You were basically running for your life, you couldn't even stop to take a breath because there was a certain raven haired male kept on following you from behind like a fucking stalker. And this stalker of yours is your idiotic feral boyfriend of three years. When did you guys started dating? Who knows. He kissed you and you accepted him immediately at the prom. Now that both of you are adults, having a tall ass 189cm creeping behind you had people trying to call the police for suspicious activity.
As soon as you turn around a corner, you just knew the love of your life, Baji Keisuke was already sprinting to catch up with you. When you heard the footsteps getting louder, you put out your foot so he could trip and you could run away again. You did as you planned but the person who came by was not Baji, it was his little best friend, Chifuyu. The poor lad tripped over your foot and face-planted straight to the pavement floor. Smashing his cute face onto the ground marking that area as his. You shrieked in worry and apologized to him over and over again. Then you heard that devilish laugh coming from the other side. You turned your head and see Baji holding a bouquet of roses and a large teddy bear on his side. Yes, he was chasing you while carrying those around.
"JUST ACCEPT MY GIFT!!!", he shouted.
"YOU JUST GAVE ME A LOT YESTERDAY", you screamed back.
"IT'S BECAUSE I LOVE YOU"
"DON'T KILL YOUR WALLET FOR ME!!!"
"Oh, it's okay. I got Chifuyu's money with me", he stepped over the poor boy on the floor as he basically groped the boy around the search for his wallet.
"Baji-san...", Chifuyu growled as he slowly stood up.
"GET A JOB!!!!", the blonde male shouted as Baji was ready to run away from his enraged best friend.
"(Y/N)!! TONIGHT, DINNER, I'LL PICK YOU UP. GET READY!", Baji exclaimed happily as he ran as fast as he can with Chifuyu following behind.
"Well, Baji-san is so sweet", a familiar voice appeared behind you. When you turned, it was none other than Toman's crybaby hero, Takemichi Hanagaki.
"Y/N, I'm sorry if he caused you trouble", Takemichi smiled softly at you.
You sighed and gave out a small chuckle, "Nah, it's fine. I fell in love with that idiot... So I gotta take the whole package that comes with him"
"Wish a certain /someone/ would do the same thing to me like Baji-san". Takemichi pouted as he glanced at Mikey beside him who seemed to caught on what's going on.
"Kenchin, your wallet", Mikey turned his head towards Draken who was tagging along with the couple for the party tonight.
"What? I just used everything for the party, so no!", Draken retaliated but one stare from the Toman's leader made the tall blonde gave his crying wallet to the shorter one.
"Oh shit, the party! I forgot about it!", you gasped. You were invited to a secret party tonight hosted by the Toman group. You don't know what was the purpose of it but you agreed to come because Baji begged you to and you couldn't say no to his pleading eyes.
"Oh no, y/n. You better get ready! Make sure to wear something nice too!", Hanagaki spoke. Then an arm snaked around his waist as a blush crept onto his cheeks.
"Takemitchy~~ Wear a maid costume for tonight", Mikey pouted.
You winced at the sight of Mikey's head getting shoved into a party bag by his lover as Takemichi walked away all flustered.
"NO WAY!"
"Takemitchy~!!", the childish leader ran after the other leaving Draken dragging all the stuffs alone.
"YOU ASSHOLES! HELP ME WITH THIS AT LEAST!", he groaned. You wanted to help but the tall blonde refused and insisted on chasing after the couple angrily.
"I guess I got to find a dress for me to wear tonight. But what kind of outfit?", you thought. Then you pulled out your phone to text Baji.
Y/N: Babe?
BAJI: Yeah? What's up? You lonely? I'll be there once Chifuyu stops asking for his wallet
Y/N: What outfit should I wear to the party tonight?
BAJI: Anything you like, babe. You're still going to look beautiful no matter what you wear ;)
Y/N: I'm being serious here! So, a red dress or black?
BAJI: How about black? Then I'll wear black too so we'll match!
Y/N: Okay, thanks, babe <3
BAJI: Love you <3
You smiled at his text. Accepting this man as your lover was one of the most best decision you had ever done in your life. You still remembered how the both of you were being shy to each other on your first meeting and the teacher had paired you up for a school project, so you spent a lot of time going to his house. Knowing how the man loves animals especially cats and his room was full of animal books and how gentle he looked like handling them made your heart flutter. One day, you often find yourself going to his house just to hang out and he would bring you out for night drives with his cool motorcycle around the city and how you accidentally heard his heart beating fast when you hugged him from behind. Until one day, when the both of you were walking together at the mall with the other Toman members to play at the arcade. You were so fixed onto the pink bunny plushie in the crane game. You tried for a few times but failed and you were upset about it. What you didn't know that Baji was paying attention on whatever you were doing so when all of you went home, the raven haired male stayed back and spent almost all of his pocket money to get you the plushie.
The next morning, the first thing you see on your school table was the bunny plushie that you've been eyeing for so long. You were surprised when it also contained a letter saying, ' Y/N, you suck at the crane game! Haha So I got it for you instead! It was easy. From, Baji' . You glanced towards him and Baji was acting like he didn't know anything and was reading a random book upside down. The whole class started teasing you and him about it. Up until to the point where he asked you to go to the prom with him and confessed to you on that night before you found yourself kissing him under the moonlight.
