Chapter 1: Jin Ling draws his new best friend

From chapter 1: "There were two cloud-like scribbles, one purple, one smaller and yellow, with four similarly-colored sticks poking out at odd angles. On top of the scribbles were circles with black smiley faces drawn inside. It had to be the two of them. Jiang Cheng felt his lips twitch upward — only Jin Ling would draw him with a smile like that. Although, after all, Jin Ling was one of the few people that he found himself genuinely smiling for. One drawing had the scribbles on the boat, and in another they were on the island with its old lighthouse. And of course, there was the seal, which Jin Ling had also drawn with a big smile under its whiskers."
