Work Text:
“Guys ready to go?” Dean comes into the living room, holding Cas’ hand.
Sam and Gabriel are still painting each other’s chests. Jack comes in from behind, with a giant P on his chest.
“You know it doesn’t have to be perfect, uncles.”
“Speak for yourself, kid. Samsquatch is perfection to me and it should show.”
Dean touches his paint, making sure it’s dried enough to put back on his shirt. Cas studies Dean’s movements and mimics him.
Dean catches him looking and smiles,
“I love it when you watch me, it makes me feel like I'm the only one on Earth.”
“You are my lonely one Dean,” Replies Cas.
Dean corrects him, “You mean one and only, Cas.”
“There you go”, Cas pulls him in by the waist and kisses him.
As Gabriel grabs his shirt, the rest of the boys grab their mini flags and car keys. Every single one has a flag. Dean has his bisexual flag, Castiel has the rainbow flag, Jack chose a pansexual flag. Both Gabriel and Sam also choose the rainbow flag.
Sam - in a rush - tries to fan his chest to hurry up the drying process,
“Hey, Gabe, are you sure you're not going to be jealous this time if I get looked at?”
He gets on his tiptoes to kiss him, while he threads his hand in his gorgeous hair, “Of course people are gonna be looking. Look at you. You are my big hunky lumberjack of a man.”
Hearing Dean making a loud disgusted grunt, his brother and fiancé turn to him, “Oh shut up, Dean. You’re just jealous I chose your brother, instead of you.”
Faking a gag, Cas puts his arm around him and smiles. “I think we both chose the right men for us, Gabriel.”
With both couples now kissing, Jack loudly clears his throat, “I think it’s time to go if we wanna march in this parade.”
Castiel looks at everyone with his arm still wrapped around his husband’s waist, “when are we going to take off our shirts?”
With a wide grin, Sam tells him, “when we cross the judges stage.”
Looking at Jack, Gabriel waves a finger to him, chuckling as he tells him, “Remember to stay by Castiel this time. We don’t wanna spell out ‘RIDE P’ again this year. So many people were confused.”
“I’ll stay by my dad this year, uncle Gabe,” Jack says while laughing at that memory.