Years later, Baji was showing so much affection that it was basically a comedic romance going on the daily. You would accidentally hit yourself at the edge of the table that Baji would beat up the poor furniture. It seemed so stupid but the little things he does always made you fall in love with him again and again. His love towards you never lessen even for a day and that same goes to you. When you gave him a shirt from his favorite band, he hung it up on his wall and posted in his social media expressing on how much he loves you.
So you ended up picking up a casual black dress and waited for him at your doorstep. When the familiar rumbling engine sound came near, you walked towards where the headlight was coming from. Your eyes caught your lover wearing a black shirt, a pair of black jeans with a few cuts on the knees with white sneakers. It matched so well with you black empire waist dress and a pair of platform heels. Baji even slicked his hair back showing more of his handsome features while you had your own comfort hairstyle making your lover mouth hang wide open looking at your beauty.
Baji steals a quick kiss on the lips fro you before you hopped onto the motorcycle. You hit him on the back while blushing.
"Stop that! We're late, let's go", you couldn't help but smile and roll your eyes when he laughed.
The moment the both of you reached at the party, it was packed with all of the Toman members. Everyone were stylish in their own way. Mikey and Takemichi decided to wear an expensive printed jacket custom made for the both of them. Meanwhile Draken and Emma went for a blue matching outfits. Chifuyu, Hakkai and Mitsuya came to party accidentally wearing the same colour which was soft red. Peh Yan and Pah Chin wore white shirts and plain slacks. Angry and Smiley wore casual outfits according to their own hair colour. It was a wave of rainbow and it was a nice sight to see everyone are still together after all these years. Thanks to Takemichi he managed to save Mikey and the others or you won't be able to be with Baji right now.
As the both of you walked down to wear the presidents and vice presidents gathered, you were called out by Emma to sit next to her. She gave you a drink and all of you started talking about your future plans and whatnot. Then you realized Baji was nowhere to be seen. Well, you have been telling him to give you space or to get away from you lately but not having Baji around to annoy you made you somewhat lonely.
"TAKEMITCHY!!~~~", Mikey cried out as he clung onto his lover's leg. Takemichi seemed pretty upset.
"Don't ask me to wear that tonight!", Takemichi blushed red.
"WHY??? YOU LIKED IT---", then Mikey's face was stomped on by the crybaby hero.
"DON'T SAY THAT OUT LOUD!"
Everyone laughed at the now crying leader on the floor as he was dragged by his furious lover. Draken sighed.
"CHUG! CHUG! CHUG!", a crowd cheered. You turned your head to see Mitsuya chugging down beers after beers and you were surprised that the usually calm 2nd division captain is now acting like a maniac at the party. Hakkai tried to stop him but he slipped on the spilled water and crash onto the captain, splashing beers everywhere. A drunk Chifuyu joins the pile and everyone cheered louder. Peh Yan was busy carrying a chair on his head with Pah Chin laughing at him calling his pal an idiot. Not knowing Pah Chin was already missing a shoe. It was stolen by a drunk Kazutora who's running while holding Smiley's hand with a jealous Angry following suit.
"This party is a mess!", Emma laughed when she saw Sanzu holding back Mucho from using Draken's hair as a jump rope.
You laughed at everyone's attitude. It was one of the must fun nights you ever had. Despite that, your eyes was still looking around for any sign of Baji. He was gone pretty long and it made your smile turn upside down. You swirl the cheap beer in your red cup as you were left alone at the table when Emma was asked by Draken to go get some fresh air outside.
"What's with the long face?", there it was, the voice that you missed a lot. Your eyes sparkle at the sight of him and your body instinctively hugged the latter tightly into your small arms. He was surprised by your action but he returned the hug happily. You then felt a hand going over your neck and felt a string of cold metal touching the skin between your nape down to your collarbone.
"Sorry that I left you for too long. I asked Chifuyu to pick the custom made necklace at the jewellery store hours go but the idiot went drunk and I had to check his car for the box", he pulled away and you looked down to see the small pink love necklace around you neck. Underneath the love were letters engraved with your initials and his. When you looked up, Baji was wearing the same one but with a blue love instead.
"I had to work a part time job to afford it. That's why I bought the other presents using Chifuyu's money. I'll pay him back soon (never)", Baji smiled bashfully.
"I know it's not much like how Mikey are able to gift Takemichi but..."
"I love it", you exclaimed with teary eyes. You then began to sob while hugging the necklace.
Baji panicked by your reaction as he quickly took a napkin from his pocket. He always had spare tissues since he just know how much of a crybaby you are. He wiped your tears away softly before giving a kiss on your nose. Your sob then turned into giggles when he nuzzled onto your face like a cat cheering you up. His charm worked immediately.
"I love you, y/n", Baji whispered.
"I love you too, my idiot", you replied.
Both of your faces are red before your lover leaned in for a kiss. You felt his warm lips against yours and you gladly accepted him. Ignoring the end of the world in the background, Baji kept on declaring his love for you and how much you loved this idiot's voice resonating into your ears.
'I'll buy her a ring after I get a steady job', Baji thought to himself as the both of you went for another long ride together passing through the breeze of the night under the moonlight.
