Chapter Text
Taehyung loved waking up in seaside towns. He loved opening every window in the hostel, letting the salty, fresh air inside, cleaning up the ‘bad vibes’ on the building. It was a beautiful day, it kind of made Taehyung want to go outside, enjoy the day and not worry about the problems that may arise inside the inn. Waking up with a beautiful view in an unknown place put everyone in a good mood and most of the guests had left their accommodation to explore the town. Well, everyone except for him, the owner of the hostel --although he did not like to call himself that, as most of the time it felt the complete opposite: the magical hostel owned him.
He didn’t know what had brought them there. Maybe last night he fell asleep wishing he was on a chill vacation, maybe the inn felt just as blue as Taehyung and thought they both needed some time off. He might be the inn’s guardian, but he still didn’t understand the inn’s magic completely. He knew that when he missed his family, he woke up in his hometown. When he missed his friends, the hostel found a way to get him right where they were, wherever that be. Sometimes the hostel would follow the guests’ instructions and decide to get them to where they had to be the next day. It just did whatever it wanted.
Being carried by a magical hostel had its advantages and its downsides.
Taehyung sighed, feeling the salty wind blowing from a window on the second floor. It almost felt as if he was outside. It almost felt as if he was free. Before he drowned in his depressing thoughts and ruined his mood, the bell above the front door jingled, letting him know that someone was coming in. The hostel was almost fully booked, therefore he wasn’t expecting it to make itself visible to anyone else. Surely, it was one of the guests that came back to retrieve something, so Taehyung didn’t think much of it until the front desk bell started ringing non-stop. He could not think of someone demonic enough who would interrupt the peace of his inn, even more, in the most beautiful place it had been in months, so he hurried downstairs to see who was the reason for a forthcoming headache.
“Hello, I’m Kim Taehyung, the owner of this hostel”. He said the moment he realized it was a stranger, opposite to his suspicions. He smiled sweetly, trying really hard not to cut off this person’s hand. The boy then stopped ringing the bell and stared at Taehyung with a surprised look on his face.
His body was scanned from head to toes before the annoying guy released an incredulous laugh.
“How are you the owner? You look about my age, I would say even younger, aren’t your parents home, sweetie?”.
Taehyung studied him curiously, he had never encountered someone so rude in his years of handling the inn. Most witches knew about his family and the situation that led the Kim clan to have Taehyung handling the business by himself. It was an extremely sore subject to address for him (and pretty much everyone around him), and therefore no one had ever questioned that he, despite his young age, would handle the family business.
But Taehyung could see that the boy was a complete stranger. Was he from a remote zone? Maybe he’d never heard about The Kim’s traveling Hostel, but how do you not hear about a traveling hostel? Its whole point of existence was to travel around and get to remote zones. Besides, Taehyung’s group of friends were extremely social, it was very unlikely for him to see witches his age he hadn't met before because he knew pretty much everyone in the magic world.
He brushed off the thought to answer the stranger:
“It’s a long story”. Taehyung said with a dry throat.
“Well, if you have a vacant room, I would like to stay here and you can tell me all about it over drinks tonight.” A wink, a smirk, and a suggestive posture accompanying what he uttered.
“Must be my lucky day” he muttered ironically. But then he continued in a more professional tone: “There’s only one room left, it’s very small and on the first floor, right next to the living room. I never rent it because most people don’t like the noise and being so exposed to people coming in and out of the inn. I hope you don’t mind...”.
Taehyung hoped he did mind, so he wouldn’t have to keep on acting polite towards this boy. The blonde had a way with words… in a bad way. He had managed to turn Taehyung’s mood completely and he was not looking forward to interacting with him. At the same time, he had always been taught to be polite to everyone, especially people who would be staying at the inn, even people like this boy, who were a homage to the Wicked Witch of the West.
“Perfect! I’m too messy to share a room and it’s not like I’m going to be doing much sleeping… if you know what I mean.” The blonde winked at him with a seductive grin, then took his wallet out and said, “do you prefer cash or a credit card?”.
“What kind of question is that? You know we only take—” Taehyung answered instinctively, stopping mid-sentence to look up and study the man in front of him. He had let his guard down and hadn’t properly observed him.
