Work Text:
*It was Friday night. Tonks finished her paperwork in the office and headed to headquarters. Every Friday, she and Remus stayed in and played a muggle board game. It seemed anticlimactic to the others- magical games were more exciting, after all. Still, it didn't matter what game they were playing. The game wasn't why they did this anyway. That night's game was a children's game called Mouse Trap. *
Tonks: How are we even supposed to set this up?
Remus: We could start by reading the instructions.
Tonks: Nobody reads the instructions.
Remus: You don't read the instructions. I do.
Tonks: How about we change things up a bit? I make up the instructions and you follow.
Remus: What?
Tonks: We could play a new kind of game. Well, not a game, really. Play something... real.
Remus: What do you mean?
Tonks: Kiss me. We'll see where it goes.
