Chapter Text

Emma knew, technically, that what she was doing was wrong.

Emma was aware that her actions could be seen as cruel or selfish, if viewed by a stranger from outside.

But she couldn't help it.

That's right, Emma was aware that what she was about to do would mark her path as a person. The innocence that had characterized her until now would be gone, never to return.

But Emma couldn’t find strength within herself to put a stop to her actions.

That's why when she decided to "ease" Mikey's way with Takemichi, s he didn't feel as bad as she should have felt. Even when she could hear the omega's screams, begging, pleading for help.

You must understand her, Emma just couldn't help herself. She loved her family way too much.

Emma met Tachibana Hinata one hot summer afternoon while shopping for dinner. She had slipped away from her household chores for a while to admire the window displays of the luxurious shops in a neighborhood near the market.

She was just gazing in reverie at a wedding dress when she met her.

Tachibana Hinata struck her as a very sweet and delicate girl. Even she herself, who was another omega, found her scent strangely captivating and mesmerizing. It was a faint scent of jasmine, mixed with the scent of wild herbs with a hint of ginger.

The young Sano had no intentions of befriending her, exactly. But she supposed that some things were inevitable. In the future, Emma would think it was fate. Meeting Tachibana Hinata that afternoon was, in a way, a gift from the gods. She wasn't aware of it yet, but that chance meeting would change her family's life forever.

But, as already said, she didn't know that yet.

That's why she had no problem making friends with the fellow omega. In fact, she was delighted. She didn't have many friends besides her family, as they all fled in terror when they found out she was the sister of the three most terrifying alphas in Tokyo.

She didn't know if Toman, Tenjiku or the Black Dragons really counted as her acquaintances.

Their friendship began like any other: with a meaningless comment.

"It's pretty, isn't it?" It was the other omega who addressed her first.

Emma, surprised, replied somewhat tersely, "Yeah. It is." Neither shy nor lazy, the only Sano omega continued the talk. "I'd like to use it once I get married."

The other young woman gave a knowing chuckle, and stepped a little closer. "Personally, I like the traditional dresses a little better."

The conversation stalled for a brief moment, lulled into an uneasy calm. However, neither seemed to want to stop chatting with the other. The silence was interrupted when Hina announced, "You spoke as if you already had everything planned out. Is there anyone in particular you want to use it on?"

Oh, poor, innocent Hina. Well-meaning Hina.

How could he have known that question would ignite the fire of her inner omega? Her  family knew very well that they shouldn't ask about her romantic fantasies, but this girl?

Hina found herself engaged in a long, long monologue about a  certain "Draken".

═══════════════════

The friendship between the two omegas blossomed beautifully. She was almost surprised at how easy it had been.

They found in each other a playmate, a confidant. They would go out for coffee here, go shopping there. Some days they took their time to watch a movie, other days they preferred to stay at the pinkette omega's house to talk about their day.

Emma hadn't invited her to her house yet, but Hina was understanding.

Actually, the brown-eyed girl still couldn't understand her friend's reluctance to introduce  her to the rest of her pack. Not that Hina had a bad bond with her own pack (even if, from time to time, she did enjoy bothering Naoto), but even being close to them didn't approach the level of overprotectiveness Emma felt towards her family.

As time passed, she finally understood. What Emma's family really meant to her. But by the time Hina managed to understand her friend, she wished she had never discovered the answers.

However, that discovery was still far from happening.

For now, both girls were enjoying the summer sun in a park near the apartment Hina lived in.

She felt uneasy. It had been a little over a year since they had been friends, but Hina felt Emma even closer than the rest of her friends.

Well, with one exception.

It's because Hina had grown so fond and trusting of Emma during that short period of time, that she decided to confess her darkest secret to her.

It was a secret she hadn't even dared to confess to her other friends, much less her parents. It was a secret with the potential to destroy relationships, and more importantly, reputations.

That's why she was so uneasy. Because Hina was aware of her own situation. She knew that the society they lived in was very... conservative, so to speak. She knew about some people's beliefs, beliefs that even her own parents often shared. They were convictions about what an omega should or shouldn't be, about proper behavior, about proper relationships... And so much more.

This wasn't helped by the fact that Emma was a "traditionalist" omega. Just by saying that her dream was to marry and raise a large family with a good alpha, Hina had an idea of what her reaction would be.

However, she had to do it. She had to confess his secret to Emma.

