one. Before I do, let's get your Quirk registered. Alright, fill out this contact info, and then sign here."
The young man did so.
"Now, young one, shake my hand."
Tentatively, as if expecting pain, the kid reached out and grasped All for One's hand.
There was half a second of motion, and faint light playing over the teenager.
"Ahhh, as you say, a difficult quirk. Seeing microwave radiation through walls, at any distance, constantly glowing, even with your eyes shut? That must play havoc with your sleep cycle."
The kid closed his eyes, and moved his head around, as if looking for something. He opened them again.
"Thank you. Thank you, sir! Oh my gosh! I'm gonna go home and sleep! Woohoo!"

"So, what brings you in to Overhaul Hero Agency?"
"Your ad says you can change anyone into whatever they want."
"There are a few limits, but if it's possible for a human, our agency can help remake you in whatever image you wish."
"I wanna look like Midnight."
"I am sorry, but looking like specific people is one thing I shy away from. It prevents certain social issues."
"That's okay... What I really mean is I want to be a woman with so much allure that everyone shuts up when I walk into a room."
"That's easy. Well, sign here, and step into our operating room to work out the specific details and begin the procedure."
Another day:
"How may we help you today?"
"I want to do my life over. Everyone laughs at how I look when I go out in public. I just want to look normal, like people expect."
"That sounds like you're requesting the full rewind package. How far back would you like to go?"
"I wanna do puberty over, and fix the mistakes before they start."
"Alright. Eri-chan? Could you head to the procedure room? We have a full rewind request. Thank you.
Now, keep in mind, you're going to be under the effects of some very volatile Quirks, here, mine included. This won't be pleasant. Are you still ready?"
"Anything to look like I'm supposed to. The drugs have barely helped, and there's only so much clothes can help."
"Alright then. Head to the procedure room over there, please."
