you had just returned from a long day at work, luckily your girlfriend was already home. "ryujinn," you called out running into the older girls arms.
this caused the taller girl girlfriend to smile, "hi baby how was your day," she spoke into your hair.
"it was good," you responded giving the taller of the two of you a quick kiss, "come i'll tell you about it." the next thing ryujin knew she was being dragged into the bathroom.
you told ryujin about your day the best you could while you were doing your nightly routine. "we should talk more often when you're like this any other time you talk way too much," ryujin joked while you were brushing your teeth. earning her a small slap to the arm.
"you're so annoying you know?" were the first words out of your mouth when you finished.
but it wasn't until the two of you had got into bed that you said, "you don't really think i talk too much do you? im sorry if i do," in a voice so low ryujin had barely heard.
her heart crushed at the fact that she had affected her girlfriend like this over a stupid joke.
"no baby i was just joking," were the first words out of her mouth followed by, "i love listening to you talk." the older girl had said the words so fast it was almost like she'd interrupted you mid-sentence.
the reassurance had flustered you, causing you to only be able to bury her your into the taller girl's chest.
ryujin lifted the your face up and pulled you into a kiss.
"i love you, you know."
"i love you too"