The guy’s hair was dyed blonde and he was wearing sunglasses, therefore he couldn't properly look at his eyes. He had a small nose and plump lips, giving him doll-like features. Even without seeing his face completely, Taehyung knew the boy in front of him was the most beautiful creature he had ever seen. He was dressed in a striped shirt, white shorts, and simple moccasins. A perfectly planned holiday outfit. He looked effortlessly classy. All of this facade was eclipsed by the huge backpack he was wearing. It looked well used, a bit dirty and filled with clothes. It made Taehyung think that maybe he wasn’t as clean-cut as he made himself be seen. Which explained why he was trying to stay in a hostel and not a 5-star hotel by the beach.
The most important thing that he noticed was that the boy in front of him was human. He was one hundred percent human.
“Only what?” the blonde replied with a smirk. “What kind of payment are you expecting from me, Taehyung-ssi?”.
Taehyung was both annoyed and relieved that the guest had decided to misinterpret his words in a flirty way, rather than ask Taehyung about the existence of another world, where money was not used as mortals did, and where this young man had accidentally found, and which he obviously shouldn’t have entered in the first place.
“Thank you very much, but I’m not interested”.
“Yet”.
“Excuse me?”
“You’re not interested... yet.”
Taehyung almost wanted to laugh at this guy’s confidence, but his mind was full of questions about him. Was this guy completely human? How was he able to find the inn? Why did the inn decide to make itself available for this terrible person? Were the gods testing him? How was Taehyung supposed to reject him?
“I’m sorry, but I just remembered that the room will not be available from tomorrow on, so I think you should look for another place to stay”.
“No, no, please. I’m sorry if I made you uncomfortable. I’ll stop flirting. This is literally the only place with a room available in this whole town and I’m desperate, I haven’t slept on a bed in like a week. Please, please, Taehyung-ssi, have mercy. I promise I won’t bother you anymore, I’ll be out the whole day and make sure I come back when you’re already asleep so you don’t have to see my face at all.” The boy went full-on puppy mode and Taehyung found it very hard to deny his stay. But it was too risky. What if he found out the nature of the inn? What if tomorrow the inn decided to move to the other side of the country or even the world? How was Taehyung supposed to explain that?
The blonde decided to beg even more dramatically and took Taehyung’s hands.
Taehyung’s mind was filled with memories and emotions that didn’t belong to him. He learned that the boy’s name was Park Jimin and he was 20 years old, just like Taehyung. He could feel the cold and hunger that the boy had been through the last week. He found out that he had a whole plan that he had been carefully sketching for months so he could get to the town they were currently in, but he had been mugged on the second day of his trip and had been too embarrassed and angry to go back home. Everyone kept telling him he wouldn’t be able to make it alone, that he would have to ask for money mid-way through his vacations to come back home and that nothing would go to plan. He wanted to prove them wrong. So he got there anyway and decided he would take odd jobs to make money so he could pay his stay in any small inn.
Taehyung pushed his hands so he could stop seeing Jimin’s memories and feeling the embarrassment and anger he’d been feeling for the past week. It had been just a second, but it was enough for Taehyung to make up his mind about this Jimin boy. The confidence was just a facade so he wouldn’t break down. He was trying to keep a positive mind and Taehyung was his last hope to prove everyone wrong. In a way, they were both having a similar journey, both trying to prove to everyone that they were able to endure every hardship destiny put before them at a young age.
“I’ll let you stay here” Jimin started jumping the minute he heard the other boy. “But… you’ll stop doing that thing you were doing…”
“Stop what?” Jimin asked with a seemingly innocent smile, but still dangerously teasing.
“That, whatever you think you’re doing, it’s not going to work with me. You have to look for another place to stay as soon as possible, and you can’t ask questions.”
“Why?”.
“Goodbye, Jimin-ssi. It was not nice to meet you”. Taehyung said with a serious face.
“Oh, come on, it was just a small question!... Wait… How do you know my name?”
‘Damn, I fucked up already!’ Taehyung thought.
“You told me. No more questions!”. He said, sounding convincing. Taehyung could read people’s pasts, but he didn’t have any power over their minds, so he prayed to sound credible enough for Jimin not to ask any more questions.
“Actually, I wanted to ask you something…” Jimin started sounding insecure, and for the first time sounded honest. “Right now I’m not… let’s say I am having some difficulties with the whole payment thing” He paused, taking a deep breath “currently I am not able to pay in advance for the room... Can I pay when I check out?”.
