A seven year old, Dragon Lan WangJi met a cute fox when he visited their parents along with his uncle and brother; this small baby fox is 3 years old and apparently is the one son of old friends of his uncle; the fox is named Wei Ying.
His brother smiles kindly, on the other hand, Lan Zhan salutes with courtesy because etiquette comes first… but those baby tails are so fluffy and swinging so much, and he has six, six of them!
He couldn’t stop himself, he didn’t thought it was bad if he touched because… (WOAH they are SO SOFT!!). His face is impecable but his heart is content without understanding, even his tail is swinging happily (and that’s shameful, but brother says he will control that better when he is older).
Now his uncle is is upset, saying something about respect and self restrain; about his unfitting forms (but seriously, his fur is SO SOFT!): “Respect, WangJi, is not only a need in this world. What you have just done is to outrageous for a fox…” (the mother’s fox is just laughing though) “You acted as if you’re proposing to…” his uncle is watching him terrified, suddenly: “WangJi!” (Speaking out loud is forbidden, shouting must be also, wasn’t it?)
Lan WangJi felt needles, startled he notice his own tail being bitten by the baby fox playing.
Now his uncle is ill; his brother is confused but baby fox’s mother has allow him to carry his pup (his tails are SO SOFT!!! His cheeks are being caressed, he is certain!). His uncle is stressed, saying something about how he is now in the obligation to inform the elders that his second young master has apparently gotten engaged with a fox from YiLing instead of a pure dragon blood being. But ey, this baby fox has the softest fur, why is his uncle feeling bad for him?
Years later, he met again a gorgeous gentleman, his ears and tails fluffy, his red clothes befitting and his smile brighter than sun itself (if he is allowed to describe). Now, Lan WangJi is older, his face has turned colder and unexpressive, but it’s in his blood, his heart is still warm, just as his brother still smiles kindly.
“Long time no see, Lan Zhan!”
Lies, they have been meeting every year since they were young.
The sun touches his heart, he knows it’s melting, he feels it; Wei Ying is smiling at him.
The one day he was unrestrained and touched what he should not…
“Lan Er-Gege! Are you marrying me or not? Come here and repair your fault~”
“Mn.”
Yes, he is very pleased.
