Chapter Text

“Ahh Maggie to what do I owe the pleasure’, Abigail asked as she answered the phone. “We need your help”. She replied in a rather panicked tone. “And why on earth would I …” the demon was cut off by Maggie frantically saying “Mel needs your help”. Abby felt her heart stop at that moment. What had happened? Was it Marisol? Was Mel hurt? All these thoughts were rushing through her head before she hear a voice still on the other end of the phone. “Hello Abby, you still there”. “I’m on my way”,she answered before hanging up the phone.

About half and hour later, Abigail orbed into the Vera-Vaughn kitchen. “Demon spawn what are you doing here”. She jumped -not hearing her enter- placing her hand over her heart. “Well your sister called me here, I don’t really know why”. Rolling her eyes the charmed one answered back “of course, Mel calls and you come running”. A small chuckle escapes her lips. Smirking she retorts back “no the one who Harry can’t bang, it was Maggie that was in need of my glorious presence”. “What”, she had to cover her ears as she heard the screech leave the taller girls lips. In a fit of rage macy stormed away, up the stairs and slammed what she believes was her bedroom door.

As she began pour herself a glass of bourbon, she heard a quite whimpering coming from upstairs. Curious the demon-witch hybrid made her way towards the noise. It was coming from mels room. At first she thought it was marisol but as she crept through the door she saw Mel on the floor, crying into her pillow. “Hello potion princess”. “Oh god Abby, you can’t just walk into my room like that”, she said trying to sound alright. “ I just… I heard crying and I felt… I’m sorry I can leave if you want. I didn’t mean to bother you”. The green eyed girl stuttered. “No no it’s fine”, Mel said rising off the floor, wiping the tears off of her face. “Where’s Marisol”. That’s when she saw the smaller girl break down into tears. She didn’t know what to do, the only time she had ever seen Melanie cry was when she was pregnant.

“ I don’t know, I… Maggie took her out this morning to the park and there was a demon and well they took her. Abby they took her”. Abigail wanted to step forward wrap her arms around Mel and hold on to her until she stopped crying. But she knew as soon as she stepped forward Mel would shudder away, either out of fear or out of pure disgust. She knew that if that would happen she would not be able to handle it. It would break her heart, shatter it into a million pieces. She knew that she was in love with Mel. Had been for a long time now.

As a demon she had never felt this before, demons can’t live don’t feel emotions like normal people. All they felt was anger and disgust. Not love. But as she is half witch she guessed that she can feel emotion. She snapped back into reality as she heard Mel sat down on the bed. “ what do you mean they took her”. “They took her to get to the power of three. What if they hurt her. I mean future Mel sent her here to be safe”. She said breaking down again. She didn’t know what to do she wanted to be there, comfort her and tell her everything is going to be okay but she couldn’t. Her parents had never shown her affection for her mother she was too demon and for her father too witch. But how was it her thought she didn’t chose to be born.

“Hey it’s okay. We’re going to get her back, I’ll go talk to all the demons as their demon overlord and see if anyone has any information”. She said staying in her place not trying to upset the girl even more. “Thank you Abby, you don’t know how much this means to me. I just wouldn’t be able to forgive myself if anything happened to her you know”. “I know. But nothings going to happen to her we’re going to get her back and she’s going to be completely perfect, just like her mum”.

Then something happened that she didn’t see coming at all. Mel stepped up off of her head and hugged the taller women burying her face in abigail’s shoulder muttering thank you over and over again. After a while, she felt that Mel was starting to get tired her eyes fluttering shut. “ come on let’s get you into bed”. Slowly they made their way across the room, she lowered Mel down and muttered goodnight as the girl fell asleep. She was about to leave the room and make her way back to the living room when she felt an arm pulling her to a stop. “Really Abby thank you for doing this”. She wanted to say that should would do anything for her and marisol but in the end just whispered a quiet “your welcome”.