Taehyung sighed, recalling what he’d seen and felt. He wasn’t going to ask for money from Jimin, mainly because money wasn’t something he needed in his world. Banks, credit cards, loans, they were all useless when magic existed. Normally Taehyung asked for favors.
“I have a better idea” Taehyung smirked thinking of all of the ways he could torture Jimin for that horrible first impression. “As you see there’s the most beautiful day outside… and I’m the only one here not being able to enjoy it… I haven’t had a free day in years... “ Taehyung sighed dramatically.
“I see where you’re going…” Jimin said with dread.
“I was wondering if you could take care of a couple of chores around the hostel so I can go out for a walk… if you're that desperate. I won’t charge for your room or the food or anything in exchange. Just help me while you’re staying here”. Taehyung proposed, trying to accomplish two things: having a few hours of rest by wandering around this small town, and that Jimin accepted to stay in exchange for a few odd jobs so he would stop feeling like a charity case.
“Yes! Yes, I will do everything you tell me, I’ll be your slave, thank you so much Kim Taehyung-ssi”.
Taehyung thought of the long list of things that he did not want to do like cleaning up bathrooms, cleaning up the fridge, changing the sheets… and *sighs* The list went on and on.
He gave Jimin a tour of the inn. It was a three-story-tall house, and only the first and second floors were used for guests. On the first floor, there was a kitchen with a huge dining room attached, a living room-slash library, a few rooms, and a bathroom. Jimin’s room was the only one that was directly attached to the living room and it was the smallest room in the whole house. It was basically a closet but the bed was one of the most comfortable ones. Taehyung loved to sleep in that room during his childhood. Whenever he stayed there, he was the first one to smell her mother’s delicious food, the first one to receive new guests, and the first one to go to bed (mainly because he was the youngest). On the second floor, there were 5 more rooms and a bigger bathroom for the guests. The third floor, Taehyung said, was out of his limits so he wouldn’t even show it to him. The hostel had a big courtyard where Taehyung was forced -mostly by Yoongi and Jin- to keep an orchard of various types of herbs and flowers, in case they came to visit and needed to make any type of potion.
Taehyung wrote down the list of chores and left Jimin to enjoy the beautiful day outside.
☾
“Hyung”. Taehyung called on the phone as soon as the other line picked up. He decided to lighten up the mood of the phone call by asking: “You won’t guess who’s staying at the inn from today on?”.
“Mhmm,” the voice on the other side of the line hummed deep in thought. “Is it Yoongi?”.
“Hyung, you know he’s in Italy with Jin-hyung and Hoseok-hyung”.
“I don’t even know where you are and you are my brother, Taehyung”.
“I’m sorry Joonie-hyung”. Taehyung said while laughing. He cleared his throat and stated, with a serious tone the situation called: “There’s a human boy at the inn right now. Well, not a boy, a guy, my age. He just walked in-”.
“Wait, wait. A human? A normal person? A non-magical creature?”.
“Yes, what you just heard. His name is Park Jimin, would you do some research for me? I thought you had to be a witch to be able to see the door at all. I think maybe there’s some magic in him? How can we explain this? Also, would you check up if this has ever happened?”.
Namjoon, Taehyung’s older brother, was a book genius. He remembers everything he’s ever read about, therefore, it can be said that he’s an encyclopedia-type of witch. He was in charge of the family’s archive, and he had access to a lot of diaries and journals of famous witches because of his job at the school and university where they learned about their abilities. If something like this had ever happened, someone had surely written about it, and Namjoon would find it.
“What are you gonna do if tomorrow you wake up somewhere else?”. Namjoon asked worriedly.
“Pay for his plane ticket and hope that someone at the inn knows how to erase memories”. Taehyung sighed, not finding his own joke funny. “I don’t know hyung, I hope he leaves soon, you know how sometimes we stay in the same place for a couple of days… I hope this time is more than just a couple”.
“Why did you even let him stay?”. The older inquired. It was very unlike Taehyung to break rules. There weren’t many restrictions as to what was allowed or not in the magic world, the main rule was to keep it secret… and Tawehyung was breaking that exact rule by letting that kid stay at the inn.
“Well… he accidentally touched me and I took a look at his memories for the past few days so… I just couldn’t leave him without a roof to sleep in… at least for tonight”.
