"Trick or treat!"
The door opened, revealing someone with a pig mask. They sighed, looking at the three kids in front of them. "PHILLL! Get the candy!" He calls, supposedly to his roommate. He looks too old to live with his dad.
The trio share a look while someone walks down the stairs. They were wearing fake wings and a green and white striped bucked hat. He put candy in their buckets, the blonde haired 'kid' staring in awe at the wings.
"What the fuck are you supposed to be?" The shortest says, scrunching up his face. "Tubbo!" The tallest hissed with wide eyes, nervous. "What?? I'm curious, Ranboob." The tallest, Ranboo, groaned. The ones in the house just watched as they bickered.
"You guys fight like a married couple," The last one says with a disgusted tone. Tubbo smirked, looking at Ranboo. "Oh no. Tommy look at what you've done."
Tubbo cleared his throat, the other two groaning because they know what he's going to do. "Ranboo," He starts, getting on his knees and pulling something out of his candy bag, "Will you marry me, my beloved?" He unwrapped the ring pop. "Uhh, sure." Ranboo says. "Come on, more enthusiasm, we have an audience," Tubbo said from the side of his mouth, looking at the two, now three, people in the house for a split second.
"Sorry," He whispered back, clearing his throat. "Oh my god Tubbo, yes, yes, yes! I've been waiting for this day!" Ranboo squealed, holding out his hand for the ring pop. Tubbo grabbed the hand, sliding the candy on it.
The trio then turned toward the people at the door in sync, spooking them a little. "So, can we have extra candy for the wedding? Y'know, wedding gifts and shit?" Tommy basically demanded. 'Phil' nods his head with a laugh. "Here you go. What are you guys for Halloween?" Phil asked, making short conversation.
"What does it look like?? I'm a groom. With goat ears." Tubbo gasped. "I'm a goat groom." Ranboo chuckled, looking down at their matching matching costumes. "I'm a bride with black and white horns." He says simply.
"Why black and white?" The new one asked. They were wearing a yellow sweater that was too big for them, and they had,, blue tears?? What??
Ranboo eyes suddenly got distant. "My brand." The people in the house observe him, seeing nothing related to black and white other than the horns. "Wh-" "Don't ask, you don't want to know." Tommy warned the yellow sweater one.
"Okay?? What about you then?" He asked. "I," He said grandly, making hand motions to his costume, which had bright red wings, "Am a bird. A parrot, to be exact. I am just a guest of the wedding." He says. Tubbo and Ranboo look at each other, whispering in each others ears.
Tubbo clears his throat yet again, attracting the others attention. "Tommy," He and Ranboo get down on one knee, this time Ranboo pulling something out of his pocket and unwrapping it. "Will you, Tommy, marry us?" He asked, Tubbo also holding the ring pop.
Tommy stare at them. "Mm, no." He waits for a second before bursting out laughing. "I'm joking. Yes, I will marry you guys!" He says. They put the ring on his finger.
And then, Tommy pulls a ring pop out of his pocket, taking Tubbos hand and putting it on his finger. They, yet again, turned to the people in the house, which were now laughing. "So. How about thirds? If you refuse you're homophobic," Tommy says the last part quickly
"Sure," Phil says between laughter. "By the way, we are neighbors so we should get extra," Ranboo says with a smile.
"No, no. You've had enough. We can't give all our candy to you!" The yellow sweater one says. "Wait, what are all of you guys supposed to be??" Tubbo asks.
"I am a bird. The bird, if you will." Phil says. "No, I will not, thank you Mr Minecraft." Tommy says matter-of-factly. "What is Minecraft?-" "I'm a ghost of someone who blew up their own nation more than once and-" "Okay Will, that's enough. We don't need to hear about the lore of your costume. I'm a pig. It should've been obvious."
"Okay. Thanks for the candy!" Tommy says with a blinding smile, walking away from the house.

"That was a score! We got so much from just getting married, who knew!" Tubbo says, smiling. "I know, right?? That never works twice! Well, apparently it does, but still!" Ranboo says, also smiling.
"That was a new way to go with that. Why'd we get married?" Tommy asks. "Why not." Tubbo shrugs. "Actually, let's get married for real! But not romantic, y'all are gross," Tubbo says. "Like... A planktonic marriage!" He exclaimed, making Ranboo almost spit out the pink tootsie roll he was eating.
"Do you mean platonic?" Ranboo laughed. "Uhh, yea, that!" Tubbo says. "So, we would just be better than best friends?" Tommy asks. "Yep! And since it would be platonic, we could do some of the things that couples do. For example, we could.." Ranboo thinks about it. "Kiss?" Tubbo jokes, making the other two fake gag.
"No, that's disgusting! I wouldn't kiss you guys. But, we could hold hands." Ranboo says. "Hmmm. Lets hold hands haha jkjk unless??" Tommy says with a smile. The boys joked about it for a little, but at the end of the night, they did end up holding hands.

The door closed. There was a moment of silence before it was broken by everybody laughing. "What the hell was that??" Wilbur exclaimed. "At least they were entertaining," Techno says, "That sure was a show! Better than your plays. Seriously, why did you cosplay a character from that one play?? Like, I know you're a theatre kid, but still!"
Wilbur opens his mouth to respond, Phil interrupting them. "Now now, boys. Wilbur, I think your costume is amazing. The play was very enjoyable. Techno, be nice." "Yeah Techno, be nice." He says with a smirk. "Will" Phil says in a warning tone.
"Sorry, sorry. But anyways, do you think that those guys go to our school? They didn't look that younger than us." Wilbur points out. "Well, considering that they are our nieghbors, probably. Unless they're home schooled." Techno says.
He looks into the candy bowl. He hopes they go to their school. Although Techno won't admit it, but they seemed like they would just, click, with their family. He doesn't know why. Wait- "PHILLL! Why did you give them 1/3 of our candy?!"
