(Setting:Garreg Mach Monastery)
"Hmm? Cyril?" Byleth asked. A confused look on her face. "What are you doing here?"
"Mail call." Cyril says as he hands Byleth a letter. "Well, I delivered it this time." He walks away as Byleth opens it The Blue Lions entering the classroom.
"Hello, Professor." Dimitri begins. "May I see what you have there?"
"Oh, hello Dimitri." Byleth begins as she hands him the letter. "I was just looking at this.
"A... marriage proposal?" Dimitri grunts as he tries to hold on his anger. "Who is this dastard?" To hear Dimitri swear was shocking to Byleth.
"Some noble from an Alliance territory, he proposed to me back when I was a mercenary. He's even offering to pay Father a sizeable dowry."
"Dowry?" Ingrid scoffs. "Corrupt money, that's all it is."
"I've never heard of a Noble wanting a mercenary for a wife, why would he want to marry our professor?" Annette asked out of curiosity.
"It's likely that he wants the Crest of Flames that I bear, to adorn his family name." Byleth sighs.
"Now, hold on a minute, kid." Jeralt says. He walks into the room. "Why has this noble gone after you again?"
"I-I don't know, Father." Byleth whispers.
"That's it, we're going to go see him." Jeralt grunts. "I want to rearrange his face."
"Alright." Byleth nods. "Let's go." The Blue Lions head towards the Valley of Torment.
(Setting change:Valley of Torment.)
"The more we look into this guy, the more I wanna kill him." Jeralt says.
"Hold on, let's go see if we can go back to the Monastery." Byleth says.
"Hold on a minute, brats!" A rouge says as they all appear on the Valley, taking orders from a Mage. "Hand over the mercenary girl!"
"He can't mean me!" Byleth says. "Did he send them?" The Blue Lions marched off, fighting the rouges as Jeralt headed straight for the mage. Another thief appearing.
"I'll increase the reward, now hurry up and capture the mercenary girl!" The mage commands. Jeralt and some of the Blue Lions defeat the thieves, Jeralt then kills the mage, preventing reinforcements. Dimitri and the other Blue Lions along with Byleth stopping the ambush by using Gambits to repel attacks. Finally, after some fighting, Byleth made it to the required location.
"Finally! Thanks for aiding me everyone!" Byleth grins.
"Don't sweat it, kid." Jeralt nods. They all head back towards the Monastery as Byleth rejected the marriage proposal and the suitor ended up with a whole face.
