I kiss her until I hear Sebastian calling her name. I take a step back, still holding her hand.
"I have to go now... I'll see you on Monday, Quint. By the way, I love you too." Flora has the most beautiful smile on her face and actually blushes when she says those words. She kisses me briefly on the cheek and hops over to where Sebastian was.
I look around me, there are lots of cameras and people with cellphones pointing at me, but I really couldn't care less. I have Flora back and that's all I need. I head back to school next to Saks and Perry. When we get to our rooms, I fall into my bed and start to think about how happy I am and I can't wait for Flora to come back.
I feel a hand on my face. It's cold and it's holding me as if I could break. I open my eyes to see Flora staring at me while gently caressing my cheek.
"Well, good morning, love" She smiles and I swear she looks like and angel. Her hais is loose and brightened by the early morning sun and her eyes are sparkly.
I take her hand in mine and kiss its back. "When did you get here?"
"Here where? I arrived at the school 5 am, but I had breakfast before I came over to your room, 10 minutes ago" She takes a strand of my hair and puts it behind my ear.
"You've been staring at me sleeping for 10 minutes?! Creep." I jokingly tease her, but internally I'm screaming of happiness.
She giggles and I'm sure this is the most beautiful sound I've ever heard. "Don't flatter yourself. I brushed my teeth in the bathroom before sitting in your bed."
I suddenly notice that she's not lying in bed with me, so I pull her down to get under the covers, cause honestly, it's fucking freazing in Scotland.
She takes her shoes of and lays with her face right in front of me, tangling her legs in mine and holding my hand.
I snuggle closer and she kisses me on my forehead. It's perfect. For a few minutes we just stay there enjoying each other's presence.
"Was your mom mad about what happened?" I look up to her eyes searching for an answer to what I really wanted to ask Did you like it?
"She wasn't mad, but she told me it could have waited... Honestly, I don't care what she says, it was the most romantic thing anyone has ever done for me."
My heart flutters and I kiss her slowly, wanting to show her that she would be getting a lot of those gestures from now on.
"So, are we gonna go to class or what?" She groans and hides her face in my neck.
"I knew Nerdy Quint was arriving to ruin the party"
"Hey, after I ditched school to kiss you in that parade I'm never doing that again." I got up and helped Flora up.
"So... Are we like... girlfriends now?" She asks and I can see her cheeks grow a little red.
"Do you want to be my girlfriend?" She nods and kisses me on the nose.
"Then I guess we are officially dating, Your Royal Highness. Did I get the title right?"
She looks at me laughing a little. "You actually managed to get it right, dork. Now let's go, my girlfriend will kill me if I'm late."