“I trust your character judgment more than anything so you’ll know what to do.” He paused, sighed, and then promised: “I’ll get back to you as soon as possible, Jungkookie is here so I’ll ask him to help me find something”. Jungkook was Taehyung’s best friend, who happened to be Namjoon’s apprentice, and one of the most promising witches in the last few years.
He excelled in pretty much everything and had skipped two years of school, becoming Taehyung's classmate, which is how he met the Kim family. Jungkook, driven by the long-term crush he had on Namjoon had chosen to work as his apprentice, even though he absolutely despised reading. Jungkook explained that working at the archive he had the opportunity to learn about many disciplines and meet lots of other sorcerers that could teach him anything he wanted during his free time.
“Thank you, hyung. Send my greetings to everyone. I miss you all so much”. The words were heavy on his lips. It was always hard to admit how much he wanted to be home, and how tired he was growing of his nomad lifestyle.
“I know. We miss you too”.
The thing is, he knew it was his duty, and he didn’t want to burden his family with his own unhappiness. And his family knew the nomad life was something Taehyung had chosen and had never questioned it.
☾
The good thing about being the owner of a magical hostel was that with the right spells nobody would know it is there. No noise complaints from neighbors, no unwanted people (with one exception, of course). The bad thing was that Taehyung had stomped into a party at his own home and found out the moment he opened the door to the inn. There was loud music and laughter, the nice smell of a recently cooked dinner being served, and the atmosphere of a happy and well-lived home. Something Taehyung hadn’t felt in ages.
When Namjoon and he were kids, they lived at the inn with their parents. Taehyung was a curious kid and would talk to every single person that stayed with them. He would ask everyone where they were from and where they were going, back then his magic wasn’t as strong and he didn’t know how to control it so he would ask so many questions, at the end of the day he knew people’s whole lives. Namjoon was always more reserved and spent his days buried in books. He wasn’t interested in socializing but he would pay attention when people told stories, knowing from a young age that he wanted to know as much as possible about everything.
Back in those days, the inn felt like a home a lot more than nowadays, his mom would always prepare the most delicious feasts so the customers would be filled with energy after whatever thing they had to do during the day. His father was as much of a host and as he was an entertainer, whenever he was in a room he was the center of attention, and nothing but laughter could be heard. Every night, Namjoon and Taehyung would fall asleep to the sound of pure happiness. Until they didn’t anymore.
“Welcome back, Taehyung-ssi!” Jimin screamed from the door that led to the kitchen. “Everyone’s here, I was just about to serve dinner, I’m so glad you’re back”. The latter wasn’t said in the flirty tone that Taehyung had heard that morning, but earnestly as if Jimin had actually been putting off dinner until Taehyung arrived. When he got to the kitchen and dining area, the table was full of homemade food and guests, every spot occupied but the head of the table, where two plates rested, waiting for Taehyung and Jimin.
Taehyung reprimanded himself for being so stupid. How could he not realize what a dangerous thing it was to leave the place to Jimin? The guests obviously would start showing up, and maybe, just like Taehyung did, they wouldn’t realize Jimin was just human. Everything could be ruined by Taehyung’s thoughtless actions.
“I don’t know if you like to sit somewhere in particular, but I’m sitting here because it's closer to the kitchen, hope you don’t mind”. Jimin whispered the last part insecurely and Taehyung remembered the feelings that flooded him when Jimin touched him.
“It's okay”. Taehyung sat, and took a look at the guests. Jimin went back to the kitchen, and every guest gave Taehyung a questioning look, showing that everyone had realized what was going on. ‘I have no idea what’s going on,’ Taehyung whispered worriedly. ‘He just got in and was so desperate, I had to give him a roof to sleep’, he continued. Everyone nodded, understanding the situation, and tried to not look as worried. Taehyung was the youngest at the table, so the witches calmed him down. When they heard footsteps they put on an act and decided to ignore the fact that there was a human in an exclusively magical place.
“Let’s eat!” Jimin said whilst clapping his hands once he sat on the table.
“It’s been so long since I ate here with so many people”.
“Well, let’s make it an everyday thing!” Jimin answered cheerfully. Taehyung hadn’t realized the thought had come out of his mouth. Jimin started eating, and everyone followed his actions. Soon, the table was filled with compliments and small conversations.
☾
“I didn’t know Taehyung-ssi was such a party animal,” Jimin laughed.
