This was not how Hizashi expected this to go. He had asked his students to sing in exchange for extra credit, assuming no one would do so and if they did, it would be embarrassing.
This was the opposite.
He was now watching as Kaminari, Jirou, and Bakugou sang their hearts out, choosing to do it as a group with Bakugou as the lead. And honestly they didn't sound half bad considering they were more screaming while Jirou was the only one *actually* singing.
He watched as they all finished, writing down their extra credit grade down while wiping a stray tear at the wonderful performance. "I wasn't expecting anyone to actually sing, but if you three ever feel like performing again, let me know, that sounded amazing." He watched as Tokoyami stood, suddenly paling at his choice of music. My Chemical Romance. Specifically 'Teenagers' by My Chemical Romance.
Hizashi let him sing, sneakily going on his phone to call his husband. "Sho, get over here please, you know I'm scared of emos. Tokoyami is singing My Chemical Romance." He pouted at his husband's snicker. "Alright I'm coming." He sighed in relief as he hung up, hiding behind Shota as he walked in but also giving tokoyami his grade.
This day was awesome and terrifying at the same time but he would never try to embarrass his students again.
