Preface

A life of privilege is only temporary. The worst thing is you don't know how much you miss it until it gets taken from you.

Enter two lonely souls, backgrounds different enough to be clashing: polar opposites, even. Like the two aglets on both ends of a shoelace. With a seemingly fated meeting, the ends of the shoelace work together to form a knot. Perhaps a tight yet comfortable fit at first, but as time goes on the aglets loses cooperation and tangles together. And when laces get tangled, it gets increasingly hard to free the aglets from each other and assuming success, both aglets leave tattered and frayed, no longer pristine.

It's the same with people. Two people portraying perfection and idealness through the media of film.

Unfortunately, life isn't a movie. It's not a fairy tale.

It's a war.