Not only because she felt terrible hiding such a truth from who she considered a good friend, but also because she needed her on their side. And, also, because she wanted to  introduce her to that special person once and for all.

For that very reason, that summer afternoon she gathered all his strength within herself.

She caught her friend's attention. "Emma-chan, I... you know. Um."

Hina couldn't find the words to tell her about her secret. Her heart was racing inside her chest, nervous. Her hands were sweaty. But, at the same time, she felt ecstatic. It was the first time she would confess to someone about her true preferences, and as much as the nerves made knots in her throat, a feeling of bliss nestled in her gut.

"Remember that time when we first met, at the bridal dress shop?"

Emma didn't seem to understand what Hina was getting at, but nodded nonetheless.

"When you asked me about if I also had someone I wanted to wear a bride dress with, and I told you no... The truth is... Um. Well, I lied."

Her friend let out a surprised gasp, but soon her face was full of mischief, "Oh~ Wow, what is this, could it be that my sweet Hina was bitten by the love bug and didn't tell me?"

Hina felt her cheeks burn. For now, she thought, everything seems to be going well... Let's see how long it lasts.

Emma, of course, immediately began pestering her to reveal the name of her crush.

"I-- uhm. Well, yeah..." Hina inhaled deeply. Now she was playing the hardest part. "Do you remember Hanagaki... Hanagaki Takemichi-kun?"

Emma, again, didn't seem to make sense of her words. "Well yes. He's that omega you tutor sometimes, what about him?"

Hina couldn't believe she actually had to say it. She knew Emma was pretty conservative, but to the point where she couldn't even imagine what she was implying....

"Don’t tell me that…!"

Wow, looks like she wasn't so dense after all.

"Is he your love rival?! Don't worry, Hina-chan! He can't even compete with you!"

... Or yes.

"He's not.. ? Um- Anyway, that's not what I was getting at. What I'm getting at is that he and I-"

"He will be your in-laws?” "No, I--"

"He can help you catch your alpha!"

"NO! WE'RE DATING. TAKEMICHI-KUN AND I ARE DATING!"

The heads of a couple of passersby turned towards them, alarmed by the sudden scream. Hina wanted to die of embarrassment. Or nerves. Or both.

Emma, in front of her, looked dumbfounded. But, thankfully, she still showed no signs of rejection. Hina could only pray that she wasn't too disgusted at discovering her true nature.

To think that Hina of all people would be attracted to someone of her own kind.... She really was sick. The rejection, however, never came. Instead, all she received was a chuckle.

"I didn't expect you to go crazy so fast, Hina-chan." Emma hid a mischievous smile behind her hand. " I already knew that, though. About you and Hanagaki, I mean."

Hina dropped her jaw in surprise. She didn't know where to begin to process what was going on. Not only had Emma just confessed to her that she already knew about their relationship (which she had tried so hard to hide), but she had also gone a step further to play a prank on her?

'I'm glad she took it so well though.... Even if she did take the opportunity to tease me a bit. Thank God... Thank God Emma was able to understand her!'

The afternoon between the two friends continued pleasantly. Or, as pleasantly as an afternoon can be if you have to endure the gossipy stares of passers-by and the incessant  interrogation of your best friend.

═══════════════════

Things changed a bit from then on. Emma, being the good friend she was, began to serve as a "bridge" to allow the two lovebirds to spend more time together.

That's how a friendship between two people expanded to one of three.

The first time Emma (really) saw Hanagaki Takemichi, she thought the young omega was no big deal. What's more, he was the complete opposite of a "big deal". His hair was dyed an awful bright yellow, which anyone else would have looked terribly bad, but nevertheless, it helped give the omega a blooming sunflower look. He used to wear it styled in an old-fashioned hairstyle (which, once upon a time, she'd seen his own older brother wear...so that had to mean something) but since meeting Emma, he'd decided to leave it without any gel at all. He wore flat, somewhat ridiculous clothes. He was very silly and most of the time, a coward and a klutz.

So. Takemichi was a boy without any peculiarities. Really, an average boy.

However, if there was one thing Emma had to remark about the boy, she would say it was his beautiful eyes. They were a deep blue, as deep as the clear sky of a summer day. Reluctantly, Emma also had to admit that, like Hina, his scent had given her a certain sense of security. It was the scent of clothes in the sun, and freshly cut grass.

