Souda's POV:
I gotta do it, today's the day.Its now or never, and never isn't an option! I have to tell her,I have to tell Sonia how I feel, I can't lose her! I slowly got out of bed and rummaged through my drawers.I had bought a book I found at the store.It was some weird occult book or somethin'.I don't know why she likes this stuff, but it's my best bet to win her over.
While at the nearby Owson Convenience store, I found some cologne, it was called "Dangan Island Blues" it smelled kinda like palm trees and beaches.It was okay. Applying the cologne, I also made sure to liven up my outfit.My normal yellow is good, but how about blue for a change?
After assembling my outfit,I looked in the mirror with a grin.
"It's Showtime!"
Mahiru's POV
Today was another normal day at Hope's Peak, I stopped by the fountain to hang out with Sato. All she talked about was how that Kuzuryuu girl, Natsumi kept nagging her.After listening to Sato,I made my way to class 77-B, But then I ran into HIM. That idiot, Kazuichi. He seemed, quiet? Maybe he finally learned to shut up. Though something seemed off, he was wearing a bold new blue jumpsuit, and I caught a whiff of some cologne. What is he thinking? Oh, you gotta be kidding me. Of course, he's trying to impress Sonia.
Souda's POV
Class was useless as usual, but I still made sure to pay attention. Sonia won't like me if I'm stupid, I gotta be able to pay attention! I hope it impressed her, how attentive I was being. Looking back on it, was she even looking at me? Ah man!She was probably looking at 'ol "Lord of darkness", or whatever the hell he calls himself. I don't understand, what does he have that I don't? Does he just have some sort of charm she's into or something? Is she into emo's? Does she like him just because of those stupid fuzzballs he carries around in his scarf? Wait-lets stop jumping to conclusions here, he's prolly just a close friend. I just noticed I was just standing in the hallway staring into space, looking like a jackass.
"Oh shit!"
Mahiru's POV
Class ended, and I made my way down the halls as usual. That is,until I saw just a flash of blue streak by me.It had a black beanie on. Oh,that idiot...What is he up to now? I...I guess it wouldn't hurt to follow?
Souda's POV
I yelled as I ran through the hallways, dashing like an athlete.I gotta get to her. She was just walking outside, with HIM.. Damn. Well doesn't matter, I walked up to her anyway, a confident look on my face.
"Hey Sonia, can I talk to you real quick?"
"Oh, Kazuichi, what's up?"
"Could ya just come with me real quick?"
"I suppose..I'll see you in a bit Gundham."
"Farewell, My dark queen.."
wooh... This is it. This is my chance!
"Sonia,I.."
"Hm?"
"I like you alot Miss Sonia! Please go out with me!"
I hope she accepts,I even got her this heavy ass book!
"I.."
"?"
"I'm terribly sorry...Kazuichi.."
W-what? did she..
"I'm sorry, my feelings already belong to another.."
"O-oh..ok..."
I didn't know how to respond..
Mahiru's POV
"I'm sorry, my feelings already belong to another.." Damn.He got shut down, hard too.. I kinda feel bad for him..But, why though? We don't interact, and when we do it's because the guy can't take care of himself. He's useless..
Yet, I feel Indebted to help him..
