"I'm surprised you decided to show up today, Sano-kun." Your teacher said upon seeing Mikey, who was rubbing his eyes and yawning, by the door in your classroom
"Sorry, we're late miss." Draken apologized as your teacher just sighed before waving her hands
"Don't make it sound as if it's anything new. Thank you for bringing him here Ryuguji-kun, you two may now take your seat." She said dismissively before continuing her lecture for the day
Your eyes unconsciously followed the two who walked towards the back of the class before Mikey plopped down his seat and nestled his face in his hands as if he was planning to sleep once more
"(Last name)-san, do you have any business with Sano-kun and Ryuguji-kun?" Your teacher snapped you out of your thoughts as you embarrassedly apologized before returning your attention to the front of the class, completely missing how Mikey was staring at you
"Oi Mikey, what the hell are you looking at?" Draken asked, putting down his pen as he looked at his friend who just continued staring at you
"Neh, Ken-chin, who's she?" Mikey asked as he pointed his fingers towards you
Draken sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose, "We've been classmates with her since first year and you don't even know her name?"
"Really?" Mikey asked surprised, "I never notice her!"
"Of course you don't, you're asleep half of the time."
"Sano-kun, Ryuguji-kun, do you have anything to share with the whole class?" Your teacher once again stopped her lecture just to ask the two that question

You placed your books inside your bag as the bell rang, indicating that it was time for you to finally head home
"Hey (First name)-chan!" Mikey greeted you as he stopped by your desk, completely taking you by surprise
"Hello, Sano-kun." You greeted back slowly
"Come on don't be so formal!" He smiled as he placed an arm around your shoulder as if you've been friends for a long time
You turned to Draken to ask him what was happening but he just shrugged
"Alright...Mikey-kun?" The Nickname was foreign to you, sure you've heard the name be passed around by delinquents in your school but you've never really talked to Mikey so it's always been Sano-kun to you
"That's right!" He beamed, "Wanna go somewhere with us?" He grinned as you blinked, once again seeking refuge at Draken who just shrugged once more
"If you insist?" You said, unsure of your own answer
"Let's go then!" He said and you were left with no other option to follow him