Anyway. Takemichi Hanagaki was someone Emma wouldn’t choose to associate with in her daily life, but against all odds, the omega found herself not only tolerating the other omega's presence, but even befriending him.

She discovered that besides being an idiot and a coward, Takemichi was also a determined and loyal boy, willing to protect his friends under any circumstances. Emma thought it was ridiculous, as Takemichi jumped in her defense more than once, even though himself was also an omega and virtually weaker than anyone else.

However, she could not deny that more than once she was glad to see him come when she was in distress. But Emma (contrary to popular belief) did not enjoy talking so much about feelings.

In short: Hina, Takemichi and her started a nice friendship.

It was an arrangement that benefited all three equally. Hina and Takemichi got to have their saccharine dates together, away from the watchful eyes of the Hina’s parents, and Emma got to hang out with two omegas who understood and supported her.

Seriously, it was a win-win situation. But Emma should have known better.

Emma should have known that perfect relationships don't last forever. No, they don't. They don't because sometimes they're not meant to be. Sometimes, we are forced to choose the option that is most comfortable for us, that suits us best. It's the same with human relationships.

Emma understood that lesson when she was three years old. She understood it, because she saw her own mother make that difficult decision right in front of her eyes. It was Emma, or her promising new relationship with a wealthy alpha.

No need to say which one she chose.

Emma herself had been faced with that decision more than once in her life. Because Emma also chose her pack over her mother. She also chose her family over everything.

In the future, when things changed, a broken voice will ask her if she regrets her actions. Emma will say no. She'll tell her that it is very sad, but she's not sorry.

Because, at the end of the day, she also made the choice that was right for her.

Emma loved her family, her pack. But she also loved Tachibana Hinata and Hanagaki Takemichi.

And, when life once again put her in a duel of choices, Emma had to choose who to save.

Luckily, Takemichi would still be by her side.

═══════════════════

As expected, the day that changed everything dawned like any other. Believing that fateful days appear as a dark omen is nothing more than a load of nonsense.

That day was as beautiful as any other; sunny, without a cloud in the sky. The wind was blowing peacefully and swaying softly the branches of the cherry trees near the Sano Dojo.

Emma had risen early, as she did every day. She had prepared breakfast for her family; and little by little she began to listen as each of them began their daily routine.

First it was her grandfather, who with slow steps went to the entrance of the house to pick up the newspaper. Then it was Shinichiro's turn, who was coming out of the bathroom after taking a refreshing shower. Emma could smell a strange scent coming from her older brother, and guessed that she would have to have another talk with him about unknown omegas and unwanted pregnancy.

Shinichiro was followed by Izana, who noisily came out of his room, after having spent the whole night in awake making god knows what macabre plan this time. Finally, Mikey was the last one to join the table. His hair was a mess, saliva was still dripping from his mouth and he was dragging his baby blanket.

The young omega sighed, exasperated. Sometimes it was hard to think how this man-child was already somewhat an alpha. Or, well, something like that.

"Good morning," Mansaku said, as he pretended to read the news. The old man couldn't even see what was in front of him. "You started your day earlier than usual."

"Morning~ Anything important going on today, Emma?" greeted Shinichiro as he roughly sat down at the table and stole one of the toasts from Izana's plate.

Emma hummed, concentrating on pouring the orange juice. "...I decided to invite Hina-chan and Michi to come over. I'd like everything to be in order when they arrive."

Her grandfather and Shinichiro shared a meaningful look, but said nothing. They simply smiled warmly at her. Izana, on the other hand, who was much less tactful, told her:

"What happened to your attitude of not inviting 'strangers' home? Or does that only count when, miraculously, Shin can bring an omega home?"

Shinichiro let out an offended yell at his brother's insult, who stuck his tongue out at him. Emma rolled her eyes.

"Michi and Hina-chan are different. They're my friends."

The conversation seemed to end there. Her family knew how important this was to her, being the only omega in the household.

"Well, I'm glad you finally decided to trust someone enough to bring them here." Shinichiro smiled at her, and patted her head affectionately. "I won't be able to be here when they arrive, but perhaps your visit will last long enough to meet them tonight."

"Eh. I'm not interested in two hormonal omegas, so I'll pass. I'll go to Kakucho's house to hang out," was Izana's excuse.

Perfect, Emma thought. I don't really expect any of you to meet them anytime soon. I trust my friends, but...