“You don’t know anything about me,” Taehyung argued, keeping his serious face. The truth is, even though he had felt pity for the boy, he hadn’t actually warmed up to him. Jimin was a personification of everything he hated in someone: he had no sense of personal space, he asked too many questions about Taehyung, and he was clearly trying to flirt ALL. THE. TIME.
“Don’t worry, Taehyungie’s facade will fade soon and you’ll realize what a softie he truly is''. Dahye said, laughing. She knew Taehyung through Yoongi, so she surely had seen a softer side of him, being continuously babied by his hyungs, even when Jungkook was the youngest and not him. Taehyung tended to be the one taken care of, but during the years of handling the hostel, he had learned to take good care of himself and others around him. It was his job, after all.
People had started to pull out the magic beverages that mimicked mortal alcohol, so conversations were floating throughout the table, tongues loosening. Even Jimin seemed to be drinking that, with the idea that it was a typical beverage of that town.
That was Taehyung’s cue to start picking up the empty plates from the table and start washing the dishes. The witch had never got the hype of any of those, magic beverages made him feel weird and people got a bit too touchy-feely for his liking, and mortal alcohol’s taste was simply disgusting. He could probably tell Jimin to do it but he was now talking to Yeonjun and he didn’t want to interrupt. Jimin was obviously a flirt, and so was the witch.
Taehyung started noting some of his habits: he leaned on people when he laughed too hard, forgetting every sense of personal space, he laughed with his whole body too, as if it was the funniest thing he had ever heard, he brushed his hair away from his forehead constantly, amongst other little things. When Yeonjun talked, he looked at him as if he was the only person in the world. Taehyung took this as an opportunity to take a good look at him. He didn’t look as tired as in the morning, and he surely had had the opportunity to shower and rest for a bit. Right there, Taehyung could see that Jimin was really beautiful, just like he had seen that morning.
Dahye exchanged glances with Taehyung and raised her eyebrows, she’d caught Taehyung looking at the human. Then, Taehyung shook those thoughts out of his head, before they reached a dangerous place in his mind, and started cleaning up the table. When he got to the sink, Jimin was already there, waiting for Taehyung to hand him the dirty dishes and keep working.
“Hey, don’t worry about it, go have some fun, you look like you might need it”. Taehyung said.
“I could say the same thing about you, Taehyung-ssi”. The blonde laughed.
“I don’t like parties”.
“Dahye-noona didn’t say so…” Jimin said in a mocking tone.
“Well, that was before. I am a different person now.” And it was true. After what happened, Taehyung understood his duty and his role. He had grown up. Jimin took the hint and didn’t say anything else, leaving Taehyung by himself in the kitchen.
Taehyung sighed, remembering the old days. He used to be so carefree and irresponsible. He and Jungkook would do whatever they wanted in the academy just because the younger one was the best at everything and Taehyung had Namjoon to get him out of trouble. He never thought what a pain in the ass he was to people around him. In a way, it was for the better that he had taken the inn and got out of everyone’s business.
☾
Everyone had gone to sleep. Everyone but Jimin, who was subtly tidying everything in the dining area waiting for Taehyung to tell him what to do next. Taehyung couldn’t bring himself to go to sleep. He was too nervous, too anxious. What if tomorrow they woke up somewhere else? What would he do?
“Taehyung-ssi” Jimin called. “What else can I do for you?”. His tone was barely a whisper, his words lazily coming out of his mouth. Jimin was tired but he was trying to hide it, he surely was a little drunk too, but not as much as other guests.
“Go to sleep, I know you’re tired.” ‘You’ve been through a lot.’ He wanted to say. He left the kitchen and walked towards the living room that took to the room on the first floor and the stairs, Jimin following him. “Goodnight, Jimin”.
“Goodnight, Taehyung-ssi. Thank you so much”.
Taehyung didn’t even try to go to bed. He called Namjoon to ask if anything had come up, or if Park Jimin appeared in any archives. Maybe he was born to witch parents and was raised as a human. Maybe he was taken away so he wouldn’t be found in the magic world. Both of those situations were possible, but it would be useless to ask Namjoon about it, as they wouldn’t be written in any archive. Taehyung was tempted to touch Jimin again so he could find out more about him, but Taehyung had made promises to himself, one of them was about using his ability and how he wouldn’t use it unless it was an emergency. It had never been a pleasant experience for him; other people’s feelings and memories overwhelmed him, and he never learned how to control what he wanted to see. He never reached that part of training.