As she made her way down stairs she saw that Maggie was home from wherever she was. “Abby hey did Mel tell you what was going on”. “Yeah she did she seems pretty distressed about it”. She replied. “I just don’t know what to do, or how to help her. I mean it’s my fault that her daughter is missing, my niece”. She cause see the tears forming in her eyes as she spoke. She had never dealt with this many people in her life. It was way out of her comfort zone she had no idea what to do so instead she said, “I’m going to go home and create a plan to get your niece back. In the morning as I said to Mel I’m going to call a meeting and get information out of all the demons”. “Alright, see you Tomorrow Abby”. “See you tomorrow”, she replied shutting the door behind her.

As she stumbled into her apartment all she could think about was that baby girl. A girl that even though she wasn’t hers she thought of like family. She may have never met her in person but from the videos that Mel had sent her of Marisol sitting up, crawling and rolling over. Everyone she saves and watches multiple times a day. It’s the only thing that has brought her and sort of joy and happiness in the past 4 months. She wanted to hold her in her arms and hug her against her chest. She didn’t actually know who the girls other mother was but she knew in her heart that it couldn’t be her. Abby knew she could never contribute to something as perfect as that beautiful baby girl.

She spent a few more hours thinking over her plan for the next day, drinking whiskey and getting ready for bed. She changed into her pyjamas for the night and slithered into bed. A few hours later she heard a light knock on her door, at first she thought she was hearing things until she heard the gentle knock again. Abby slowly crept out of her bed sliding into her slippers. She Made her way out of her room down the stairs to the front door. The demon may have used a bit too much force.

Surprised she saw Mel standing outside with eyes wide at first she didn’t understand until she realised she was basically in nothing just red Lacy underwear. “ h…hi” Mel stuttered when she was finally brought back to the present.

Chapter 2: Chapter 2

Chapter Text

“Hey are you alright, what are you doing her” Abigail said concern laced in her voice. “I just… I just needed to talk to you about tomorrow”, she stuttered as her eyes raked up and down her body. “Yeah of course come in. Do you want anything”. “No that’s fine thank you I just really need to know what is going to happen tomorrow. I just need Marisol to be fine”. Abby knew where she was coming from. She was going out of her mind herself tossing and turning in her bed and it wasn’t even her daughter.

“How are you doing with all of this”, she said while pour herself some whiskey. Mel’s eyes started watering a few tears falling down her cheeks. She sat down on the sofa, chucking her shoes off and getting comfortable. I mean she didn’t mind that Mel was getting comfortable she found it cute the fact that she felt relaxed enough to bury herself on her couch. “Is it alright if I stay here tonight I just don’t want to be alone”, Mel said resting her head in the arm of the chair. “Of course that’s fine. With everything you’ve been through today it makes sense you don’t want to be alone”. She had never heard her voice so soft, so sweet.

“You can sleep in the bed, I’ll sleep on the couch”, she said after a few seconds. “No Abby it’s fine, it’s your house I’ll sleep on the couch”. All Mel could think about was what abby was wearing. You could see half of her ass in those tiny shorts. Well they weren’t even shorts in her opinion more like underwear and it was making her crazy she knows that she shouldn’t feel like this not about Abby and especially not with everything that’s going on. She didn’t even notice she was staring at the overlords boobs until she heard a light chuckle and looked up to see the girl smirking.

