Personal Narritive

Summary:

personal Narrative for my English class

Work Text:

“How can the complex working of the universe and the world around me end in such a simple catastrophe?”

What makes the choices of the universe Ineffable? What makes the plan of probability and sensibility ineffable? What makes the plan a plan? What makes us sure that each is intertwined, like a braid of rope? What makes us sure that it is one rope, not two, or three? That the rope will go on forever in a continuous line of knots, twists, and straight edges. Perhaps the line is continuous, but dipped in such a thick coat of tar as to drip down itself in a continuous plague? That the plague of one rope will infect the next nearest and the next nearest of that? Until no ropes or left; the tar thins enough to prevent the spread or the tar purged from the lines? But where does the tar start? In the beginning; at the end? From another, or bred into? Does one get a choice then? When the end has come and the lines are cut, will the tar hold them together, or brittle the edges more?

What is good? What is evil?

Are they intertwined, or simply a consequence of the other?

(What gives us the right to chose)

One, the other; Neither. Both?

I've no clue.
