Magic/Abilities
She can turn her arms into wings, her legs into bird talons and she can fly.
Singing a sweet and slow melody she can confuse or send someone into trance. With high pitched sounds she can give people strong headaches.
Like witches, even harpies have developed a sac of magic bile attached to their heart.
Being in the Bard track she is able to use music to manipulate the world around her. She plays a guitar for her bard spells.
Appearance
Tempest has peach, reddish brown and beige wavy hair with a bone hairclip in it. She has sharp canines and incisors, and red claw-like nails.
She has brown and green feather ears that fade on her cheeks. She also has feathers on her forearms.
She has yellow eyes with cat-like-pupils and they can turn complitly orange when she’s in rage mode.
When she transforms her arms become wings and her legs turn into bird talons.
She wears the 'Bard track' uniform, which consists of a red shirt and pants, which is covered by a grey tunic and a small darker grey cowl over it.
Out of school she wears a white blouse, a pink skirt, purple boots and a green rectangle-shaped gem on her chest.
Her grom dress is sleaveless, pink that fades to light blue and it falls longer behind. It has a l blood-like design made of red glitters. She also wears aqua green slippers, her green gem and a belt her mother Lamia made her with bones, beads, teeth and claws.

Tempest is a young girl who by nature wants to attract attention and be popular at school. She does this more because harpies like mermaids try to attract everyone to themselves even just for sheer thirst for notoriety.
She really enjoys posting videos of her singing on Penstagram and is a little obsessed with having followers there as in real life. Her Penstagram account is FERALBIRD_COVERS.
At school she goes well but more for a predisposition to singing, she can afford to not give a damn about the lessons. But she really likes magic duels in which she always gives a show: singing, music, jumps, flights and spells.
Boiling Isles’ harpies are biped demons and they are a mix of several legends: harpies, sirens and animal brides. Like the greek ones harpies have bird features, like sirens they have singing enchantments, fine appearance and mischievous personality. But as animal brides they can take a more “humanish” form: they can turn their wings and talons into arms and legs and vice versa.
“Feathering day” is how it's called that monthly period when teenage harpies change their feathers, it can last 2-4 days. Tempest hates it and always skips school on this occasion. Her mothers don't really support this stay-at-home thing, but they can't oppose very much because Tempest gets really nervous in this period.
Relationships
Her mother Hecate is part of the Emperor's Coven as "ambassador" for the Boiling Isles' harpies. When she was young she was in the Bard track too.
Hecate is serious but sweet and a little overprotective of her daughter, she seems to have joined the Emperor's Coven to make the Boiling Isles a safer place. It's for this reason that Tempest doesn't always have a good relationship with her.
Hecate has abandoned many harpy habits since she entered the Emperor's coven, which worries her wife a lot.
Lamia, on the other hand, is really easy going, she likes to hunt and gets along very well with Tempest. She's part of the Bard coven like all harpies and she plays the pan flute.
Tempest's father, Zyler Goldflee, is a traveler doctor part of the Healing Coven.
He and Hecate met years ago, before she and Lamia became a thing. Hecate had just got into a Demon Hunters' trap and Zyler freed her and healed her wounds.
Even if seemed they could stay together Zyler was still dreaming of traveling around the Isles, Hecate understood it and ended all between them even if she was pregnant. She thought he was too irresponsible to have a family so she got married with another harpy of her village, Lamia.
Now Zyler comes at the Harpies Village when he can to visit Tempest and they are very close, it was him who gifted her the notebook she uses to write the lyrics of her songs.
His visits still make Hecate very nervous, she hasn't quite managed to forgive his reckless choices yet. (they act exactly like a divorced couple)
Initially Lamia too didn't like Zyler very much but knowing him they almost became good friends and now she is the one who takes his defense with her wife.
Tempest would really like to see her biological parents getting along better, seeing them fight every time they see each other hurts her very much.
Tempest’s palisman is a phoenix called Rubedo, gifted to her from her mother Hecate.
Rubedo's name comes from the last alchemy phase to create the philosopher's stone and its bird symbol is a phoenix.
Tempest knows Hunter thanks to Hecate's position in Emperor's Coven aaand let's say they don't get along. They are like frenemies, they spend time together more because they are forced to and they see each other as a spoiled brat. Sometimes when Hecate has to go to the Emperor's Castle for her duties as abasciator she brings Tempest with her and leaves her with the only person with her same age, Hunter.
During the events of "Eclipse Lake" Tempest covered up Hunter's escape to allow him to go undercover with Kikimora's team.
