"Hola, soy Dora!" Dora called out to no one in particular. She's not expecting a response and neither is her monkey companion, but they've been doing this for so long that it'd be a crime to break tradition now.
"And I'm Boots!" Said monkey exclaimed proudly. He was indeed wearing a pair of shiny red boots.
"Today, we are going to… hmm, what are we going to do today?" She thinks for a long time and then turns to Boots. "Boots, do you know what we are going to do today?"
Boots doesn't answer. He is opening his mouth extremely wide for some reason. Dora decides not to ask him about it though, he was probably just bored like her. Instead she starts talking to no one again.
"Do you know what we are going to do today?"
No response, but she expected that. "Wow, I can't believe that we've run out of things to do! boots, can you believe that we—aaaah!" Turning back to her monkey friend the little girl can't help but scream in fear. His face has completely disappeared, replaced with a deep, black void. And that's when she realized: Boots was Turing into a black hole! "Oh no! Boots is turning into a black hole! I'd better run so I don't get sucked up!"
Dora starts to run so she doesn't get sucked up, and she somehow manages to succeed in this goal. The forest however, is not so lucky. soon, Dora finds herself standing in an empty white void. As if she lived in a drawing, and she was the only thing on the paper.
"whoa!" Dora exclaimed. "Look! The whole forest is gone! Everything is all white now! But wait! Boots's boots didn't get sucked up… somehow."
Indeed, Dora found her probably now late friend's boots sitting in the void a few feet away. She walks over to them and picks them up. She's surprised to find that one of the boots has a note inside. 'Hey! One of these boots has a note inside! Let's read it!"
Dear Dora,
The monkey is still alive, and so is the forest with all your other friends. But I've hidden them somewhere, and you will never see them again unless you can travel through worlds and become the most powerful demon slayer there ever was.
In the other boot, you will find a piece of chocolate. Eat that, and you will be taken to the world where the first demon lives. Slay it successfully, and you will find another note from me telling you what to do next. Good luck, R & K
"Oh no! I guess I'm gonna have to kick some demon ass!" Dora exclaims, forgetting that this is, in fact, a pre-school show. "but at least i now have something to do today! Do you want to see me kick some demon ass?"
The silence is even worse than usual given that there are no birds or life of any kind besides herself to fill it. Dora catches herself wondering: Why do I do this? what is the point? But she shakes it off, or at least she tries.
"Gr-great," she manages to stutter out through her tightened throat. "Let's go!"