Emma looked at Mikey, waiting for his excuse. The alpha was lazily munching on some dorayakis, his gaze lost due to sleep. At his inertia, Emma menacingly raised the spoon she'd been serving breakfast with.

Intimidated (though he would never admit it), the alpha pouted back. "Ken-chin is busy today. Mitsuya has to do some kind of chore in his school workshop, and Baji will be on a  date with Tora...And there's no meeting with Toman today. So! I'll be staying home to sleep all day."

The blonde omega held back a curse. Mikey was the one she worried least about in her pack, and yet she was afraid of how the situation could turn out if he were to run into the other two omegas. Even more so, knowing that his brother was too careless  of an alpha for his own good.

Mikey seemed to sense her worry. "Ah~ I won't even leave my room, don't worry so much."

Emma really hoped so.

═══════════════════

It is amazing how all things align to make events happen the way destiny desires. The beginning of the end started with a phone call.

It was Hina. The omega, in panic, told her that her younger brother had been rushed to a medical center. The boy's rut had come almost four years early, and he had to be rushed to a specialized center for that kind of situation. Hina would be accompanying her parents for as long as necessary.

The young omega apologized to her deeply for not being able to go, and assured her that Takemichi would be coming to her house anyway. Emma accepted her answer with a hint of bitterness, and pretended to be sympathetic to her. There was a certain loyalty within her own pack that she knew she could not expect from others.

Still, she didn't let the disappointment dampen her spirits too much and continued to prepare for their visit. She baked a peach pie (Takemichi's favorite) and even bought a sophisticated brand of tea to share with them.

Or well. With Takemichi. Since Hina would be too busy taking care of her little brother.

Hours passed perfecting the preparations for a perfect evening. Maybe it was a bit much, but Emma was happy doing that kind of cheesy stuff. Cooking, decorating, taking care of others was what she enjoyed doing most.

By the time she heard the doorbell ring, Emma had already taken the cake out of the oven to cool and was setting the tea table.

Opening the door, she found it a little surprising to see Takemichi so well dressed. Inwardly, the omega was glad. It certainly took another omega to understand what was important to her. She knew Michi would understand the importance of her rituals, and that the boy was also concerned with generating a good impression.

To a good omega, their home was like a sacred temple. Although it might be a somewhat archaic practice, Emma was a faithful follower of that belief.

Every morning, she took the time to lovingly care for her sanctuary; and, more so, for its inhabitants. She could be accused of being conservative, but there was no greater pride than to feel her inner omega purr every time she cared for and protected her home and family.

That was why he was glad to see that Takemichi also understood the importance of his ritual. He hadn't expected much from the omega man, but it seemed he had underestimated him.

Takemichi, as was customary, waited for Emma to let him into her house. This pleased his inner omega even more.

"It's a very nice place, Emma-chan! It's spacious and nicely decorated... I didn't know your family owned a Dojo!" the omega exclaimed.

Emma smiled, proud of the compliments. "That's right, my grandfather owns it, and if everything goes as it should, my older brother Mikey will inherit it."

"Hm. I see." Michi looked a little lost at all the new information. Emma realized that she rarely talked about her pack, so the young omega must not have known who she was talking about.

"Ah, I forgot to mention it. I live with my grandfather, and my three siblings. You might know them, their names are Shinichiro, Izana, and Mikey" The non-mention of parental figures must have been clear enough, so Takemichi refrained from making any comment. "They're all alphas, so sometimes it gets a little complicated..."

Emma gave a giggle, but her omega friend looked a little uncomfortable. Ah. He must have realized who his siblings really were. It would be best to reassure him.

"Don't worry though, Takemichi! They're quite civilized," she winked at him. "I won't let them scare you too much."

Takemichi gave him a small, self-conscious smile. Still, he made no move to run away.

"Anyway," the omega added, "It's just Mikey at home today, so I don't think you can meet the others."

She still didn't feel safe enough to mix her friends with her family. It was something that still didn't sit too well with her inner omega.

Amidst pleasant chatter, Emma led Takemichi into the living room of their home. The table was already set, and all that remained was to place the snacks. For which, the young woman was absent for a moment to prepare them properly. Takemichi, neither short nor lazy, offered to help her.

Emma was delighted. Hina's absence still left a bitter pill in her mind, but she found in Takemichi a comforting presence. She never imagined that such a thing could happen; that she would come to see in him a figure close to her. She simply hung out with him because he was Hina's boyfriend.

