"Candy dear, are you ready to go?"
"Wait a minutes, I'm almost done." Sanji quickly packed his thing, he need to make sure there is nothing left behind.
"Here we go little Sunny." He picked up the blonde child in the baby carriage, she laughed and babbling at him.
"You are excited too aren't you?" He smiled "I'm gonna introduce you to all of them, promise you're gonna be a good little lady for me will you?"
"Well, you are free to kick the Moss Head if you want." He poked her round cheek, listening to her soft giggles.
The other Okamas were waiting for him at the docks, he greatly appreciate them for helping him through the time they spent here even though they still scared him every single moment he in this island.
Little Sunny is his and Zoro daughter, he only realized he was pregnant with her after he landed on this island for a week, they said he lucky that she is still healthy after all the tobaccos and damages he has taken during the first 3 month.
She sure is a strong and stubborn little lady, just like her other father.
He's not sure if they would allow him to bring this child onboard the Sunny or not, he already knew the sea is dangerous and deadly, but Sanji can't just leave her here, she needed her parent and he needed her more than anything or anyone else in the world.
She hasn't have a proper name yet, he only call her Sunny because he missed the crew and Thousand Sunny. He still waiting for the right time to name her.
"What's bothering you Candy?" Caroline gently squeeze Sanji shoulder, he didn't even realized he were frowning.
"N-nothing." Sanji then give them a smile, he quickened his step so he can enter his private room on the ship sooner.
"I'm sure Straw Hat-boy is gonna accept both of you." Ivankov tried to comfort him, Sanji know Luffy will accept anyone his crew bring on the ship with them, but he still a little nervous, he and Sunny was a different case after all.
Sanji doesn't sure if he could tell Zoro about their child, the green hair man is probably forgot about it, they were both drunk at that time.
Sunny is okay with him so maybe, just maybe, one dad is enough for her, he doesn't need to tell Zoro about anything, doesn't need to think if the man is gonna reject them or not.
While Sanji is deep in his thought, little Sunny has already asleep in his arm, her small hand were grabbing his jacket, the child must be so tired, and he is too.
Sanji thought that he could acted like normal when he encounter the man, but when Zoro looked him in the eye across the broken ship, his heart skipped a beat.
His chest tighten, it's feel like all the air were sucked out of his lung, the unlit cigarette has fallen on his feet, his ear were blocked from all the noises around him, only that bulky figure of the swordsman remains in his head.
He saw Zoro frowned when Sunny smiled at him, so, the man doesn't like her already?
He didn't ask anything about the child, Sanji is grateful for that because he doesn't know how to explain about it, like "Yeah I has ability to give birth and in case you forgot, we fucked without protection and here is your achievement." or "I adopted her on the way back to our ship.", both sounded unbelievable and stupid actually.
They ran to Thousand Sunny, tried their best to avoid marines and other bounty hunter, Sunny giggling anytime they fought or argued, it's help calmed him down a lot but made the swordsman angrier.
As expected from the crew, all of them were happy and Franky even tears up when he heard the child nickname, Luffy asked if he can carry Sunny around the ship but Nami snatched her away right before Luffy had his rubber touch on her.
Her chest touched Sanji arm and oh, he felt like he is in heaven.
He might be blackout for a moment because when he opened his eyes again, Chopper is crying and holding a bag of Sanji's blood type in his little hoof.
Zoro nowhere to be found, he must be napping on the crow nest then.
Sanji rubbed the bridge of his nose, he still felt a bit dizzy but he needed Sunny back to his arm right now, it's not that he don't believe in Nami or Robin to take care of her but he needed her to calm himself down, his anxiety started to eating him from the inside again.
"Where's Sunny?" He found the two ladies in the kitchen but Sunny not there with them.
"She's with Zoro." Robin answers, she give him a cup of warm tea, it was her favorite brand of tea "He said he want to be alone with her so he take her to the crow nest."
"How dare him snatched her away from me so quick like that." Nami pouted, she keep whining about that swordsman action.
The archeologist giggles and pat her head, he thank them and get out of the kitchen immediately to find Sunny.
Sanji was stunned when he saw them, he swear he didn't know this side of the swordsman, he was worried when Zoro frowned at her and now look at them, they're sleeping peacefully in the crow nest, Zoro arm gently secured her little figure like a dragon secured it favorite treasure even though it's much bigger than her and look like it could easily hurt her, Sunny is smiling in her sleep, she grabbed her father haramaki and even leave a trace of drool on it.
Sanji felt like he want to laugh and cry at the same time, they really look like father and daughter even though Zoro doesn't know anything about her except for the fact that Sanji is her biological dad.
Zoro opened his eye when Sanji walked to him, he didn't say anything, just give him back the child then go back to his sleep.
Sanji carefully pat his daughter back so she won't wake up, he remembered he brought the baby carriage with so he quickly climbed down from the crow nest, beside it's almost time for dinner, he need his hand all free to be able to cook for the crew.
If Sanji said he doesn't panic then he must be lying.
Sanji stay still in the special bubble they had prepared for him and Sunny, his eye wandering around to find other crew mate after they got swept away in the water, Sunny is safely in his arm but he's still scared, she would've drowned if he hasn't quick enough, he already regretted his choice, maybe Ivankov were right about all of this, leave her in the Moimoro island with them is better than bring her to travel through the deadly sea and risk her precious life with him.
Sunny hasn't two year old yet, she can only babbling a few word but she can't walk properly, he just can't hold her in his arm every damn minute, he's one of the main fighter in the crew, it was his responsibility to protect the other.
Sanji wonder if Ivankov offer is still available, if still, he could've call them to help him bring her back to Moimoro islandp after this and ask them to help him raise her there, they know many thing than him and all of them love her like she's theirs own child, it'll be okay to leave her with them.
From far away, he could see Zoro and his three swords, the man were trying so hard to swim towards his bubble.
"Don't get too near, you'll get her wet, I don't want my child to catch a cold."
Zoro doesn't say anything but he sure tried his best not to touch both of them, it's a bit difficult depending on his big figure and his swords, Sanji suddenly laughed out loud at the clumsy swordman.
Sunny laugh along with him, she doesn't know what her dad laughed for but she can felt how happy he is now.
Zoro grumbled then turned his head to the other side.
Sunny leaned to him while Sanji is still busy laughing, she grabbed the tip of Zoro's white sword, his beloved Wado Ichimonji.
Zoro is quite surprised but he let her do it anyway.
"She...like it?" Sanji pat her head, he never thought Sunny would like sword before, he never show her any 'cause he knew he can't teach her that if she want to become a swordsman in the future.
Both of them sit in silent, watching her caressing the white sword 'til they saw Luffy's slack body drifts through, totally knocked out by sea water.
"Shit!" They shouted at the same time, Zoro quickly jumped out of the bubble to pull their unconscious captain in.
The place is too small for three grow up men but Zoro did his best to avoid his and Luffy's body touch Sunny.
There are so many beautiful mermaids around him, he must be in heaven.
They like the small child in his arm.
Sunny smiled at them, she make the mermaids screaming and rolling around because of her cuteness.
Zoro already knew what would come next, he snatched her away from Sanji hand right before his nose bleed too much he turned himself into a human rocket.
"Fucking perverted cook."
Chopper started crying in the back, Luffy is laughing like an idiot and Nami, she only sighed, it's must be tired to watched over these idiots all the time.
Robin looked at Zoro then turn her gaze to a confused but happy Sunny, she keep on giggling but doesn't tell him the reason for it.