“See anything you like potion princess”, the green eyed girl said still chuckling. Mel’s mouth went dry she didn’t know what to say. She couldn’t form any words in her mouth. As she stood there like a stuttering mess Abigail went back to the kitchen. She heard something stop to the floor and then all she could see was abby’s ass. Her legs went for days she felt herself start to grow wet. She had to get out of there, she shouldn’t feel like this her daughter had just gone missing and she was over here feeling horny. If that wasn’t bad enough she was turned on because of Abigail. The demon witch hybrid, yes she may be hot I mean everyone can see that and god that accent the way her name rolls of her tongue. “I have to go”, she blurted out. Jumping off the couch she made her way over to the door when she heard her voice. Her sweet, silky voice. “Is everything alright”. For a moment the smaller girl thought she heard concern in her voice. “Yeah I just remembered that I… uh I have to help Maggie with this project for school tomorrow. I’m sorry, thank you for everything today I’ll see you tomorrow”. Abby stood there for what felt like hours but in fact was only minutes, confused as to what just happened. Had she done something wrong? She decide to call it a night and go to sleep, it was currently 2:03am and she felt as if her limbs were falling asleep as she walked. The demon layer there thinking about Mel and how she looked at her when she opened the door. Although at first she felt embarrassed standing there in nothing except well basically underwear. That was until she saw the way mel’s eyes raked up her down her body. For a moment, she thought that she saw seduction, lust in her eyes but she knew that was crazy I mean why would Mel look at anyone like her that way. She fell asleep that night with one thing on her mind Melanie Vera.

As she made her way over to the Vera-Vaughn house, she heard her phone start ringing. “This is a celerity I have something that you care about”, the deep voice said on the other end of the line. Abigail accidentally let a chuckle leave her lips “no I don’t think you do, you see I don’t care about anything. Well except myself”. “ I have her”, this confused her even more who were they talking about. Who was her? “You have who?”. “Marisol”, as soon as she heard that name leave the stranger lips she felt her heart break. She heard her heart break, the beating stop. “Bring me 10 million dollars by the time the sun sets tonight or the charmed one will never hold her baby girl in her arms again”. The line went dead. She couldn’t speak, she knew what she needed to do she had to get round to the charmed sisters house and tell them about the new information.

“Maggie, Macy, Mel”, she said rushing through the door. “What is it”, Maggie said with worry in her voice. That’s when she saw Mel’s eyes, the concern clear as day behind her brown orbs. “I found out who has her and what they want”. All of a sudden pure glee spread across the three girls faces. “A celerity has, one of the worst demons and he wants a ransom of 10 million dollars”. “We don’t have that much money” “oh god a celerity”. Macy and Mel said at the same time. “What are we going to do, we don’t have that much money how on earth are we going to get her back. I mean a celerity is one of the worst demons what if they hurt her?”, Mel said pacing up and down the living room. “Hey it’s going to be alright, everything’s going to be okay. Well get her back”, Maggie comforted as she pulled her older sister in for a hug. “What we need to do is kill that demon otherwise they may harm other witches. We have to think about the life’s of many over one”.

Abby felt disgusted at the way macy was acting, she was not even think about the well-being of her niece or Mel for a matter of fact. All she could think about was saving witches that they don’t even know. “Are you crazy, I don’t care about the other witches. I don’t know the other witches, this is your niece what do you think would happen if Mel lost her daughter. Are you thinking about any of this? You need to drop your duties as the three”. Abby shouted as she stomped through the door slamming it on her way out.

Was Abby right? How had she not noticed it before macy didn’t care about Marisol she never had. Mel cared about the witches as much as anyone, it was the eldest sister who wanted to leave to get her dream job not to long ago. She was snapped out of her thoughts as she heard macy speak up “what is her problem, she hasn’t even met Marisol and she’s acting as if… as if she her daughter as if their related”. That’s when she felt her veins boil as she grew angrier. “At least she cares all you can talk about is saving the other witch who aren’t even in danger at the moment”. “Mel you have to…” “no I don’t have to anything. This demon has my baby girl the only thing I truly care about in this world and you just want to risk her life”. She said interrupting her sister. “That’s not what I’m saying”, “well that’s all I heard”, she replied leaving the room and making her way up the stairs before she could break down and the argument could break out any further.

As she entered her room she felt her soul leave her body as she saw a silhouette standing in the corner. “Sorry I didn’t mean to scare you”, as soon as she heard that voice she knew she was safe that nothing could hurt her. Before she could figure out what was going on she felt her body pull herself towards the taller women. She lifted her hand up place it behind the girls neck and pull her down into a slow passionate kiss. It was like nothing she had ever felt before. As she pulled back, rested her head against abigail’s she sure piercing green eyes staring back at her.
