Work Text:
Dear Diary, The days have passed, the night has fallen and the sun rose to shine my life.
I had my dark time, a time darker than a pitch-black alley in the middle of the night.
I have matured, matured to be one with the world,
to accept life and accept the people I have, the people that have been gifted to me, to accept myself.
I wanted to have another life, another life where I can find happiness...
but it appears happiness has been always here.
At the silent cries in night,
at the laughs with friends,
at the warmness, I feel when I watch their smile,
Even from the most simple boring stuff,
a walk between the trees while the breeze touches my cheeks,
a little song I heard,
the clothing I buy,
even just staring at the stars,
I have realized that I don't have to wait for things to get better but rather find the good that exists around me,
in a string of my guitar- William,
or a tune from my violin,
from the pain, I've gone through,
from the memorize, I have gained,
from the trauma, I suffered from,
and more and more to go through,
God gifted us beautiful lives,
and yet we choose to ignore, ignore those lives and wish for another.... while we got the better,
a simple movie night,
a simple gathering,
that's what makes my life shine.
I am no longer afraid of the world.... and I am ready for its challenges...
To finally live the life I wished for,
A life I have never seen before ...
