Disappointment.
It was something Mashiro Tomoya, leader of Ra*bits, feared he was. More than fear, he was sure he was one. No matter how hard he works, it never feels enough for some reason. The voice in his head is always eating away at him, telling him how much of a failure he was, how he wasn't fit to be Ra*bits' leader.
He stood there in the kitchen of the apartment he shared with his childhood friend and boyfriend, Shino Hajime, on the verge of just breaking down and crying his eyes out.
"Nnn? Tomoya-kun..?" A voice called out, making Tomoya jump in place.
"Hajime? What are you doing up so late?"
"I should be the one..asking you that question"
"Oh I uh..I was hungry so umm...I was searching for something to eat" He lied, his gaze glued to the floor under him.
"Ah, if that's the case then I can whip you up something" Hajime replied, a sleepy but adorable smile on his face.
Not even waiting for Tomoya's response, he pulled out a hair tie out of no where to tie his hair into a small ponytail as he made his way to the fridge.
"H-Hajime you don't need to-" The light-haired said before being shushed by a bottle of soy sauce to his lips.
"You said you were hungry, right? You don't usually get hungry at night." Hajime started as he cracked 2 eggs into a bowl, promptly whisking them together after adding some salt and pepper. "Most of the time, it's because your thoughts are keeping you up, right..? So please just sit still, this is the least I can do for you"
Tomoya did as he was told, sitting down quietly as he waited for Hajime to finish making whatever it was he was making.
"And here~ Thank you for waiting~" The blue-haired chirped, putting a plate down in front of him as he sat down.
"Omurice..?"
"Mhm! Omurice is Tomoya-kun's favourite, right?"
The tears that were previously welled up in Tomoya's eyes finally started running down his face, like a dam gate opening.
Hajime started panicking a little before taking both of Tomoya's hands in his and bringing them close.
"Mashiro Tomoya-kun! I want you to listen to me! I may not be great with words but ! I want you to know how much of a wonderful person you really are. You're seriously seriously such a hard-working person. You're always so determined and passionate about stuff you like, like acting. You're so nice too, so kind. And you're honestly such a cool person. I would never ever hope for someone else to be our, Ra*bits', leader." Hajime said, going on and on about everything he loved about Tomoya.
"Hajime I- God, I love you so much" The light-haired muttered, letting go of Hajime's hands to wipe his tears.
"I love you too, Tomoya-kun! Ah and! Hurry up and eat before it gets cold, okay?" The blue-haired reminded him, making him let out a small chuckle.
"Yes yes~ Thank you, my oasis"