At that last thought, his bitterness came out a little more. Takemichi sensed the slight change in her scent, so he asked her if everything was in order.

Emma pretended that it was so. She decided that she would think of the matter later. For now, she had to enjoy her quality time with Takemichi.

.

The afternoon between them passed uneventfully. Emma could see her brother peek in a couple of times to steal food from them, but he had respected their agreement to not to meet   her friends just yet. Internally, the omega was glad she had instilled enough fear in Mikey to make him respect her decisions.

When Takemichi left, the alpha finally escaped from his room. He went out to devour the rest of the leftover food. Emma passed him a napkin, as she began doing her chores. There would be curry for dinner today, she didn't have time to prepare anything else.

Somewhat dreamy, the alpha asked, "Who was that omega?"

"Gosh Mikey, I already told you! He's Takemichi, one of my friends. Hina-chan couldn't come..." Emma  let out a bit of her spite. "But hey, it's her loss."

"Mm. That's right." hummed Mikey, somewhat sleepily. "You can bring him anytime you want, that boy. He... He smelled good."

Emma paused her cleaning to look at him, quizzical. Usually, Mikey found the scent of other omegas suffocating and, if he was in a bad mood, downright irritating. So, it wasn't often that Mikey would say something like that. Furthermore, it was the first time Emma had ever heard him say that, for a change, he liked the scent of someone other than his family or pack in Toman. And even with them he had some qualms.

The omega decided not to make a big deal out of it. It was true that Takemichi's scent was a particularly attractive one, so it shouldn't be that unusual for Mikey to like it.

Besides, her brother was too unpredictable to even try to understand what was running  through his mind.

═══════════════════

The meetings between the two omegas kept happening, their relationship reaching a higher level of closeness. Sometimes Hina used to join them, though lately the girl had been rather absent from their meetings.

Takemichi knew that her family was going through big changes now that her brother had been diagnosed as an alpha, let alone an extremely premature one. Her parents had become much stricter and more overprotective of her, even when all she wanted to do was hang out with her omega friends.

Emma had managed to hide her grudge quite well so far and, under Takemichi's innocent eyes, agreed to numerous encounters between them in which she didn't even bother to include the other girl.

Of course, Takemichi was not aware of such a thing. The omega knew that if he found out, he would never forgive himself and they would probably argue.

Don't misunderstand her. It wasn't that she didn't appreciate Hina as a friend anymore. She still felt a deep bond with her, and considered her as one of her best friends.

It's just that the refusal to meet at her house that time had cut deep into Emma's psyche, and had deeply wounded her inner omega. What Hina had seen as simply "unavoidable circumstances" was a great insult to Emma.

That prompted her to never invite her to her home again. She didn't want to be rejected twice.

The life-changing day of the Sano family's life came peacefully, like the first of them.

It was one of those afternoons when Emma had decided to meet Takemichi alone; this time, for ice cream and shopping. The omega was laughing, for she had finally convinced her friend to wear clothes more appropriate for an omega and leave aside those horrible t-shirts he called "fashion".

However, this outing would be a little different. This time, Mikey accompanied them. Their grandfather didn't take too kindly to them going out for so long without any protection, so he instructed his older brother to go with them and make sure everything was in order.

Takemichi was a little nervous to see the sudden addition to their outing, but he just gave Mikey a shy wave.

"Hum. Hello, my name is Hanagaki Takemichi."

Her brother, on the other hand, seemed somewhat disinterested. He couldn't fool Emma, though. She didn't pass up the way he seemed to have worn his best clothes, and had even left his trademark sandals behind. Ah, this guy surely was waiting to see Takemichi again. You poor thing.

"Mm. Hey, Takemitchy."

"It's... Takemichi." he corrected somewhat sheepishly. "Takemitchy."

Emma sighed in exasperation, knowing what was coming. The two young men continued arguing for the rest of the way, until they reached the blissful ice cream parlor.

Although Emma found it a bit extreme to have to be accompanied by an alpha all the time, she agreed because she wanted Takemichi to bond with her family a bit more.

Who knows, and one day she might even be able to join her two packs into one...

The hours passed pleasantly between them. Takemichi was a little worried about his girlfriend's absence, and although he did not miss the opportunity to bring up the subject, Emma subtly changed the course of the conversation.