The witch himself started his own research but in mortal archives. He looked up Park Jimin’s name and found lots of social media profiles, some news, but nothing too interesting. Just like Taehyung’s, Jimin’s name was extremely common, so it would be hard to find anything out of the norm, and if he found something it surely wouldn’t be about the Park Jimin staying downstairs.
Still, something about the boy made him feel curious, so he checked every profile until he found his Instagram page. The last few photos were of landscapes, all of them with motivational quotes in the description. He uploaded lots of selcas too, although Taehyung kind of expected some thirst traps, Jimin showed himself really cute through social media, his mischievous nature hidden from strangers. He learned that the blonde was the same age as him, was born in Busan, was in business school, and had lots of friends… When he checked the videos where he’d been tagged, Taehyung was amazed to find out that Jimin danced. There were many videos of Jimin dressed in white doing some sort of modern dance to an extremely emotional song. It was beautiful, every movement fluidly connected to the next, every emotion conveyed perfectly.
Taehyung allowed himself to feel nostalgic over a life he would never be able to have. He wondered if he would have a similar life to Jimin if he had chosen to continue studying instead of running the inn. Of course, his circumstances were different from Jimin’s, but maybe he would’ve found a witch with the same abilities as him to be his mentor, and he would be able to control the mind-reading and maybe he would even dare to do something as trivial to other people as it was being able to touch people. Maybe, because of that, he would be less judgemental and would have more than 5 friends (counting his brother). Maybe he’d be able to have social media and upload something interesting, like Hobi-hyung and his countless trips all over the globe with Yoongi-hyung and Jin-hyung. Maybe he’d have someone to love… Just like everyone else in his life had.
He took a long look at himself in the mirror. His dark hair was starting to grow too much and he wasn’t sure if he liked that style. But also didn’t have the time or energy to take care of his appearance like he knew Jimin did. He was wearing shorts and a simple shirt, and Jimin looked more put together than him even though he had been sleeping on the street. His skin was darker, he grew stubble after a couple of days, and he wasn’t naturally charming as the other boy was. Taehyung couldn’t help but compare himself to the new guest. They were the same age but had such different lives, personalities, and appearances.
When he looked outside, dawn was approaching. He realized the inn hadn’t changed places and was extremely relieved. After doing his own morning routine, he went downstairs and started opening up every curtain, letting the slowly rising sun inside the house.
Jimin opened his door and came out saying: “I’ll go wash up and help you right away, Taehyung-ssi”. He had the most adorable bed hair and sleepy eyes Taehyung had ever seen and a rough voice that made his gut turn -not- unpleasantly. To make those thoughts disappear from his brain, he went to the courtyard to get some wood so they could light up the kitchen and boil some water for breakfast.
Jimin and Taehyung easily fell into a routine, as if they had been managing the hostel together for a long time now. It had been barely a day, but Taehyung couldn’t help but realize that Jimin had already made some changes in the hostel’s overall dynamic. He set the table, expecting everyone to sit down and have breakfast together, like they’d done during dinner the night before. Taehyung heated the leftovers while Jimin prepared more ingredients. With the smell of food people started arriving at the table, most of them still wearing their pajamas and yawning. Jimin made sure to say good morning to everyone and started pouring glasses of water, juice or whatever they wanted.
After having breakfast, everyone left with the excuse of a sunny day, and Taehyung found himself alone with Jimin.
“So..”.
“I don’t-”. They interrupted each other. Taehyung made a gesture so Jimin would continue talking.
“What chores do you want me to do today? Yesterday I noticed that the library in the living room is kind of dusty…” Jimin didn’t want to seem rude and say that Taehyung’s house was dusty, even though Taehyung knew very well that some parts needed a little more care.
“Don’t worry about that, I was actually going to tell you that you’re free today. Yesterday you did a lot and I’m sure you’ll appreciate a little rest, Jimin-ssi”.
Taehyung had been careless and dumb letting him alone in a magical house. He would certainly not let him dust a bookshelf filled with magic books. It would be a hard task, but he wanted to hide the nature of this place for as long as possible, forever if possible. If that meant keeping Jimin outside and he being restless for a few days, so be it.
Just a few days.
