Good afternoon passengers

Notes:

This work was written in 2017, initially in another language. I decided to translate it during um 2021-2023, so if you accidentally stumbled upon it now, keep in mind that my storytelling style has SIGNIFICANTLY changed from 2017 to 2021 and from 2021 to 2023, and I cringed the whole way through translation, but, still, I kind of like the general idea, and I think someone may find it enjoyable, just as I did, so here it is!

Have a good read! (and a great day)

Chapter 1: Prologue

Chapter Text

"Visiting my brother, just for a day," explained Loki. "Don't miss me too much. I'm going to be right back."

"How about I come with you?" Stephen asked unsurely. "I'll open up a portal, drink some tea with your brother…"

"First of all, you know for sure that Thor drinks no tea. And secondly, calm down and stop chasing me around. I need some personal space, you know." snorted the trickster while opening the door.

"Just… Don't be late!" exclaimed Strange. "Otherwise, I'll come for you myself."

"Hilarious. Bye, you idiot," Loki laughed in reply as he closed the door.

He went outside, looking up at the sky and shouting unflattering words at Heimdall. Immediately a Bifrost bridge descended from above, on which the god of deception went straight to Asgard.

Thor and Heimdall waited for him right on the other side of the portal, looking at him somehow oddly. Drank too much beer, huh?

"Why such hospitality all of a sudden?" Loki asked, smiling at his brother.

"It's just that I had a second thought on something, brother," Thor answered thoughtfully and somehow gloomy, and suddenly, at the same time as Heimdall, directed streams of energy at Loki, shackling him.

Shocked, Loki didn't manage to do anything about it, and it was too late. Was it not usually the other way around? Everything seemed to have changed. Now that the named brothers have made peace, Thor betrayed him first. System failure. What influenced that?

"You're probably wondering, what am I going to do with you?" he chuckled. "Come on; I won't tell you everything; you'll find out yourself. Well, though… Unlikely!

"W-why?" Loki wheezed, barely moving his jaws.

"You're dangerous to Asgard. How many times have you threatened the peace of civilians? And, besides, the relationship... with you and this… human magician…" an angry Thor could not find the exact words. "This is... unnatural. You're not only dangerous, but you're also disgusting."

Loki tried to say something, but no one listened, and he no longer had the opportunity to speak. Heimdall whispered something to Thor, and he nodded. Then clouds began to thicken in the sky, and the keeper went to his sword.

Then there was a flash and darkness. And that was it.