However, this time Takemichi wouldn't let it go. He waited for Mikey to get up from the table to head to the bathroom, and brought up the subject again.

"It's just... I'm a little worried, Emma-chan," the omega admitted, distressed. "It's already the fourth week she's cancelled her plans with us..."

Emma was thankful that Takemichi didn’t have a cell phone of his own. Otherwise, how was she supposed to hide that she hadn't even been inviting Hina?

"Why are you making such a big deal out of it? It's her who doesn't want to join us."

Takemichi frowned. "It's not that she doesn't want to join us, you know she can't. Her  brother was in a bad shape until recently, and her family has having a hard time ever since."

The omega woman looked at her nails, disinterested. "And if you already know the reasons, why bother?"

The blond let out a jaded sigh, and glancing slyly at the door Mikey had left through, he added in a whisper, "You know well why I worry about Hina-chan... She and I are close."

Ah. Emma had forgotten that little detail.

"All right," the omega admitted. "I'll see what I can do, maybe I can convince her to come over and have some fun."

After all, we are still friends. I have been too hard on her lately, Emma thought.

But even when they just managed to reconcile their little argument, the peace didn't last long.

This time, the discord came in the form of a good-for-nothing jerk. Or rather, an overbearing alpha who had nothing better to do than harass a couple of helpless omegas.

The alpha was unpleasant. His scent was very strong, perhaps because he hadn't showered in days, and he smelled like rotten milk. However, he was a hulk of meat. He was over six feet tall. His crooked nose gave him a nasty look, and the way he grinned lecherously at them sent shivers down both omegas' spines.

The alpha's name was Masataka Kiyomasa, Emma would later discover. When he was found beaten up, lying in a nearby parking lot.

Kiyomasa approached them, full of himself. He sat down right next to Emma, and without the slightest bit of decorum, he placed one of his sweaty arms around the girl.

The nasty alpha was spewing out a bunch of nasty words that Emma couldn't process properly. The man's scent made her feel dizzy and filled her with dread, making it impossible to do anything. She wanted to scream, wanted to punch him and get him off her.

But she couldn't do any of that. For as she felt the alpha's warm, moist breath right next to her cheek, as his mouth proffered lewd phrases and his hands groped at places they shouldn't visit, Emma felt helpless.

The young omega could feel the burning of tears forming at the corners of her eyes. She could also feel the fear of her friend, sitting right in front of her.

That's when he remembered, Takemichi was there.

She shot him a look, desperate. But what could even he do? Unless Mikey didn't come back soon from wherever he was, there was nothing two omegas like them could do. Just breathe and tough it out.

She would soon find out how wrong she was.

Many people accused Emma of being weak. Many people thought that because she preferred to stay at home, she was a good-for-nothing.

When she saw Takemichi stand up resolutely from his seat, she felt that way too. When she saw him face the mountain that was Kiyomasa, even though he was shaking like a leaf, she thought the voices of the others were right.

Even as the omega grabbed her arm roughly, his hands trembling, and pulled her away from the beast, Emma lamented that she was so weak.

Takemichi took blow, after blow, after blow. The alpha seemed like an unstoppable beast. And even when Emma begged him to stop, when she pleaded for help from the many onlookers, no one did anything.

All that changed when they felt the arrival of a more bloodthirsty presence, even more powerful than the monster in front of them. Kiyomasa released Takemichi, the omega took the opportunity to take a few steps away from him. They both turned their gaze to the direction from where the menacing presence was coming from.

The other bystanders in the ice cream parlor ran in terror; omegas, betas, and alphas alike  fled from the dark aura that hung over them.

Emma let out a squeal of delight when she saw who it was. It was Mikey, who had finally returned. Uncontrollably, she finally let out the tears she had been holding back.

Mikey just gave her a look. He walked past her, heading towards the other alpha. "You are... Mikey. The commander of Tokyo Manji."

But the blond didn't exchange a word. With a straight kick, he sent Kiyomasa's head bouncing off the tiled floor. A loud crack was heard in the quiet shop.

Terrified, Takemichi recoiled until he fell backwards onto the floor. Emma could feel him begin to release even more pheromones of desperation. Silly Michi, Mikey would never hurt him.

Her brother knelt in front of the omega, and in the silence of the moment, Emma listened as he announced:

"Takemitchy. From now on, you'll be my bitch...alright?"
